Our little girl became extremely sick out of the blue. I called Dr Valentine and she took her in immediately. We started treatment for an unknown origin. It wasn’t working and our dog was getting worse. I called her office after hours on a Friday night and Dr Valentine picked up and helped us. She stayed in email contact with us all night. On Saturday our gal was worse. Dr Valentine came into the office and spent hours with her even calling in an emergency radiologist. Again we stayed in constant contact and she saw our gal again on Sunday and then everyday for a week after that. Dr Valentine and staff were amazing. She was able to figure out what was wrong after she tdedocated hours of research. We are happy to say she saved our gals life! We can’t thank her and her staff enough!!!!!!!

Oh my goodness! I don't think I have ever met a veterinarian who is just so condescending, crotchety and bitter.

Dr. Valentine is efficient, paciente and lovely Doctr. She takes care of my cat and dog, they feel comfortable and confident during the attendance. I feel grateful for had meeting Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic.

I recently adopted an Australian Shepherd puppy back in November of 2020. I have never raised a puppy before, or have ever owned a high energy pure breed before. I do not have kids so I knew I wanted to treat my Scully as my first born child! I have heard of only wonderful things of Cedar Bay Vet Clinic & Dr. Valentine. Therefore, I knew she’s the only one I’d trust to know I am getting the most up to date information and guidance on how to raise my new puppy. Dr. V and her staff are not only educated professionals but they strive to continue their learning through evidence-based practice and quality research. Scully has received all of her care through Dr. Valentine and I have only great things to say. Her staff is dedicated, passionate, and friendly. I have pet insurance and they submit the claim ASAP for me without delay. They are transparent with describing all procedures. I know how much I will be paying generally before they provide care so I can get an idea of the cost (which has only been reasonable). They’ve taken appropriate measures with Covid-19 to ensure the health & safety of their staff and customers. I’ve never had an issue with their staff or Dr. Valentine or the care they provide there. Dr. V is highly intelligent and skilled in her practice and I can tell she takes the health and safety of her clients very seriously. She delivers patient (pet and family)- centered care that is individualized to the unique needs of the breed of animal. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t ever think to go anywhere else for receiving high quality and superior veterinarian care. Choose Cedar Bay Vet Clinic, you won’t regret it.

I noticed my review from 3 years ago is no longer here. Interesting. I was going through a list of Holistic/Intergraded vets today, and Dr. Valentines name popped up. I was more than disturbed. I used to use her as my pets doctors a few years ago and some might not believe me, but I have to say she is the worst, most distrustful, incompetent doctor I have ever met in my life. Her receptionist, a very short old woman, has the exact same attitude and even name called me in front of other clients. Everything I brought my pets in there for, whether it was an upper respiratory infection or dehydration it was always chalked up as "Oh it's just allergies, go home and give them a Claritin." When I said "I think there may be some underlying condition here", and after many many visits of her saying the same thing she dismissed me as not knowing anything and she is the doctor. She also refused to refill and approve prescriptions from Chewy Pharmacy, until I called her out on a public review. Where she first stated she didn't know who I was and was making it all up (But I had multiple receipts from her OWN clinic in 2017 and 2018 which she couldn't dispute and finally then approved the prescriptions, interestingly.) Horrible vet clinic , and horrible people! Just a fair warning to all. For everyone who has had a decent experience, too bad more of us couldn't say the same.

Dr. Valentine and her staff have always treated our pets and us like family and as high priorities.

Dr Valentine and her staff are very caring and have done everything they can to treat our dog's health problem...for the first time in years she is comfortable and not chewing herself raw...she worked until she found the right treatments...thank you Dr Valentine and staff!

Wonderful !! My husband and I witnessed an osprey get hit by a truck. We stopped and got the osprey onto the median. We called 911....not their job. Got transfered to animal control.....not their job. Was told to call 311. Called 311 and after hours called local vets to see if they could help. Dr. Valentine agreed to check the osprey out. Unfortunately the big guy is in bad shape but she called me to say she was doing everything to save him. Even going to call other rapture rescues in the AM. We don't live locally but if we did, I would be one of Dr. Valentines best customers. She is great. She cared when no one else did. Two thumbs up!

