They cut off the left tip of my prize winning cat's ear! Hate these liars

The often long wait, even with appointments, is worth it. Currently, efforts are being made to reduce wait time. The doctors are very caring, compassionate, and giving of their time and expertise; staff are equally caring, competent and dedicated. I have taken pets to Dade CIty Animal Clinic for over a decade and recommend them highly.

Dr. Roger Hart is excellent, gracious and kind. He made sure Rusty, a stray, recovered from many health issues. Rusty is now robust and well. He’s now a normal weight after having been nothing but a “bag of bones”. Thank you soooo much to all the helpful staff who took care of Rusty. Thank you , thank you, thank you. Rusty will be going home with me to Chicago when I’m finished volunteering with Habitat for Humanity building homes here in Dade City FL when we will leave in mid March. Did I say thank you? My senior cat was sick and I called around to 3 other vets in the area and all I got was a recording to leave name and number. Dade City Animal Clinic actually had a real person answer the phone and told me to bring cat right in. When I got there, I was bumped to front of line because of the possibe severity of my cats condition. Took back and did not have to wait for anyone, they were right there. Kept my cat and called after surgery and also every day to give update. You can call anytime for update also. I recommend this place to all pet parents. They are GREAT.

Been going to DCAC for 20+ years (beginning at previous location). We absolutely love Dr. Taylor, but ALL of the staff treat us with kindness and are attentive. It can be difficult finding a vet equipped for Great Danes and we'll never switch.

Went in as a walk-in with my kitten Earth. We were treated well. Took awhile but well worth it.

Dr Chet Taylor is the best and always does whats best for your pet and you.

Today was an extremely difficult time. We had to Let our Calico Cat (Callie) cross the bridge. I want to thank Dr. Taylor ans staff for being so professional and caring of our circumstance. His assistant even took our payment in the room to keep us from going out front. Then showed us an exit to the side door. We are so grateful for the short time they had to treat our Callie, but i guarantee they will be the folks that will be treating ours again. God Bless that staff for all they o.

I love this clinic. The care they provide is fantastic and the the prices more than reasonable! I always have the feeling that they really do care about your pet! And it is a beautiful place. The wall murals so pretty and the waiting room has coffee.

Today January 11th I took my dog to two other veterinarian places two days in a row costing much money for two bogus diagnosis, frustrated I went to the third veterinarian because I was not happy with the last two diagnosis which was Dade City animal clinic. The vet reassured me by taking the right tests that my dog did not have what they said and gave my dog the correct treatment. My dog's pretty sick but he's going to pull through thanks to the professionals here at Dade City animal clinic. Very grateful for them. Needless to say I will never bring my dog anywhere else but Dade City animal clinic. And the staff was incredible nicest people I've met in a long time thank you and buddy thanks you.

Dr. Roger's literally killed my dog. My dog was mis diagnosed and died a day later I will be getting a lawyer. She said my dog had a bladder infection and wasn't dehydrated when in fact she was dehydrated and also had pancreatitis. Dr.Taylor read her chart and blood work and said she was dehydrated and didn't have a bladder infection. I'm heartbroken and my baby would still be alive instead I'm grieving the loss of my baby. This has left me devastated ???? ???? R.I.P my angel

I have been taking my fur babies to Dr.Taylor for going on 5 years when we first moved to Dade City. I trust Dr.Taylor to make the right decisions when it comes to my 3 Bullies, he and his staff and that includes Dr.Heart have always been caring and loving to my fur babies .

Very good place!!! The people are very very nice.

Staff is always friendly, docs always listen and my pets don't mind the trips even when they don't feel well. They did an awesome job on neutering my mini dachshund who is very tiny. Plenty of vets on staff if you need a walk-in for your furbaby. Highly recommend!

Took my 2 year old Goldendoodle in as a walk-in emergency on a Friday morning. They got us to the back and started working on Rosie almost immediately despite having a full waiting area. They transferred her to Blue Pearl in Tampa for emergency surgery the same day to remove a foreign object she had gotten ahold of. They helped saved her life and I cannot thank them enough! Great staff and service!!

I can’t say enough good things about this office! We brought our 1 year old golden retriever here when she had a bowel obstruction. The doctor and techs were so caring and got our girl in for surgery right away. The price they quoted me at the beginning was the EXACT price I paid at the end even after she was admitted for 3 days. They stayed in contact with us the entire time and updated us on her progress. This office truly cares about your pets wellbeing and treat them like a family member!

When my husband and I were out of town my mother in law took my dog Loki and this location was very accommodating and nice we appreciate how quickly they took him and it wasn't badly priced either.

Waited 4+ as a walk-in. They took others ahead of me. There was another dog same name as mine and they called them ahead of us then got their file mixed up. Then took another 45 minutes to get that figured it out
