Petco Yulee, Florida

Never going here again, my dog was butchered so badly. I paid for a bath and trim and she didn’t smell or look like she was given a bath. Her haircut along her back was very uneven along with her paws. They also never called to tell me she was ready.

Though I didn't find the dog food I was looking for, Petco has many other good products. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Staff was wonderful, they helped us qith everything we needed to know about the bearded dragon my fiancée wanted.

Tammy went above and beyond to help me! She was full of knowledge about products, promotions and how the app worked! She smiled the entire visit! She deserves 10 stars!!!!

Good selection and there were some good deals on pet food. I recently purchased some of the Petco Whole Hearted cat foods and they are a big hit with my cats. The store was clean and well organized too!

Very unhappy customer. Took my dog to get groomed and found out after they finished grooming him that the price had gone up. I asked the cashier why I was charged extra and she said it was a "material handle/disposal fee". I pay $54 my dog to get groomed. He is 10 pounds so I feel that $54 is too high to begin with but to add $2.99 more on top of it is ridiculous! Then to add to it my dogs hair turned out terrible. There was still hair in his paws, his eyelashes were way too long, and the inside of his ears as well. I had to fix it when I got home. It's bad enough to pay that price but to also have to fix it myself as a paying customer is very aggravating. Will be looking for a different place to take my dog to get groomed.

Grooming department is not good here. They keep going up on their prices for absolutely NO reason. Their just being greedy, thats all there is to it.

Better than Pet supermarket. The manager, Alex, at Pet Supermarket is not knowledgeable and doesn't care.

The grooming department was excellent. They took very good care of my do Duke.

I went into the store to look to see if they had any cats for sale actually just kittens they do but they want $100 each for them which is out of my ballpark for a stray animal that they got and this is the one by River City when you walk in you'll see a whole bunch of plastic cups with fish in them I would say seven 75% of them were dead but they still had them on them the shelf for sale they need to pay attention to what they have for sale

The employees were very helpful, kind, the store was stocked very good and very clean.

Terrible terrible terrible I will use another pet store. Bad service - use somewhere else, they will makw you order on your phone and wait 40 min for pick up instead of incompetent staff ringing you out as they're paid to do. all while they hang out chit chat and stay on their phone.

Very clean store and Hailey likes visiting the store. She knows her bag of food.

The employees decide whom they will wait on and whom they want and they only treat certain ones rite. I want be returning there.

Not a fantastic nor horrible shopping experience. Found the litter I was looking for, but, checkout line was extremely slow with only one cashier ringing people and two other employees hovering around here instead of opening the second register. ????

We love the store layout. Amber the groomer is awesome with our Cardo. Everyone is so nice.

Expensive. All we needed was a hard bone for our dog and it was over $9 for ONE

My dog is on a special diet, and salesgirl offered substitute food until his food gets delivered.

The store is always clean. The employees are very pleasant, knowledgeable and always there to help. I only buy fish right now but will be getting a puppy soon and will be bringing her in to buy the necessities.

Prices are higher than Pet Supermarket and Tractor Supply.

We live in Jacksonville near the airport. We are not to fond of Petsmart so when we are in the neighborhood which is mostly on the weekends, we love to shop with you guys. Thank you for the great service ????

Never, ever have other brands or types of food except for their own Petco brands. Very frustrated with their lack of choices!!!
