the staff is always friendly, activities for the pups are engaging and creative and facilities are safe and clean! also love that they take special care to place your pup with other dogs of similar temperament :)

I LOVE DOGTOPIA WINTER PARK and so does my precious T'choupi. I'm so grateful I found this place by accident after they first opened! A lot has changed since then but I'm just as pleased with the service. We've tried other daycares closer to us but I still drive 30 minutes to go here because nothing else compares. T'choupi has the most fun at Dogtopia, and it shows. Thank you!!

I love the TLC our fur babies get at Dogtopia. Their special needs and unique personalities are recognized and the staff remembers them from one visit to the next. We won’t take our babies anywhere else!

I like the fact that they have a camera so I could check in on my dog. The dogs look happy and there is always someone in the room with them. My dog comes home acting normal and not traumatized or anything. I did the spa treatment and she came home fluffy and clean!

I highly recommend Dogtopia it's like a nursery school for the dogs they have a lot of activities for them to do and a lot of treats and play time. Two hours each day they have the dogs rest and have their lunch I haven't seen that in any other daycare place. The dogs are so get report cards on how they're doing and if they made any best friends. Every time I bring my dog there and they see the place they start crying because they're so happy to be there again. I rate dogtopia A+

Easy to book and very empathetic and caring dog lovers that work and try to help and understand my nervous pupper. Once she is in with her puppy friends, she running and jumping-tail up and wagging happy! Such a huge relief to see her via webcams- puts her (also) very nervous pawrents at peace.

My dog loved it, but it is not a very clean facility. Over the course of us going there for 1.5 years, she got worms and kennel cough twice. Rooms are overcrowded as well. EDIT: The owner, Angela, called me immediately after I posted this review, questioning the validity of it. She was aggressive and unprofessional in her tone and language. This review is 100% true, my vet can confirm these 3 illness and I reported each of them to the facility. It is not my fault that your staff did not report it to you. I CHOSE to leave Dogtopia today because of the 3 illnesses she has had and because I disagree with how you punished (you would say "trained") my dog today. Your staff sprayed her in the face and locked her in a crate for an hour. I purposefully left today's incident out my initial review but since you brought it up I will address it. It is so funny that you state in your reply that my dog "initiated a scuffle" when your manager and your staff member that showed me the security footage didn't say my dog initiated anything, but that she didn't know when to stop playing. You also weren't even in the facility today. From the footage you can see my dog's tail wagging the entire time, clearly my golden retriever was too excited from being in the crate for the past two hours and she didn't know the other dog's bites were no longer playful. We have already found another dog day care, thank you for your concern.

Beware! My dog has been going here over the course of 1 year and at first they had us fooled. They said we need to come in 2-3 times a week so I was. My dog got kennel cough twice and has been attacked by new meet and greet dogs 4 times! The front desk said it wasn’t a big deal but for me IT IS! The people in the rooms watching the dogs will drag your dog by the collar on their neck, unwillingly, and throw them in a crate off the camera so you can’t see. To my knowledge and research, the “coaches” have no certification just online videos to watch called “training”. Terrible management, they just care about the money and rarely are the ones giving you a call when something’s wrong. They are never at their place of business, I have asked in person and on the phone multiple times and the front desk staff rarely ever knows when someone will be in to speak to. When my dog was in the suite they would forget over and over again to take him potty. I HAD TO CALL TO ASK! I have picked him up a few times from daycare and he just recently got a free bath, probably cause he wasn’t taken out to potty. He has started to pee in his crate at home!!!! Unbelievably unprofessional. I will not be returning. Total let down.

Highly recommend Dogtopia! They were super friendly during our visit, the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. Also our pup had a blast and was tired when we got home. Tired pup equals happy mommie!

Although I felt my puppy was safe and I really liked the webcams, my healthy dog came back with a harsh cough and rasp, he did not sleep. Took him to the doctor and he has kennel cough should've realized when the puppies sleep in the same area as the rest of the dogs, plus where they go to the bathroom. :( had very high hopes will not be returning in response to below : Puppy name Dobby :) he has a respiratory infection and has to be isolated for 2 weeks. Meant to update for a while now - Owner was very attentive and concerned. Appreciate the care after. Thank you!

We love taking our puppy to Dogtopia. It's so clean and the staff is so attentive! I highly recommend taking your pooch there.

The staff is so friendly. The cleanliness of the facility is amazing. My energetic puppy has a blast every time she is there and comes home exhausted--which is great for me! I have boarded my dog there and was incredibly pleased with the service. I won't hesitate to board her there again.

