Dr. Hasan and his team provide first class service and competent care for my animals. The doctor always takes the time to explain and answer my questions. I drive past numerous other vets that are closer to my home because of his service. Thank you!

I highly recommend taking your pet here! The entire staff is are so nice & helpful! Dr. Hassan will see you anytime day or night, emergency or not! He's saved my 16yr old pekignese and he's now living out his years comfortably ❤ Dr Hussan is not just an after hours vet. He’s there for you and your pet 24/7 and he really is so smart, kind, and wants the best care for animals. My 15 yr old boxer loves him:)

We had an emergency with our dog and we’re advised when we called ahead they were open and taking animals without an appointment. When we showed up they turned us away and said they could not take our dog. Once they ushered us out they turned off their open sign. This was supposed to be a 24/7 clinic and how do they turn away an emergency? It is dishonest and unethical. NEVER GO HERE.

Super fast service, they took very good care of my baby Louis and got him all fixed up! Gabbie was phenomenal and very helpful and we very much enjoyed Dexter (the cutest golden retriever receptionist you’ll ever meet) and his rainbow donut toy. ❤️

We went here because it was the only place we could find that would take us right away as we were visiting and not a regular customer they were very good with our dog did tests and provided treatment right away.

I was just there today 1/5/2022. With my cat Jasper. Super clean environment, squeaky clean and sanitized very customer/patient oriented did not wait at all, once we got in one of the staff promptly took care of us and helped us with paperwork. Since the moment she saw Jasper her focus turned to him, a very reassuring gesture. We where taken to the waiting room with our cat, an assistant came very promptly to inform me about that the vet will be with us in a few minutes. When the vet came into the room he promptly examined Jasper and took care of him... diagnosed his condition and gave him treatment indicating us what he was giving him all the time and then telling us what to do as a follow up. We are very satisfied with the service that was provided to our "fur baby". Definitively recommended. Just make sure you have $$$ in your bank or cash because the initial emergency visit is $125 and goes up from there... mine went north of that ... way north, because of the medications and treatments given.

Had to come in on Christmas Eve to get my dog stitched up from a dog bite. So thankful they were working through the holiday and could take care of us.

The same night my senior cat hit the end inevitable stage of renal failure, I discovered I'd mislaid my debit card and it was after banking hours. 24/7 could not have been nicer, more sensitive to the situation,, or more professional when I called and let me know Venmo was available as an alternative. With more than 10 years as a veterinary practice manager and certified tech, I was impressed and touched by their response. Gratefully, Diane B.

The 24/7 animal hospital staff is very friendly, they always answer the phone and they treat the pets with care and respect. When my puppy was born she also get a cut tail and she healed very quick. I recommend them!!!

Most of the Techs are pretty wonderful & caring.... I'm not sure about the Doctor. The Doctor was laughing so much watching Instagram just a few minutes after I brought a Senior dog who was having a severe emergency that I didn't feel like I could even ask him questions... The Doctor keeps 2 large exotic Serval cats caged in the back???... I wouldn't let this Doctor care for any of my animals... The senior dog passed away. I went to see him 3 times a day since he arrived Thanksgiving afternoon. NOT ONCE DID I SEE THE DOCTOR PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO THE SENIOR DOG!!!!! IT WAS LIKE HE ACCEPTED THE DOG WAS GOING TO DIE AS SOON AS HE WAS CHECKED IN AT THE CLINIC.... ALSO A 24 HOUR CLINIC SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN 1 DOCTOR ON STAFF

This was the first time I went to a vet office and names where not given by the service providers. Very unprofessional! There was an lack of empathy when I took my dog there after discovering a snake bite in his neck. Poor communication! My original vet had to call just to get lab information I ordered and pay for 3 weeks ago after calling 3 times for myself. I was given wrong information by multiple people. They doctor didn’t even lift my dog up to put him on the examination table he kept asking me to do it! Heard great things but that was not my reality. Really disappointed, if you want to have connection with your vet THIS IS NOT PLACE FOR YOU. Only gave this place two stars because I was able to go to them after 5pm. But definitely not worth the amount I paid for services.

