Never again, doesn’t even look as if they cut the dog. I know they did not cut the nails or do the ears as I had to do them. When they offered for us to bring her back after having her for 5 hrs, as we pulled up our dog started shaking uncontrollably. We opted at that point was not worth the trauma.

My Yorkie stayed here while we were on vacation. He was just as happy-go-lucky when I picked him up, just like the day we dropped him off.

We recently picked our dog up from Four Paws Only in Lakeland, FL while we were gone for the weekend and Reggie’s food was covered with bugs ???? everywhere!!! We didn’t realize it until it was too late and put it in with his other food. We had to throw it all out along with treats!! Then, I had to give Reggie a flea bath because we saw bugs ???? on him!! ????????????

They've taken great care of my pup. They also try to meet what you request, within reason. Great price. My Dog is always happy. My dog had a rod in his leg and just had it removed which is why he hasn't been in a bit. I look forward to him going back without having pain in his leg to keep him from being the best doggo he can be.

Bear first day at doggie day care. He loved it. Came home perfectly tired.

I cannot speak highly enough about this business. They are excellent groomers and exceptional boarders. They love and care for our dogs as much as we do.

Great place to work and bring your pet in for daycare boarding for dog's and cats

I took my 6 month old Shih Tzu here twice. The first time was fine, it was only a face trim, and they told me 15$, and charged me 20$, 2 mins job, but the second time, they ended up shaving his face to the point where there were visible abrasions, bumps, lesions, and cuts. And they tried to cover it up with a bandana so that I wouldn't see it until I got home. I've had to take my poor puppy to the vet multiple times, and he is still on antibiotics, the cuts are bleeding as the poor puppy scratches, and got bad infection, it is all over his face. THIS IS SO CRUEL, and they didn't even have the courtesy to let me know what happened. They damaged his beautiful coat and his hair is not even growing back...They did not even clean his ears, and charged me for a full grooming. Worst place I ever visited. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place!

Brought my Dog Sophie many times love the people friendly n seem to care .. picked her up yesterday the fist thing I heard Sophie was scared of the dryer so the used not the blow dryer .. we left got home dropped Sophie off went to the store got a call 10 minutes later her eye is worse .. it's red n shut she has trouble keeping it open called talk to them asked what happened this is my baby .. they said don't know maybe soap in her eye ??? I think broken blood vessel from maybe being scared???? Going to wait couple more days n see if it heals..

They were very affordable. They did a wonderful job with my dog. She is a red nose pit I will definitely be back

Very impressed. From the start I knew my dog was in good hands. They introduce them to the pack so they’re not overwhelmed and there are cameras so you can see what your dog is doing and how they’re taking to the environment. Felt very comfortable leaving my dog there and will be back again soon

I boarded my three dogs for the weekend and they had a great time. I will definitely be using them again!

Staff was great. My wife is over protective and can get a little crazy when it comes to our pets. Staff was always 100% professional and nice. Can not beat the price.

I have had several cats and 1 dog that have been here thru the years. I wouldn't trust my pets with any other " stylest"

Did a good job on my kitty's haircut. No information offered about how it went when picked up. Would have appreciated some details about cat's experience. First haircut ever!

Annually, I take my cats to get a lion cut and they always do a great job.

We’ve been bringing our pets to Four Paws for a few years now and are always very happy. They were extremely helpful today with my sick cat and helped us with an issue with his meds that our vet didn’t tell us about. We highly recommend them for boarding and daycare!

Great job,a little pricey but worth it

If you do not care about your pet then this place is perfect. Sent my dog here for boarding and when I picked him up he had very LARGE chunks of hair missing from both sides of his face that were not there when I dropped him off and the workers did not even mention anything to me about it they just let me see it on my own. When I asked them about it one worker said it looked like another dogs “saliva” made him break out and another said he was “allergic” to their fake grass and was scratching himself when he CLEARLY looked like he was attacked by another dog. Worst place ever, I should’ve sued them.

I brought my dog, although he was bathed and dried thoroughly, the trimming was not as good as other groomers visited previously.

Our Pippi loves going to daycare and she has been boarded as well. They are caring and loving ❤ Prices are very reasonable Definately recommend Four Paws Only!

Very easy to get an appointment. Emailed over my dogs vaccine and rabies proof. Called next day and was able to setup an appointment. They took great care of my dog. Would definitely bring him there again if more boarding is required.
