Grate groomers and very friendly!

First time going, and I will be back. The ladies here are very friendly, accommodating and Informative. My Bichon Marshmallow walked out sooo handsome, he’s brand new!

I'm a dog groomer from South Florida and passed by here on my vacation in town. I stopped in to see if they could take care of my own stinky mutt. "The cobbler's kids are always barefoot" fully applies to us groomers as well ???? The team here took us as a walk in and were able to take care of my big floofy chow mix nice and quick. From one groomer to another, THANK YOU! It was an extra special surprise to see that they are registered with the NDGAA, the National Dog Groomer's Association of America. This helped solidify my confidence in the team caring my own fuzzy idiot. For one groomer to trust another with their own pet is a huge compliment. Thank you. Your team is wonderful.

My wife and I started our trip with a very stinky pup. We didnt have time to clean him up before we left and we had resigned our selves to his rank smell. It also didnt help that he glanded on himself at the beginning of our adventure ???? We happened to be stopping in at Prometheus Esoterica next door and saw this shop's sign. My wife is also a groomer and got excited when she saw they were registered with the NDGAA. She walked in and asked if they had any space for a walk-in and the girls took us in right away. They were very friendly, sweet with our dog, and very quick. I was confident that Cooper was safe and well taken care of in their hands while we shopped next door. Thank you so very much, our stinky dog smells scrumptious now!

Our cute puppy JoJo was there this morning for her first time, she looked clean and well groomed. There were some very small parts that were missed but the young lady over there she was so Nice, Responsive about it and Professionally she took care of my concerns. I will definitely go back.

Super friendly and always professional. We've taken our Long haired Chihuahua mix for grooming and they do amazing work. We recently brought in out 2 pitbull mix puppies for nail trimming and they were great!

They have been so wonderful with our Persian cat named bear. He was completely matted and his paws get really matted for when he drinks water from the tub. They gave him a complete cut and he was under so much stress trying to get his paws manicured. That they didn't want to hurt him and asked me to come back three days later when he was stressed less. This company is so wonderful I would never go anywhere else for my cat grooming. Thank you blues bubbles. A client forever.

Recently our dog Pepper was brought to Blue's where she received a wonderful bath and hair trim. She looks beautiful! Initially, there was some confusion as to what the service included and how much it would cost. The final cost did exceed the agreed upon amount but after discussing the issue with the owner everything was resolved in a professional and reasonable way to our satisfaction which we greatly appreciate. We were refunded the difference and all is good. They're nice people that do excellent work. Misunderstandings can happen but they resolved our issue well and professionally. Thank you!

Brought my pup in for a haircut and blowout. They only charged me $70 the last time and did wonderful. Thought I’d try it again and this time they never got the mats outta the back of his ear. They didn’t cut him down In the rear end Nor finished drying him so I know they didn’t blow him out and they usually put a bandana on him but never did. & this time they wanna charge $110. Never going back.

They do great work! Everyone is very friendly and my cats are always looking really cute after their hair cuts. Love this place ❤️

Great place to bring my dogs, no problems since I bring them 2 yrs ago. Very patient and good job. They just increased prices unfortunately and I will start shopping around just in case. Paid 120 for 2 small dogs. I used to pay 95 plus tip a couple of months ago.

I found them by calling around to other groomers trying to find a great place at an affordable price. Thank goodness I found them. I was shocked that my yorkie was ok with being picked up by someone other than me! He is very choosy about who he likes to be around! It was pretty amazing. They paid great attention to detail and Paxton's mohawk looks epic! Thank you very much. I'll try to post better pictures once they calm down a little. But here are a couple...

I have been taking both my Ausiedoodles to Blue's Bubbles for over a year now and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Trish and her staff. They always do an amazing job with my pups. Even when I go too long in between grooming and they get matted, she is very patient in getting them combed out and beautiful. I would totally recommend Bleu's Bubbles!!

Awesome place! The staff is friendly and the groomers are excellent. If Tricia is in I always ask for her, but haven’t been disappointed with the other groomers either. Best part is that my baby is always wagging her tail when I drop her off and pick her up!

My dog was scheduled ahead of time and when he was taken to be dropped off we were informed that he was not on the schedule and that there were other dogs in his time slot so he would be and add on. Have gone here previously with no problems but on this day we were being charged double of what he usually is charged. Very disappointed will not be returning . The lady that day was very rude and implied it was our fault that he wasn't on the schedule. Response to the owner: Yes i am aware of how much i was charged previously that's why when i was told $90 i was shocked.. Like i mentioned in my first post I was a satisfied customer until this particular incident. Everything was addressed before leaving this review but when you are being dismissed by staff there is not many options left. Unfortunately whether you are a large or small business your staff are the face of your business. My dog is my family and priority and I am willing to travel to Windermere to ensure that he as well as I get the proper treatment and services needed. Quite honestly after reading your reply i find it very distasteful that you would mention how much i tipped.

My girl looked great! I have a 16 year old dog who gets nervous around other dogs. Melissa told me when to come in to avoid the rush so my dog would be the most comfortable during her groom. She took great care of her. And you can't beat her prices!
