Recently brought my dog here for a fews day during my getaway. Nice clean place with great staff and always kept me updated on what my dog was doing. Seems like my dog didn't want leave because she was enjoying her retreat...lol

They took great care of my babies! Definitely recommended by this 3 puppy mama!

This place used to be amazing, they had better hours than any other pet facility I took my pet to previously. But, they’ve been running at “limited capacity” for far too long and it’s basically impossible to get your pet in if anything last minute pops up, or even a month in advance at times. I miraculously got my dog in for a 1 night stay and I paid for 2 full days of daycamp in addition, which should have totaled 111 dollars. They tacked on an extra “late” fee of 20 dollars because I picked my dog up after 12pm, EVEN THOUGH I paid for a full day of daycamp the day she would be picked up that ends at 5pm on the weekends. They stated that while I paid for a full day of daycamp, they had to charge me a late fee “just in case” I didn’t come pick up my dog that afternoon. What is the point of paying for a full day of daycamp if I’m going to get hit with an additional fee at the end? I spoke to the manager and she made the mistake of telling me that others have been upset over this policy as well, yet they have no plans to fix it and didn’t refund my money. This place is overrun, if you’re looking for a new reliable daycamp/boarding facility, I’d look elsewhere until they expand and/or figure out their issues.

My dog has bed behavior! They put him with 3 months old together with big dogs. Zyon when see any dogs on the road bark like a crazy and want jump in others one. He got a training certification in stCloud but no k9 yet. Training are good they take care police and immigration dogs. This is ridiculous!!!! Zyon is aggressive when see others dogs need be socializing now. Pet paradise is not responsible place. One day I had to call bec he was in kennel long time and had 4 months old.

First time and VERY DISAPPOINTED. Service below expectations. Left my dog for 3 Nights, Nicole was such in a rush when check in that overlooked my instructions around the wet food. They missed to give the wet food can I provided to my dog. What would happened if that food was strictly medicated and will cause a health problems to my dog?? Who will response for that?? Not a good service, very dissatisfied and not happy about this business. They are not reliable and cant trust if you give them instructions for your dog.

I just returned from Christmas vacation and am HEART BROKEN at the condition of my dog after leaving her in your care for a week. She was beautiful, happy and healthy when we left her, and is quite the opposite today. Her entire demeanor has changed! My hope is I can prevent your dog from this same experience. To say she was neglected is an understatement! We would NEVER under ANY circumstance trust Pet Paradise with our pets. They say a picture is with a thousand words…..

Pet paradise has to be one of the most unprofessional grooming place. They butchered my Yorkie numerous times. My poor baby came out with just half of a cut literally top half of his body is shaved and nothing else was done. It looks as if my niece took some clippers and ran it from his head half way down his back. Even after telling and showin them a picture of exactly how I wanted him to be groomed. He looks worst then when he went in. When the situation was address. Their response was“ theres nothing they can do”. How is this professional, this is how they treat their customers?!. This is why they come out to get your payment before letting you see your pup. They are doin whatever it is they want there and just taking peoples money. Basically a laugh in their customers face. From the front desk to all the workers just very unprofessional and rude as day. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times. But this was the last for me. I’ll definitely be taking my pup else where and canceling my membership. THE MOST HORRIBLE PUP GROOMING THUS FAR!!!.

Be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes when picking up and dropping off. Grooming and boarding services are good but the front desk employees are rude if you get out of your car

We just left our 8.5 year old lab who is on a lot of joint medicine at PP for 4 days. He requires medicine in the morning and evening. I was very nervous about leaving him there for the week. Needless to say, it appears he was very well taken care of and I think he might be mad at me for making him come home. I guess the pool and furry friends are pretty fantastic! Thanks so much for taking great care of our boy.

