Everyone is nice and caring. Dr. Walker is kind and caring, just like Dr. Sims. They have to be detectives in finding causes and treatments for our precious furry babies and they do it with care and God's love. My cat Bobi has issues that aren't always easy to diagnose and Dr. Walker is loving and kind in helping her. Bobi is skittish and doesn't like car rides, but she is always in good hands with Dr. Walker. Thank you and the entire team for working to restore her health ????

I always feel like my cats are in good hands when I bring them to see Dr. Walker. She is so sweet and patient and the staff is very informative and helpful. My questions are always answered professionally and in a respectful manner. We had a lot of concerns and questions when it came to our cat, Zilla, who recently passed due to stomach cancer. Dr. Walker and her staff were always willing to help me out and before we found out what was ailing her, she worked with me to find out what was wrong with my kitty and how to help her, and even after we found out it was cancer, she has always showed genuine concern over her well being, even asking about how she was doing when I had another kitty in for a checkup. I really appreciate that Dr. Walker and the staff seem to really care about my pets as patients and remember who they are. While I'm very sad that my kitty is gone, I feel secure knowing that her vet did everything she could to try and help her. I will always feel that my pets are safe in her hands.

My experience was seamless. No waiting time, Staff was caring with my pet, the doctor answered my questions, and fee was reasonable. I will definitely continue to bring Leo for his vet care here.

Very professional, friendly and I feel they genuinely care about my pet as well as for me. I have used this clinic since Dr. Eans was the owner and trusted him with all my pets needs, Dr. Sims is a new version of Dr. Evans, with the same quality and care . To me this is the best pet clinic in Seminole County.

I absolutely love bringing my cats here. Every single person there is kind and professional and welcoming. They are also super informative. There have been times that I have called them in a panic thinking my cat was having an emergency, and they always speak calmly to me and really listen. They always offer to get him in as soon as they can if I want to, but they usually are able to help me understand that it's not an emergency. That has ended up saving me time and money. I definitely would have brought my cat in each and every time, but so far every time my cat has ended up being just fine. That lets me know that they really care about the animals and their well-being, and are not just trying to push for appointments. My most recent visit was today, and after the visit, Dr Walker came out to discuss some concerns I had. She really spent time explaining things and making recommendations. She was reassuring and informative. I felt like all my concerns were addressed, as they always are here. I will definitely keep bringing my cats here happily.

Very caring staff. My Chloe felt very comfortable right from the start. Pixie loves having Justine trim her nails. I have used this vet office for years and will continue to do so.

There is nothing that you could've done to improve your service...except let me be right in there when our little girl was being treated. And,yes, I mean while she was having her teeth cleaned. I would've liked that but I know that's not feasible. Dr. Christopher Sims is an excellent veterinarian. He is skilled and knowledgeable AND he listens to what his client says. His staff has taken on the same traits.

My dog name is champ Alderson, he's under mycsisters name. I had a very bad experience, the doctors showed no interest for my puppies well-being. Im very dissapointed with your bad service.

You guys are always great and Justine is AMAZING! She truly makes the hard times less so.

I have had 3 cats and 3 dogs since I’ve been with Winter Springs Veterinarian Clinic. I started there in 2001. I’ve had Dr. Sims since he started. He’s seen me through my 3 cats, Charley, Grayson and Cali, as well as Buffy my Cocker Spaniel. Now my 11 1/2 Yorkie, Mya Rose.

I have used Winter Springs Veterinary Clinic for 25 years! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The staff is very personable & professional. I would 100% recommend this Vet Clinic!!! Love Dr. Chris!

This vet office has declined in every aspect. I would advise Cornerstone or whichever vet you decide. I just told Winter Springs Vet that we were changing to Cornerstone and they didn't even ask why. They were completely indifferent. They are also more expensive than the veterinarians that friends and family use and they have quality vet offices. Not Winter Springs Veterinarian.

Have been going to WS Vet with my dogs for more than 25 years and have always been very happy with the techs, vets, and service. Highly recommended!!

I got to come in with my dog wearing a mask, because she was very nervous. Vaccines and a wellness check found a skin irritation got an antibiotic and out quickly with a very kind and caring staff.

I've gone here for almost 18 years and I love them. But lately I've been frustrated because I can't get a "sick" appointment in a timely manner. They keep referring me to other places, which is kind of them to do so, but I feel like I should be able to see the vets who know my dogs when they are sick. Prices have gone up a lot lately too. I don't want to leave the practice, but I confess I'm starting to look around a little.

We have been going to Winter Springs Vet for about 11yrs. We moved to Oviedo so we tried another vet on this side of town, closer to home. Just wasn’t the same all the way around. So we went back to Winter Springs years ago. I would rather drive 35 mins one way and know that my cutter boy is being treated like he’s #1. And the doctors and staff are amazing. Cutter does have a special friend there that’s he has know for at least 8 yrs. Justine is wonderful with cutter. Thank you for being loving and caring ❤️

We are very satisfied with the service and attention given to our little guy. We take our 3 kittens for their care. We love the care our kittens get. Definitely recommend them.

I have been taking my animals here since 2007. They have always been caring, kind and considerate here. Most importantly to me, I have never and I mean never felt taken advantage of, which I know happens a lot, since you're kind of at the mercy of the dr. to fix the problem with your animal. I love this vet and it's not right around the corner for me either anymore. But I don't mind bc I know my animals are going to be well taken care of. Thank you Winter Springs Vet Clinic.

We have been patients for years. The Doctors and Staff at Winter Springs Vet are the best! Our fur babies are always treated with love and kindness. This is our vet for life!

My 3- furbabies feel safe when they go to the vets office, especially with Dr.Walker, she is very informative and helps you understand what's going on with your pets. My pets are like my babies and I try and keep up with there veterinarian needs as needed. I've been going to this office for a long time and I will not go anywhere else. Front office and all the techs are great too!! :)