Charged us $50 for a consultation and when we tried to make an appointment for a different day we were pressured very rudely by the vet to do it then and there when we made it clear we did not want to. The vet techs were nice but the vet himself is unprofessional and rude. It really seems like they care about taking your money as soon as possible rather than the care of your pets. Please find somewhere else to take your pet.

BEWARE - WARNING! My husband took our cat in and there was a "traveling" vet there and no vet tech. The vet asked my husband to hold our cat while he attempted to anesthetize him. The cat was frantic and while I'm no vet I found it odd that he didn't give the cat a shot of a tranquilizer to make him more compliant. Not surprisingly, the cat bit my husband. We are pleased that the vet did rectify the cat's issue. However he did not tell my husband that he could end up with a horrible infection and potentially lose his thumb without medical care. Since my husband had a recent tetanus shot we assumed normal care for a puncture would be sufficient. It was NOT. It was clear by the next day something was wrong. His thumb was very swollen and painful. My husband did go to a walk in the next day and got antibiotics and followed the prescribed protocol. However upon follow-up a few days later with our primary care doctor my husband was sent to the emergency room and was hospitalized for 5 days, had surgery removing major infection and narrowly missed losing his thumb. When I called to explain the normal vet made excuses and basically blamed my husband! The only reason for 2 stars is that the cat is ok. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Extremely rude customer service and phone etiquette!

I was worried about coming here because of some of the reviews, but my Leia had just been hit by a car bleeding and limping so I had to take her here since everything else was closed. Everyone was actually really really nice to me and to my Leia! They were quick and thorough. It makes me relieved to know my girl was in good hands!

We can enthusiastically recommend 24/7 Animal Hospital of Orlando to all who are looking for loving and comprehensive care for their pets. For years they have taken great care of our two dogs, and one cat. This has included hospitalization, and routine stuff. This place is a nightmare stay away!

Fast and excellent service, would recommend.

I have had a few poor experiences with this facility. 1st of which was a mis-diagnosis of our shih tzu which we ended up taking him to university hospital in Gainesville to find out that he would need daily meds to live a normal life after we had already spent almost two thousand dollars in this facility with transfusions and meds no health improvements. Today we had an appointment set for annual vaccinations or so we thought. Their reply for the extra charges were that generally they do additional testing while vaccinating. Absolutely none of this was mentioned during the phone call. Evidently people are supposed to just know their practices. My advice is to question everything they do and get second opinions before anything any procedures performed at this facility. Update: Nothing was explained when we asked for annual shots for our pets. We simply asked for vaccinations and scheduled a time. Just because you say generally it’s common practice doesn’t make it right. There are people that use your services that don’t know that much or if anything thing at all which is why they use you. I run an automotive repair shop and if I used you train of thought I’d be out of business. Just be up front and honest. Even people that say no may come back. Don’t act like it’s a one time experience or that’s exactly what it will be. Get your customer satisfaction score up as you’d be surprised even those that don’t buy can review very well in your favor.

With my experience I feel like Vets are more focus on money and not the wellbeing of you’re pets, The vet at this establishment is more focus on his ego and reputation rather then focus on you’re dogs health, he charged for check ups and Litterly spent two minutes looking at the dog said their fine and off on there way, how ever he failed to inform me they had hook worms or even tried to take the extra step in identifying the problem, our dogs had surgery and not even a month later the dog needed the same surgery, The Vet is very incompetent and treats his staff worse then he treats you’re pets, I would not recommend support this menace to society.

24 seven animal Hospital a Orlando did an awesome job with our puppy Violet. Violet had a major gash on her paw. She was bleeding quite a bit. Dr. Hassan was great with her. She wasn’t afraid and He was gentle. They took us back right away and with in the half hour she was taken care of. I am so grateful we came to this clinic.

We had a great experience today at 24/7 animal clinic. The service was fast. Staff are friendly and very informative. They always take care of our Milo very well with every visit! I highly recommend!!
