Dr. Janet Hote is phenomenal with my 3 dogs. We have been going there for 9 years, she saved my rescues life. My pup in return saved my husband from a heart attack. Highly recommended as compassion is the Drs way to the animals healthy life. Thank you. J. Wright and Lil Bit .

It’s sorta funny how Compassion is in their business name when they have zero of it. All about making $$. I was actually thinking about changing my vet to these guys because it’s a lot closer than my current one. Not gonna happen.

Friendly staff and vets. Sometimes the wait times are long but they are very busy.

Our experience at this facility was incredible! The staff is great, and the veterinarian was SO generous with her time, even though she’d squeezed us in. She clearly cares both about the animals and their owners!!

Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are also very understanding. We always ask a lot of questions too and they answer every single one with patience and kindness. We look forward to continuing to trust them with our puppy and senior dog. Thank you so much we are happy to have found you all.

I will never go back. First off they take forever, second they quoted me on a dental exam for my dog and when I came to pick her up, my total was almost $200 more than what I was quoted because of blood work that they claim they explained to me which they did not.

Dr Hoke is the best. She has taken care of all our dogs and cats. She has been there for them in good times and bad. I moved but will still travel to take my pets to see her. Jessica is also wonderful and has helped me out a lot and if you ever need anything they are great

My Maltese had to have 4 tumors removed and they did a great job on her, she was not afraid to go back for her recheck and I think the charges were reasonable. They treated US like they knew she was a part of the family ❤️

They were very compassionate in our situation as we had to put down our 18 year old dog. They explained what will be happening and gave us the time to process and spend our last minutes with our dog. He is greatly missed but he is in a better place now. Thank you Compassion Animal Hospital❤

Our first time nice people working the front desk.Our appointment got delayed because of an emergency.We told them we weren't in a hurry.So when it was Orion's turn they took their time no one was in waiting room.

We have been using this vet's location for over 2 years. When the office was bought out the prices went up and the care went down. We recently took one of our dogs in for a problem. More then half of issues were ignored now we have a giant sore on the side of her neck. I had to find a new vet to take care of all 8 animals in our house. One issue they ignored was for them to clean out her ears to help with the scratching. All they did was flush her ears they never cleaned her ears out, but they made sure to charge us for a cleaning. Two weeks before that the vet said that her ears had an odor but did not actually looked at her ears. Earlier this week our other dog had chewed a sore spot on her back leg. I called to get her looked at, but they said it would be a week or two before they could get her in. I found a new vet and they saw her the same day I called. Come to find out that this dog had an infection in the spot. They named this office Compassion, but they are everything but compassionate.

I called to find out if the did cat flea baths. They don't. I asked if she knew where to get it done. She was kinda snooty and wasnt helpful at all.

Dr Hope is by far my favorite! Thank you for helping with Sylvia. Staff is amazing.

My 4 month old puppy broke his arm and every hospital I called to take him in was packed, overpriced or overbooked. I called Compassion Animal Hospital and explained my situation and Cheyenne (very sweet compassionate young lady) at front desk was able to squeeze my boy in even though they were fully booked. When my husband and I arrived, they greeted us with professionalism, quickly took our boy in for examination and got him taken care of in no time. Great staff, clean facility and prices are very reasonable given the excellent service they provide. Doctor Hoke was very knowledgeable and comforting while explaining to us what was done for our boy, what steps we’d be taking moving forward etc etc..Highly recommend this Pet Clinic and give them 10 Stars ⭐️

They treat your pet like it their own. Excellent place to take your pet.

I recently had to euthanize my dog and they took me within the minute i got there. They were very professional and compassionate. If you need to take your pet somewhere this is the place to go.

I didn't like the idea that they take your pet to the back and you can't see what's going on with them. Didn't like the idea that the expect you to use a specific mail in pharmacy and I was told they would not be doing business with Chewy anymore and you had to use vetsource look on sight hard to navigate. I've been using Chewy for years! They didn't have the food available they said my cat needed to be put on and never suggested anything on a holiday weekend ....I got a copy of his blood work and went to another local vet... these our my family members. I don't care about Corporate stuff ... There was a few nice people that were working there the vet tech was great my baby's

Our 3y/o American Bully Hoss went into distress due to heat stroke on a Saturday afternoon his tounge, gums and skin and turned blue, then purple while in route to the vet. I called letting them know we were on our way and just a few minutes away. The tech was at the door waiting and everyone was aware. They took excellent care of him. I can not express how GRATEFUL we are that we were able to take him home after several hours. Everyone in the staff and Dr. Hoke did an AMAZING job to get him stabilized. We will forever grateful to have more time with our little guy ❤ Hoss says THANK YOU FOR SAVING HIS LIFE!
