Dr presnell saved the life of my dog that never ever thought was possible... And the staff went above and beyond

Always have a good experience here. Been taking our dogs to see Dr. Marc Presnell for over 15 years now. He's the absolute BEST there is!

Great customer and pet care.Took the time to discuss my best friends issues and to make me feel comfortable with her care.

After going to to veterinarians that I knew well for 8 or 6 years and I rescue so many dogs my one dog went here when no one else could see her after almost five days of no food or water and vomiting and dr. Presnell saved for life

I had to put my dog to sleep today ..he was 16 years old..I was treated with the up mostt respect ever..nobody rushed me i was able to take my time and saying goodbye..the dr and tech were so compassionate and caring..i will always appreciate them for how they helped me thur a rough decision

For a euthorization. They treated me and her like we were special. It gave me comfort.

Love this place Dr Presnell was a favorite of my cats Sandy and Beckel. Very caring. I moved out of area so longer use them.

Their prices are good, they are jammed with pets, parking lot always full. They are horrible at scheduling. If you have an appointment plan on waiting at least an additional half hour. Oh and brush up on your Spanish, most of the assistants speak English, the Vet not so well.

Was in need to have our 13 1/2 Great Dane put down he was not able to walk anymore and in pain and they came through and helped use with our loss . Sir Duke was the best dog in the universe. Will be missed everyday. Great Doctor and awesome Staff.Thank you again. He is home now.

The vet was super friendly and walked me through everything going on with my fur baby. She even answered all of my questions, which was a lot. I will definitely bring my fur babies back.

I absolutely love all the doctors at Santa Fe Animal Hospital. Dr. Jones and Dr. Presnell are the most kind and gentle people you will ever meet. They take care of my dogs as if they were their own. Lucy my pug has had diabetes and Cushings disease for 3 years now. Their expert care and efforts have given me so much more time with my dog than I ever expected. Every time Lucy gets sick they are there to support us. I would highly recommend both Dr. Jones and Dr. Presnell. The vet support staff are amazing too. We Love Santa Fe Animal Hospital!!!

My friends cat came because it couldnt breathe and the nurse told them to go somewhere THIRTY MINS AWAY. Their cat died.

Staff is always polite, kind and thorough on exams. Waited outside, for a very short time.

Dont come here if its any kind of emergency, this was the closest animal hospital to where I lived. My cat had trouble breathing and I brought him here around 7-8am only to be told that there was no doctor there today. They gave me the directions to a 24/7 emergency animal hospital in Winter Haven which was 30 minutes away. Even though my cat was struggling to breathe and was drooling because of the severity and 30 minutes is a long drive for an emergency. When I got there I was told my cat had no pulse anymore and had passed away. so thanks for the help i guess?? :/

I have been taking my dog Rally here for 5 years(since he was a puppy). They are an excellent place to take your pets. They are courteous, professional, and affordable. I would highly recommend them!!!

When my original vet diagnosed my kitty with Kidney Disease, they wanted to put her down, so I brought her to Santa Fe for a second opinion. Dr. Presnell was very guarded because she was already in Stage IV, but he gave her a chance and she is now doing well! He and his staff are very caring and have walked me through this new way of life for me and my "baby girl."

Dr. Presnell was excellent with my little princess. He called me personally and explained in detail her conditions and recommendations. The assistants were friendly and professional. I would definitely give a higher rating if it were possible.

I watched a cat get hit by a car and he was still alive so I went to pick him up and took him to get help from the 24 hour place they offer bc I couldnt just leave him on the side of the road. Even though I was just being a good Samaritan they wanted me to take ownership of the cat and sign him over and wanted my life story before helping this poor fur baby. They told me before helping him or seeing if he could be saved that he was going to be sent over rainbow road. Euthanasia shouldnt be used bc you dont want to help the animal. They deserve to be helped Just as much as anyone else in the world. I felt bad for this animal and couldnt take him home bc between my family and I we have 5 animals already and I knew for a fact that he needed medical attention after being hit at 55mph. The car tried to slow down or stop but there wasnt time but they didnt stop for him. So I went back and risked my life stopping in the middle of the road bc if i had left him there he would have been ran over repeatedly. Stray or not.. I'll try to help any animal in need. Just 2 days before Thanksgiving and the lady that came out had a nasty attitude with me. I had drove over a hour distance due to bad directions given to me from this place. I will never take any animal there. Mine or a stray!