I have nothing but great things to say. Surgery on my Chispa was a success. I appreciate that you love what you do because it truly shows. Thanks to the staff and the Vet!!

First and last experience . I have a miniature chihuahua I have never seen my dog so scared and crying so much as the tome they did the shot I’m not the patient but good enough to see the reaction of my small dog NEVER AGAIN NO WAY !!

Dr. Valentine is gentle, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. She's great with my 3 Pomeranians, I wouldn't trust anyone else with them.

Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Holly were recommended to me for my dog Leila. I was worried about my pup and made an appointment. The friendly staff greeted me and helped to ease my concerns. During the in-depth examination, Dr. Holly explained the care, treatment, and options for Leila in a way that was easy for me to understand. I knew my dog was in excellent hands. Dr. Valentine is truly helping me save my cat's life. My cat has been sick over the past year with what was diagnosed as an autoimmune illness, and that coupled with some medication led her to become very ill. That's when I found Dr. Valentine because I wanted to get another opinion as to her treatment. Dr. Valentine was extremely thorough during our first visit and spent a great deal of time reviewing my cat's history and examining her. She wrote out detailed instructions as to how we were going to proceed with her care and explained everything to me, patiently answering my questions. We have been back multiple times since then for follow up appointments and my baby has already improved a great deal. Dr. Valentine always follows up with a phone call to tell me results of labs that we have done and explains what the results mean. Her staff are also very caring and greet me and Phoebe with a smile. Phoebe is a very nervous kitty and they are patient with her, petting her and helping to calm her. The cost is reasonable as well from what I have found comparing to other vets in the area, and it is definitely worth it for the level of care that you receive. I would definitely recommend Cedar Bay Vet for your pet's care, especially if you appreciate a vet who is thorough and will really try her hardest to figure out the best treatment for your specific pet.

The Vet was very good at explaining what was wrong with our puppy. We were in and out with no waiting and the price was reasonable.

I do not want to take my dogs anywhere else. Dr. Valentine has an amazing knowledge of veterinary medicine that exceeds anything I have found at other vets. I have to drive a long way to see her, but it's worth it. I have an elderly dog, and other vets have given him the wrong diagnosis on multiple occasions. She has literally added years to his life when those vets gave up on him. She is always on the cutting edge of the newest treatments and medications. She hears about things before anyone else seems to. And, she just has this sixth sense about diagnosing things that comes from experience and a natural gift for understanding animals. All of her techs and staff are top notch. I never feel rushed. I feel like family. I rarely have to wait for an appointment, and if I do, I know it is because she is caring for someone else's pet. She will spend the same time with me. She explains things to you in a way that you can understand without being dismissive.

Dr. Valentine counseled us during a difficult time with our cat. She very clearly explained the situation and discussed every scenario and course of treatment. We were very fortunate to have spoken with her.

I am highly pleased with the level of care, professionalism, and individual attention that Dr. Valentine and the team at Cedar Bay have shown my new puppy. Their prices are very reasonable, and you get a veterinarian who spends time with you and your pet, rather than walking in and right back out. Their appointments are well scheduled, and there is almost never a wait. Even though my dog is a puppy, he is a very strong 50lbs, and the staff shows so much patience during his appointments. They focus on making it a good experience for him, which is especially important for a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr. Valentine and Cedar Bay Vet Clinic enough.

We've been to a lot of different vets over the years owning three different dogs and moving around a lot. I have to say that Dr. Valentine is one of the very best! It is obvious that she really cares about pet health and vitality, and she spends the needed time to explain things to her clients and answer questions. She helped our Boston Terrier through a health scare due to heart failure, and we have the utmost confidence in her and the treatment plan going forward. The staff is great too! I love that this is a small, one-vet office, so you always see the same people, and the waiting room isn't full of other dogs. Five big stars!

Dr Valentine is very kind, and very knowledgeable. We are working a case with my pup, and she has been a great ally.