Dogtopia is a fun and welcoming environment, my labradoodle Emmet loved his playtime at this location. The staff is very helpful, communicative and caring of your pets. The facilities are clean and in very good condition. My only point for improvement is that since some pups like (and are allowed) to mark and pee in the play areas, it’s very likely your pup will get dirty and stinky. The staff tries to stay on top of cleaning the areas but it almost seems unavoidable. For Emmet’s recent stay, they were kind enough to bathe him for us! I really appreciated that, and will be requesting it in the future for overnight stays. I’m sure Emmet is missing playtime already, so we will be back for sure.

My pup loves visiting Dogtopia! They provide a wonderful play environment, are clean, and take great care of my dog. They have great events throughout the week and my pup always comes home tired. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Dogtopia! Our dog Rex has been coming since he was 4 months old about to be 1 year old next week and he loves it!! The staff here is amazing. The way they remember our names, Rex’s name, and provide us the best service always warms our heart. We have used their daycare, boarding, and spa services and have never had an issue. I recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect place for your pup to have fun, be safe, and cared for like family.

Such a friendly staff. I love how much they care about my dog. They tell me about her day so I know they are watching the dogs, I can always log in via the app and see what she is up to and if I need any spa treatments they offer that too. I know when I drop my dog off she is safe, happy, and well taken care of!

The staff are friendly and super accommodating, our two boys are safe in their hands and always come back happy and very sleepy!

I am so happy to find tgis place, they genuinely care about your pet. They are very knowledgeable and patience is amazing. Bruno was happy when he left and that's important!!!

Great and friendly staff, love being able to see my pup play with her friends on camera, feel very comfortable knowing she's well taken care of. Love that they allow her to have her own things from home like bed or clothes with familiar smells to help with separation anxiety. Lots of fun activities going on all the time as well!! The ONLY thing that could make it better would be a large open back yard with a pool because my pup loves sun bathing, playing in the water, and being outdoors (c'mon it's Florida...), which is limited at this time. Hoping down the road you'll install a yard for the pups to play in. :) But overall, have used and will continue to use you all any chance I get!!!

This was my first ever time leaving my dog at a daycare/boarding, and I was really scared and sad about having to do so, but the first day I spoke to the team at this location, they made me feel so much better. They had Stella participate in their daycare program a few times before actually boarding so she could get used to the environment, and having camera access so I'd able to see her during my trip was awesome! Definitely will be using their services again for my next trip!

The Staff was poised and professional. My little chihuahua is new to playing with other pups and they definitely eased her into meeting other dogs. She is still a little timid but they are committed to slowly integrating her into playtime with the other pups. Can’t wait! Mama needs a break lol

I love dogtopia!!! My dog loves it too! Everyone is so nice and they truly care about your fur baby. I have no complaints at all. My dog likes going there to socialize and be around other dogs. She can not wait to get out of the car when we pull up in the parking lot.

We love Dogtopia! Their app is so easy to use (for setting up appointments). I love that they have webcams in the rooms so you can watch your dog(s) while away. And the staff is wonderful!

We love Dogtopia. It is super clean and the staff is trustworthy, professional and has excellent communication skills. We know our dogs are safe and our dogs absolutely love going there and come home happy and exhausted. We also love the fact that we can watch them on webcams.

They really love our sweet Baby Bear. He is so excited to go play with his friends there. The staff love him and you can see it in his actions and in cameras too. I'm very thankful for the sweet staff at Dogtopia!! ????????????

We recently brought our American Staffordshire Terrier, Belle to Dogtopia for a day of play and then boarding. It was the first time Belle has stayed in a facility, and I was very nervous. She is a retired service dog and precious to our family. We found Dogtopia after scouring internet for boarding facilities and pouring over reviews, it is an hour from where we were staying. I felt comfortable right away and although Belle was nervous, she quickly adjusted. The evaluation first was appreciated, as Belle is a Pit Bull and I wanted to know the trainers knew that she was an easy going well behaved dog. I loved having the free day of play so she could check it out and the accessibility of being to pop on to webcams to see how she was doing. When we brought her back for boarding, the staff was so amazing and give me cheery updates when I called in to check on her almost daily. Belle made dog friends and I was so happy to see the calm or playful movement of the room. I appreciated that staff were gentle, patient, and kind in redirecting pups and gave attention to each one. Belle loved playing with her new friend Zeus, and it was neat to see her just be a dog. We loved Dogtopia and happy we found it! Thank you for your care of our precious girl.
