At the last minute of the work day, I called about a possible emergency illness onset that (I felt) should have immediate attention. The staff was quick to check on doctor availability and said "head on over". Though it was later in the day, I did, and was promptly seen by Dr. Arbo.He was reassuring and concerned. Fortunately, it was a sprain or other ortho type injury which was scary to watch, but non-fatal nor permanently debilitating. Nevertheless, it was a major concern to me. I have great confidence in and appreciation for the staff and professionals at the Pet Care Center and have for many years. Buck Lester

Excellent care for our king cat Thor. No wait, Nurse Mary and Doctor Arbo saw Thor right away. Dr. Arbo brought him out to the waiting room to me when he was ready to go home.

I wished I would have found them before I took 2 of my other cats somewhere else. Very pleasant, super sweet to my furbabies, and took time to answer my questions. Thank you so much!!

Second annual visit. Dr. Lee and staff were attentive and loving with my 9 yr old Chihuahua. They answered my questions and were very patient...not in a rush. Highly recommend Four Paws in Yulee!

The staff are so reassuring by their caring and thoroughness. They assess the pet thoroughly and cover all aspects of the pet, not just the specific condition that concerned me. It doesn't make Cassie, my yorkie, love them, but I do.

I've never had a bad experience. I think they all work well as a team. They obviously love what they do!

It took them a couple of tries to get blood for a heartworm test and my dog screamed and was in pain. We were new there and there was not much effort to find out about our dog or to engage with us on a personal level.

We have been taking our five dogs to see Dr. Arbo for over 12 years for check ups and different illnesses. He has always been caring to our “fur kids” responsive to our concerns and explains the illness process and alternatives. The front desk staff is professional and polite and try hard to get you in for an appointment if your pooch is not feeling well. I highly recommend 4 Paws Veterinary!

This office is always polite, professional and prompt. We were in and out on less than 30 min. Dr. Arbo is always great too!

I have always been impressed by everyone associated with this practice. Whether dealing with routine preventative care, surgical issues or the very difficult time of sending a loved pet across that bridge, all the associates of this practice are wonderful, caring individuals.

This place cuts to the chase and addresses your pet's issues without unnecessary testing (I feel like a lot of places do that to rack up your bill), while remaining affordable. They're attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad this place was recommended to me!

I have a senior dog and Dr Nordstrom has been very patient with me in exploring options for her at this point of her life. She always listens and answers my questions. Her staff is friendly.

My cat was quiet and usually he si uncomfortable with unknown people but they made him feel veeeery comfortable! Thank you for everything!

Our Golden Retriever was put down on Monday. He was riddled with cancer and he was only 7 years old. The Pet care Center on route 17 was fantastic, but Dr. Brian Citino was the greatest. He showed us, my wife and I, compassion like over the top. He took as much time as was needed to explain the procedures of removing a tumor from our dogs spleen. When he found it had metastasized through other organs, he was as sorrowful as us and continued to comfort me through the ordeal. He is a 5 star veterinarian and we will utilizing the Pet Care Center of Nassau for all our pets needs, especially Dr. Citino, he is the best!!

Dr. Brian is exellent in explaining what’s going on. He’s patient and kind. I highly recommend him. The staff is friendly and efficient.

What a wonderful experience. My senior kitty, Daisy had a visit to have her nails done. No, they didn't get painted pink! But the staff is very compassionate and willing to discuss every aspect. The visit commenced on time and the charges were very reasonable. I appreciate all that they do for me and my two kitties. Now the kitties... they many not appreciate the trip!

I started bringing my pets here about 6 yrs ago. I have added more pets to family through those years and moved out of Nassau. I make the 30 min drive to bring all my furries here. They truly care and they all seem to really love pit bulls and that's important to me since I have 3.

Staff & Doctors are always patient and kind with our extremely nervous pup. She was not feeling well yesterday, the front staff immediately worked her into the schedule same day, to rule out anything serious. I appreciate the girls at the front desk, the patience of the vet techs, and the expertise of the Doctors. Highly recommend for any of your furry family members!

Worked me in even with a full schedule. They took time to confirm with my prior vet what was necessary to bring my dog up to date with needed vaccines. I just moved to this area, and this will be the place I take my animals.

Absolutely the best staff from the front end group of ladies who always are amazing when you call, super sweet on the phone, even when they need to put you on hold, to when you are actually on the phone with them, they are listening to you about your pets issues. Each of the vet techs I have encountered have an extreme love of animals and just give your fur baby so much love when you get into the exam room. Now for the doctors. From Dr. Sheila who we saw when we first arrived here to Dr. Citino who is our current go to doctor because he is fantastic, these doctors are amazing at explaining and going over a treatment plan and follow up for your pet. We needed to travel and board our dog in Texas and use day care facilities, well, Texas requires that dogs have the dog flu shot. This is the only vet that has the shot in the area. The separate entrance for cats and dogs is also nice for keeping the stress of both canine and feline at a minimum. They also do not, I repeat DO NOT try to up sell you on things you don’t need. They make suggestions on what might make issues better with your pet without the pressure of “you need to do this or else” like some vets in the Nassau County area. I can’t think of a better place to take my sweet dog than here to this group of amazing doctors and staff.

I started taking my 2 dogs here a year ago for regular vet check ups. They seem to be straightforward and honest. They're also kind and loving to the pets. Recently, one of mine needed glands cleared and they got me in within a couple of days. I would recommend them.

I just moved to the area and this clinic is wonderful! From the kind and professional front desk staff to the techs and veterinarians, everything is done for the health and wellbeing of your pet.

You can tell that all the ladies care about animals. I enjoy coming here. I have loved both Vets that we have seen. The care has been quality.
