Dr. Pedro Santiago gave me an extensive tour when he first opened his clinic, including the back operating room and lab. He answered all my questions thoroughly, and showed me the bottles of vaccinations that would be used in my animals to see if they contained an allergen my one cat had. His service with my animals is always phenomenal. They are comfortable with his handling. He doesn't recommend or push anything that he doesn't think is necessary and will explain why! Other vets have tried to push unnecessary procedures or x rays, or force an expensive annual package that includes things I don't need and wouldn't use. Most notable, outside of their service, is their better than fair prices. The staff is always responsive on the phone and in person, Dr. Santiago can recommend holistic or specialty services from other practices, and I trust anything he prescribes. You will be treated like family here.

Best staff, best doc, and best vet we have ever had our dogs with. It's evident that Dr Santiago and every single person that works there genuinely cares about my dogs. Just a collection of great people.

We are so happy to have found our new vet! Our older Golden Retriever, Lucy and our small Bichon puppy, Bonnie are very comfortable there. When Dr Santiago spayed Bonnie, he even rubbed and kissed her little healed tummy on the follow up visit. Everyone there is kind and their love of animals shines through. The team provides expert healthcare for Bonnie and Lucy, but most importantly to us, with kindness and love. So happy we switched from our other vet! Thank you Dr. Santiago and team! Below is little Bonnie only hours after surgery, but she was so much better the next morning :).

I just recently moved to the area & needed to get my dog in as soon as possible. I called yesterday & they were able to get me in this morning! The staff is very friendly, from the receptionist to the tech to Dr. Santiago. He was thorough & didn't seem to rush through what he thought the issue was. He also wanted to setup a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to see how my fur baby was doing after his round of medication. I think we found our new vet home!

Horrible experience with my mom and her dog. The assistant was somewhat condescending and cold don't remember her name but she had lots of tattoos. Not personal at all. When I tried calling to speak to someone about this matter the receptionist said she would leave a message well I am still waiting for that call. I wonder if that person ever received it. Not interested in any calls at the time. We are not coming back.

It took us a while to find a clinic with humanized treatment and here we found all the affection, care and professionalism we needed for Bagheera =)

Our 14-lb senior dog was having diarrhea and vomiting, and we were recommended to Wintermere Pointe Animal Hospital by surrounding vets that had no availability. Wintermere Pointe was able to squeeze us in within 2 hours of calling, and we were able to see the doctor and get our little guy all the proper care. They gave us an extensive treatment plan and covered all the bases to ensure that our little dog would heal and he is already looking and feeling much better. Thank you SO much.

I've previously gone to two other vets until I found this place and I cannot say enough good things about it. Not only is it affordable but the entire staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. My dog has had an ongoing infection which has been very emotionally stressful and includes a lot of calls and visits to the vet. This place relieves so much stress and is always quick to get things done for me. I've gone to places that charge me a tremendous amount of money just for a check up and places that don't even get back to me after calling several times, not to mention the wait times are ridiculous. This place is the complete opposite and an animal parent's dream. I highly recommend this place. They will always try to squeeze you in and truly care about your babies.

I showed up 20 minutes late to an appointment with my cat because of traffic on windermere road. they closed the left lane so it was a huge backup all the way from the grove to walgreens in windermere. Soon my arrival they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me since their vet were about to go on lunch. I asked if they could please see my cat because she was terrified meowing like a screeching human being. One lady heard me out and said that she would go see what she could do. i waited about 10 minutes in the lobby. then they moved me into a back room for another 15 just to tell me i would need to come back tomorrow. I wish they would’ve saved everyone’s time and not have made me scar my cat going to the vet for the first time and not get anything done.

Pawsitive atmosphere all around. Dr. Pedro Santiago explained in detail what was going on. Very knowledgeable staff. The technician Alex was very kind and loving to My dog during the entire visit. Thank you for treating my dog with exceptional care. ❤️

Dr. Santiago is the answer to my prayers! Our Golden is terrified at the vet. Dr. Santiago sat on the floor with her to get acquainted and let her get used to him, she had an excellent visit! He and his vet techs were very friendly, professional and willing to spend as much time as we needed to assess our girl. Even better was no "curbside" service - we got to go into the office and exam room with our girl and talk with the doctor directly and there was no weeks long wait to make an appointment. Amazing Vet! Easily the best one we have ever had. Dr. Santiago is friendly, professional and highly competent. Wintermere Point Animal Hospital is the only place I will take our Wicket and Jilli (our dog and cat). The bed side manner of the entire staff is second to none. The facility is always top notch and extremely clean. They always remember our animals by name and treat them with the highest level of dignity and respect.
