After bad experiences at my old vet, I decided to switch to Paw Haven on recommendation. Quite the opposite of the previous place, is was a great ambiance, they worked fast, with efficiency, kindness and showed ETHIC, EMPHATY and PROFESSIONALISM. Today was my first visit with my puppie Cookie and I do not regret it, from entrance they welcomed us cordially, they explained the same things as my other vet but in a very subtle way without making me feel like an inept. Definitely changing my doctor was the best option. Thanks Dr. Simpon and Crystal for your patience and help ♥️

I don’t know how anyone can rate this place less than 5 stars— I have had vets left and right turn me down in emergency situations and I had just happened to find them over a year ago after spending 1000$ going to emergency vets and they were just so attentive to my baby, got him his annual and anytime I ever had issues they were there via Text, Email or Phone call. What vet office do you know that you can TEXT?? My mother in laws dog has early heart failure and chronic dry eye and they do a marvelous job with his noisy self! (He talks a lot!) and just talks to them like normal, it’s pretty funny. I have a puppy that I started taking there, got all her shots in one convenient package and got her spayed and they did GREAT with her! They know them by name, so gentle and kind and it’s like wow… I’ve never seen a vet so compassionate. They squeeze you in during time of emergencies. Protocols in tact when someone has to say bye to their babies. Clean and knowledgeable! Also people who complain about money.. they have the best prices. An estimate is an ESTIMATE and sometimes other things come up that is found!! When my puppy got spayed she had an ear infection I knew nothing about it cost an extra 60$ compared to the estimate! ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED PRICES. THATS COMMON SENSE. These girls are lovey, personable and friendly. The doctors are SOOO kind and caring every step of the way!! This is the vet you NEED for your babies!! I’ve had so many vets and I only wish I could of found them sooner. Thank you for all that you do!! You make my heart full knowing my babies are so well taken care of and loved by you all!!

We recently brought our cat Morgan in for evaluation to address a dental issue. We had taken him to another local Vet practice who gave an extremely high estimate, making it beyond our reach financially to use them. Dr. Orange's staff were caring and understanding and gave a bid that was within our budget. Morgan received wonderful treatment and all the staff we dealt with were very nice. We were very pleased with Paw Haven and will happily continue using them for Morgan in the future. Karen and Dale

We highly recommend Dr Simpson and her staff. They were spot on with the assessment and prescribed care of our precious fur baby. We chose their care when our regular office couldn't see our sick baby for several days leaving us to seek care. Lucky for us we found Dr Simpson and staff.

Doctor orange and her girls are the best!

after a very negative experience, causing the premature death of my last cat, i was very scared to even own a cat again; let alone feel the pressure of choosing another vet… but after just one basic appointment, i feel 100x better with this vet. savannah was the tech for our appointment and she did a great job with my cat, princess. she was very gentle when restraining her for her vaccine today, and it was a pretty stress-free visit for princess. their prices are reasonable too.

Our puppy saw Dr. Orange for all her shots and it was a wonderful experience. I don’t think she even knew she was at the vets because they have her so many treats. Dr. Orange and staff love what they do. I highly recommend them.

Great experience both for me and my Kitty Nash. Friendly staff, attentive sympathetic, I cannot speak highly enough of this Veterinary Surgery. I'm just so sad that I was recommended to it and now we are on the move. Thank you so very much Dr. A Simpson and staff.

Paw Haven is by far one of the be vets I have been able to bring my animals to. I have a very sick cat who needed to be seen ASAP and Paw Haven was able to get me in the next day! The staff was super nice and very friendly and helpful they are very affordable and understanding! I will certainly be switching to Paw Haven as my primary vet! Highly recommend!

LOVED DR. SIMPSON!! She was truly concerned about my Girls, Billie 10 yrs. old and IvyBella 8 yrs. old. They're Goldens & anyone that has a Golden knows they have allergy issues, tumor issues & the "C" word...Billie was actually THE patient but I always bring IvyBella to support her sister, (they just lost their big Big Brother Harry to cancerjust over 2 months ago so it's been really hard on all of us). Billie's allergies were out of control, again. And I found a large tumor deep in her neck, it was hard to find. I also found a marble size tumor. But I mentioned that IvyBella was also struggling with her allergies and was going just get refills for her. Dr. Simpson took the time to check BOTH of my girls, cut their nails, aspirated the large tumor (she said she believes it's a fatty tumor but watch it because of where it was located and it was sizable). She also took the time to get to know them, exactly what issues THEY were having. She was extremely thorough. And she was only supposed to see Billie! WOW!! I'm COMPLETELY impressed. A vet like Dr. Simpson is few and far between, very rare these days. I absolutely trust her with my sweet Girls and that's HUGE for me. Sadly, (I have a veterinarian friend who told me this), Veterinary medicine has become a racket in Florida, vets take advantage of us because we love our babies and would do anything to heal them, make them happy, in fact (and I believe I can speak for all of us that adore and love our babies)WE would happily take on all of their illnesses if we could and yes, die for them. That's NOT Dr. Simpson. She's truly a veterinarian that cares, is concerned and doesn't do unnecessary tests just to raise your bill. She's the real deal. A true Veterinarian that loves what she does, it's not a job to her and you can see that the moment your greeted by her. I'm our Agility Team's manager, so I've been around the block a few dozen times. Basically, I've seen the good and the bad...Paw Haven is OUTSTANDING! A very special thank you to Dr. Simpson for BEING a great doctor and lover of our babies. You're very special to all of us and Billie and IvyBella loved you! I would also like to mention the lovely, sweet, caring vet tech (I'm so sorry, I can't remember your name please forgive me). She had blonde hair and it was up off her shoulders. I'm sure if you look at the time we were in, you'll know the young lady I am speaking about(9/10 @ 2:30). Thank you for listening, your kindness and caring as well. As you know, the girls loved you too! I love Paw Haven because it's a smaller practice which means your not treated like a number or rushed out the door. Ya'll are wonderful! The sweet young lady that is kind enough to accommodate us in booking our appointments, the vet techs, the Vets and everyone there deserves 1000 ????! They're super friendly, compassionate and caring. All my animals are seen here and we love them. I drive from Lakeland because they treat us so well.

The staff and the vet were both wonderful and caring. Our new edition to our family prompted us to locate a veterinarian to get established so we were taking our border collie in for his first meet and greet and get his rabies vaccination. I was very pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone there. They are not one of those big places where you are just one of a thousand. I like the fact that they can focus on your pet and get to know him/her. The prices were very reasonable. I am very happy with Paw Haven Animal Hospital and will recommend it highly.

I am recently acquainted with Paw Haven, Dr. Simpson and her team are extraordinary! From my first phone encounter I could tell the team members were caring and considerate, I feel assured that my 11 y/o Bugg, Oliver, will be properly handled and the advice I recieve will be honest and straight forward, keeping the best interest of my beloved family member in mind. Dr. Simpson was gentle and patient while performing a very thorough examination on our first visit, I found her to be very friendly, professional, and attentive, everything I wanted from a first visit. All the staff is very well trained, they are knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and welcoming! I have definitely found my forever Vet Team at Paw Haven.