Left my dog for day care on Tuesday & Wednesday and she came back with a deep scratched belly & she might have an infection. THEY NEVER NOTIFIED US of what happened, they dont EVER pick up the phone. Terrible service. You sign an agreement in case your dog hurt another, but what if its the other way around? They have too many dogs, more than they can probably handle. Poor costumer service. Again, nobody let us know about she having an incident and now nobody picks up the phone. Don’t board your dog here

UPDATE: I can’t get a reservation with this place even a month in advance. I join the waitlist but not one time I have gotten a call back. I asked what number I am on the waitlist and they said they can’t tell me. Are you kidding me!? I was a loyal customer. But I can’t do it anymore. I don’t trust them. I don’t trust the waitlist and the one time I was able to get a room I called everyday for 3-4 days and magically something just happened to open up with when I was on the phone. I’m sorry but I think this is Fictious. Management needs to do better and be more transparent. This by far is the best location (Winter Garden) and organization (Pet Paradise) for leaving my pet. I think the prices are very fair for the facility, the fact they have on-site vet techs and veterinarians, spa and grooming services, as well as perks like ice cream treats to help you have a peace of mind while you are away from home, or just because you want to socialize your pup and take advantage of their doggie daycare. I wouldn't want to leave my dog anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and from the moment you drop off your pet you feel you've made the right decision. Thanks Pet Paradise!

Our 16 1/2 yr. old poodle was here for boarding and got sick and they responded ASAP, got her checked out and medicine and by the next day she was doing great when our daughter picked her up. Great to know they really paid attention and when she wouldn't eat they noticed and responded. She is doing great and we are very grateful.

My granddogs loved it...they will be going back

My puppy went to Pet Paradise in Winter Garden and we include everything in our package to have him more time to play outside the kennel and take some pictures to send to us, till here and the check in everything appear fine but after we left starts our nightmares'. The next day they did not put him to play and we start a chat with then and they start the excuses, after more than 1h in a chat they said everything will be okay for the next day - do you know why I am telling that because as an owner i will offer to not pay the service was never provided - have that been said, after we pick him up he starts a couch and we went to the Vet and the Vet said he acquires kennel couch, I called the company and they said in the agreement describe that they do all they can to clean he space but if something happens they will be not responsible. Interesting, the problem occurred in their premises and they are not responsible? Something look estrange for me here, don't you think? In other words I will never came back and recommend to everyone that is reading my review, please be fair from their, they are not pet lovers, they do not do anything with their hearts. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service and also they do not care and do ask if my puppy is okay or not. Very very disappointed and do not recommend to anyone!!

When calling to check on my Pug no one answers...when I did speak with some one they did not seem to know much about giving info....never seen my dog being out...got him back with the runs...disapoointed with svc!!!

I can't say enough about Pet Paradise Winter Garden location. I've been bringing my puppy, Forge, here since he was 8 weeks old. He's made his way through their Tiny Town area and now is in with the big dogs at 5 months old. What I love is that my pup is getting time to socialize with other dogs at this crucial stage in his doggie life. I feel so comfortable leaving him here and know that the staff is doing everything thing they can to keep him and the other dogs safe. As you can imagine, it takes a ton of patience to deal with a pup especially a high energy boxer who wants to go wild on the play yard. He can be a bit crazy at times. The staff has no problem discipling my little stinker when he's being TOO MUCH while also understanding he's a puppy at the same time. With Pet Paradise's help, I'm confident I'm raising a well socialized pup who loves to play with other dogs.

It was great the atencio on my dog was great no complain at all.

This was the first time we left our fur baby with someone he doesn't know. He was pretty sheltered through COVID-19 and I was a little hesitant to leave him in a new surrounding. Pet Paradise took such good care of Bullit. We absolutely loved getting our email updates and photos everyday and it put my mind at ease knowing he was doing just fine without us! He had one instance where he hopped a fence out of his suite and they called right away to let us know they moved him to an inside only suite where he would be safe. I'm so happy we found Pet Paradise so I don't have to worry about leaving him in the future!

To be honest a little expensive. However, as the saying goes, "you get what you paid for." They take great care of our 4-legged family member and that does give me peace of mind when she can't be with us. I would definitely recommend to family/friends.

Over priced in my opinion for a 4 month old puppy bath and trim. $70 is a bit much. A lot of confusion when it was time to pick my puppy up as well. When I arrived I was told he wasn’t ready and that they were just starting on the shampoo. So I left. When I was almost home they called again and said he was ready. Was told that sometimes the groomer calls and doesn’t tell the people up front. Not a great first impression.
