How do I start this review, after reading the reviews I knew this was the folks I had to use , from my first phone call every body was so caring ( Michelle) she made the process unbelievably perfect ???? Our appointment was made and Dr Kara came to put our beloved Dougal to his final resting place after 21 years by our side . Dr Kara is an angel sent to make a distressing situation so much easier, her angelic voice calmly explaining the process made it so much easier to say our final goodbye, our Dougal passed so calmly and peacefully. I do not have the words to express our sincere thanks Heavenly Paws ???? will be our family forever Dr Kara and everyone at Heavenly Paws thank you so very much ????????

Dr. Kara truly has a gift for animals and helped my family through the difficult decision of saying goodbye to our 16 year old sweet boy. She is extremely compassionate and turned a heartbreaking experience into a serene and peaceful goodbye. I am truly thankful for Dr. Kara and Heavenly Paws.

Dr Kiva was so compassionate in our time of sadness after we had to put our precious Layla down after 15 years. She was professional and explained the process. The in home euthanasia is very private and we were able to be by her side the entire process as we said our goodbyes.

I would like to thank Dr. Kara she responded with such a professionalism and very caring in a moment of sadness. She took care of our baby in his last moments. I will recommend their service to anyone who needs a compassionate Dr to help you with your pets last moments. Again Dr Kara thank you for your kindness and professionalism you demonstrated putting our ramses to sleep.

We, unfortunately, had to say good bye to our beloved, 13 year old, siberian husky, Angel. She was suffering from cancer . Angel was not able to support her weight and mobilize the morning we had to make our very difficult decision. Fortunately, I found Angel Paws - a mobile hospice vet, that came to our home that morning, showed much compassion, shared in our grief, and gave Angel ( our sweet loving dog ) her dignity.....during our goodbyes. Such a VERY hard time to go thru, but Heavenly Paws is HIGHLY recommended in any pet's and family's time of need and grief. Thank you. I'm sorry, i do not remember the wonderful female's vet name. Dr Kara was so kind and patient during this process. She did not rush and actually encouraged me to take as much time as needed. It was hard but I had to send my 15 yo pomeranian over the Rainbow Bridge. I am so thankful someone recommended this place because the care and understanding was amazing.

Yesterday we had to make the difficult decision to put our 13 year old lab down, we knew she only wanted to be at her home! Dr. Kiva came out last night, she was incredibly compassionate and made the whole process calm and peaceful for our sweet pup Dixie. We had a beautiful little Shih tzu who was suffering from renal failure. Her prognosis was not going to be any better at her 15 years she was giving one hell of a fight but once she stopped eating we decided to call Heavenly Paws Home Calls, we are so happy we did because the same day we call Dr. Kiva James Squeezed us in with in her very busy day. From the minute she stepped in the house, all the dogs went crazy with her and she immediately identified my little girl Cookie. Cookie had not been able to walk all day due to the dizziness that causes her renal desease. Cookie got up and walked towards the doctor to greet her and like saying thank you for taking the time to help me. Dr. Kiva was beyond kind she was very patinet with us and took her time with us to let us prepare to walk our little girl to the other side of the bridge. Dr. Kara is an angel on Earth, there is no doubt in my mind. We had come to the hard decision of letting our sweet Great Dane go. We knew we did not want him to pass in a cold vet's office, but would rather help him transition to his next life, in the comfort of our home. From the moment of reaching out to Dr. Kara, she filled us with a sense of calm and understanding. We knew we had made the right decision in choosing her services. As soon as she walked in, she got on the floor and began to love on Goose. It was like he was greeting a long lost friend, kissing her face and immediately taking to her. Dr. Kara's presence has left our family speechless, I honestly don't know if I have ever met someone as special as her. Her soul is truly beautiful. She never once rushed us, explaining each step and taking time to learn about Goose and all of our other dogs. She came prepared with a bag full of treats and made sure Goose was comfortable and happy. When the time came to let him go, she was patient with us - it was the most peaceful and beautiful experiences any of us have ever shared together. Although losing a pet is one of the hardest things to go through, having Dr. Kara by our sides was the best decision we have ever made. What a gift she gave us!

Dr. James & Dr. Abeyta are some of the most amazing veterinarians we've had the pleasure of working with. We've been referring patients to them for a little under two years now as sometimes we're just unable to get out in time. Heavenly Paws House Calls has filled a need in the Orlando area and have drastically improved the pet community with their efforts. Dr. Kara helped my kitty Ernie pass this morning. He had bladder cancer and started to fail quickly. She helped me and Ernie thru the hardest but most needed thing I ever had to do. I am truly grateful. Thank you again ????????❤️

Dr Kiva made a very difficult decision and devastating day so much easier. We received a quick phone call back to discuss our options and were able to set a convenient time for our pet to be put to sleep gently and without any stress. At the home appointment there was no rush and everyone got to say their goodbyes while he lightly dozed. He did not even see the vet or either injection. Our daughter was also able to get a clay paw print to remember her beloved pet.

A very hard decision was made more manageable by these amazing doctors. Spoke with Dr. Kiva and was very well cared for on the phone. Dr. Kara came out and provided amazing care for my dog and family. Overwhelmingly recommend!

Yesterday we had to say goodbye to our beloved 13-year-old cat, Ginger. In addition to her professionalism, Dr Kara was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. She talked us through every step of the way, at no time rushing us, and taking into account not only our feelings but also those of our other furbabies. Even though it was heartbreaking to lose Ginger both my son and I felt a sense of comfort and relief afterwards, knowing that at no point in the process was he in any pain. He was even purring as he slipped away. Finding Heavenly Paws was a godsend to us and I can't recommend them highly enough. We will always be so grateful to Dr Kara for making such a difficult day bearable and for giving us peace of mind, knowing that we made the best decision to call her.
