1st time using this groomer. I currently live down south, but come up often to visit my sister. In fact i will be moving up here in the very near future. I will definitely be bringing Coco back! Thank you for the beautiful cut. It was exactly what i asked for!

I love this place! They took care of my little Bella that was 21 years old... Now I have Zoey (4 month old) and took her for her first haircut!!! They did an amazing job! Took our standard poodle for his 3rd grooming visit. Normally been very pleased but not today! So Grooming Deals has met and dealt with our dog before. Dropped him off at 8:00 and at 11:00 went to pick him up, as usual from past grooming appts, and was told he wasn’t ready! Left him since we were told they would give him a haircut now since he “air dried in the crate”!!! Staff called to then tell us he was matted and they couldnt give him a haircut, but could shave those areas, and asked if we wanted to pick him up! Well why didnt they see those concerns and voice them to me when I called to check on his status! VERY UPSET, FEEL AS IF THE STAFF WAS HIDING SOMETHING FROM US!! DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE! NOW I HATE THIS PLACE!!! CANT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!

A bit on the pricey side. 75.00 to bathe brush and do the nails on my German Shepherd

Most loving care given to our pets. Every animal is precious to the owner and her delightful crew. They give the same live to our pets as if it's their own. Highly highly recommend. Also reasonably priced and very friendly.

Before I took my dogs in they were all good. Went to get them a wash and all. When I picked them up my older dog had blood on her tail and there was blood all in the back of my suv. I called and Lori mentioned I could bring her back in after I already got home, but the fact still remains that she has blood on her tail and there's blood in the back of my car from it. A bandaid isn't going to fix that. Also, when I got home my dogs were extremely thirsty drinking for about 5 mins straight. Do they not offer water for the dogs for the time they are there? Not looking forward to doing buisness with them again.
