If I could add a negative World Stars it's exactly what would be there took my dog in there for a check-up said that he was sick and the vet said there was nothing wrong with them a week later he was dead after being diagnosed with cancer at at legitimate Veterinary Clinic off of bearss and Florida in Tampa

I love Crystal Springs Vet because they saved my cat ( oreo) 3 times now he is going to be 14 ys old i love the staff & Dr. Gail they are special people the place is always clean &they are kind because they love animals.

Wonderful people so caring. I am a snow bird and my do got an infection they told me they could see her the next day and how to care for it until then. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend them.

I needed a vet that could treat our fur baby today and I called so many place and got told they couldn’t and these ladies were busy but still got us and the treatment was amazing I highly recommend them! Gail Is an amazing veterinarian! Super nice and so knowledgeable!

Showed up emergantly with my puppy who couldn’t stand up, had his tongue sticking out, and looked like he was dying and they refused to take me because I didn’t have an appointment, what monsters.

Receptionist, Nurses, and Doctor were so good with my puppy an older dog. Very thorough and informative. Doctor spent alot of time talking with us

I was so happy to find this vet for my beagle. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, and works hard to fit us into the schedule if need be. Dr. Gail is so knowledgeable and really takes her time to answer any questions.

They say that finding a new Vet is like trying to find a new hairdresser. Or maybe that isn't really a saying?! After moving here in 2018 we tried a few different Vets while still driving our pets to our old vet an hour away. We are so thankful to have found Dr. Mendenhall!! She has been nothing short of amazing and her staff is truly amazing as well. t They have helped us get our dogs allergies under control, taken us in on short notice and walked us through some difficult times.
