Dr. Bell, Dr. Thomas and the whole staff are wonderful. They take excellent care of my Yorkie mix. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately they decided to raise their prices. When asked for the reason for a dramatic price increase the answer was haven’t raised prices in years. Someone different owns them and claimed the product price changed. Be careful and consider if the cost is worth it. It is my opinion that their over 100 percent price increase is very unreasonable and isn’t in the same price range as competitors. It’s a shame because I have heard good things about this facility. Almost 300 dollars for a yearly appointment is not even close to what competitors charge. I wish they would reconsider charging such high prices .

Highland Square went above and beyond to hand deliver medical records for a mutual patient to the clinic when he was receiving continued care. They truly care about the pets!

They are fast and do a great job. Poor Sully looked like a little hobo pup before we dropped him off. Now he's so handsome and smells so good!! We can have peace of mind now knowing he won't be jumping any rail cars anytime soon!! Thanks guys!!

This is the only place I trust my dogs to go. I purposely drive an hour each way to come here for anything and all things dog related. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. Although they are a business, they will find a way to work with you. They actually care about their patients, and the people/animals that need them. Over the years they have been exceptional every single time. Every single employee is extremely caring, professional, and courteous. I can't thank them enough for all the times they have taken care of my dogs for all things minor and serious. There is not enough praise I can give them. Thank you for everything, and may God Bless always.

Not a great experience. My dog was very nervous and hyperactive due to being in an unfamiliar environment. During the exam, I had to step in and soothe + talk to my dog to try and calm her down because the vet tech just held her down and seemed pretty overwhelmed trying to handle the situation (FYI my dog is only 34 lbs and a year old it’s not like she’s a 100lb mastiff). Also, I’m pregnant in my third trimester so I shouldn’t feel the need to step in and do the vet tech’s job. On top of that, the room was boiling hot which made the entire experience very unpleasant. Finally, the last vet tech who gave me my dogs medicine (which my dog didn’t even need since her parasite test came back negative) made a comment about my dog and said “she’s a handful” and then sent us on our way. I will definitely not be back here.

Great veterinarian. I needed a vet in a emergency situation for my puppy. They took us in with no appointment. Great staff!

All around great staff. I've been bringing my cats here for years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Drs Bell and Thomas are kind and caring. The technicians and office staff are excellent too.

We just started taking our pup here cause we moved into the area. Our pup is vet timid but they were very understanding and worked well our girl. They even had a great recommendation for her nail care. Friendly staff. Very happy with their service.

It was a sad day for my family we had to put our coco down he had a good life we love him ????????

I wish I could rate higher than a 5. This place is finominal. I called last minute because my vet could not get my dog in. They offered for to bring her right up and they will work her in sameday. The vet personally called me to explain what was going on and needed to help my fur baby Emma. All he explained and what was going to be needed, all I could hear was cha ching cha ching. He said his staff will call back for payment. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I even got to prepay for some additional testing because the costs were so low. Please take your pet here I promise you will not be sorry. Great staff! They have a new client with me for sure.

Even though they still do curbside, the veterinarian doctor actually called me on the phone and went over questions I may have. I switched over from SPCA medical centre and they never called me once during an exam.

Hands down this was the best Veterinarian Clinic I've ever been to. Did a fantastic job with my puppy.

I just moved here, and hadn't had time to identify a vet. My dog with heart failure took a turn for the worse. So I called Highland Square, they got me in immediately. Very professional, warm and caring. Thank you so much.

They took my furbaby in last minute, and Dr Thomas was through in his examination and treatment plan. They were also very good with following CDC guidelines for covid-19.

Dr. Bell and his staff are always kind and thorough. They respond immediately as needed to questions and concerns. They take excellent care of all our pets and treated Milo very well this past week during his procedures and recovery.

I love Highland Square Vetinary Clinic! Dr. Thomas is the Best Vet Doctor there is..He really cares for your babies .All the staff there are really nice and caring. . I would not go any where else.. They have been taking care of all my animals for over 15 years..Complete Trust in them!

This has to be the best vet I've ever used. Back in February when we brought our Dogo Argentino to this vet the doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Front office staff very friendly. The office is super clean and well set up for large breed dogs. Easy to work with over the phone regarding prescriptions 100% satisfied highly recommend this vet
