Dr.Longo and his staff are courteous and professional as well as very compassionate with their clients and pets . Dr.Longo and staff take their time and answer all questions in detail .. I highly recommend their facility !

I love this place. The staff is super attentive and kind. I saw the doctors on time and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Vet techs took their time to answer all my worries and reassured me that my cat is normal and just very talk active. I will recommend it to everyone I see.

We brought our dog there this morning in respiratory distress. She is not a patient at this hospital but they took her in right away and stabilized her. Thank you Dr. Mounedji for your compassion and caring. We had to transfer her to a 24 hour emergency vet for overnight care but will always appreciate your help.

Consistently great experiences ! We switched vets and now take our 4 fur babies here. Every single time they have delivered quality care to our pets. We are so satisfied with the professionalism and ease of making appointments. Dr. Maria Garcia explains everything thoroughly and in great detail and always calls us for follow ups. Our pets are never scared to go to the vet! Highly recommend.

My elderly dog recently passed away. He had been receiving excellent care at Indian Trace for the last 10 years. The kindness, concern and compassion that Dr. Longo and his staff displayed while treating him during his final days was the best I have ever seen. I cannot explain how much this means to us.

I just had the worse experience with an unprofessional Vet at this place. I brought my cat and I explained that he had been off but nothing serious. She immediately gave me a list of 8 items that she wanted me to pay and most of them were not needed. For example, she wanted to inject him for pain, what pain!? He’s not in pain! She ensured to give him two injections for nausea and vomit but he is not vomiting it nauseous! And the list goes on. Worse part is, they have in their website an offer to wave the consultation if any treatment was needed but they included the consultation in the humongous list and when I told them about it, she said “I don’t know anything about that”, what??? Do, basically, I went there and give away $64 for absolutely nothing! STAY AWSY FROM THIS PLACE! They only want your money!

Vet Antonio Logo is very rude and mean.Does not want you to ask questions about what is going on with my dog.He do not want me to decline procedure that I think is not necessary for my dog and bec I have to decline an xray he throw me out of the hospital

I put my dogs in to be boarded, one of which is exempt from from rabbi shots, but they gave her one anyway without my consent. They did other tests I didn't consent to. It seems just to run t hff e bill up. This a franchise veterinarian office with a plan to bill as much for each visit as possible.

My dog has had knee problems throughout her life. I brought her in for a check up to see how her knees were in June. She has already had surgery on one. During that visit I spent money on an xray to see how they were looking since she was limping a lot. The vet explained saying that both knees were looking “great” etc. About 2 months later I got a different evaluation at another vet saying both knees are terrible and the other knee needs immediate surgery. The dog shouldn’t have even been going on walks.I ended up getting surgery and she is recovering well. Who how bad my dog would have got if I listened to the guy vet at this animal hospital. Some Vets at this location lack in quality.

Dr. Antonio Logo has been taking care of my dogs for the past 20 years. He is knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about the health and wellness of my dogs. He makes sure that you as an owner are well educated and comfortable. The staff are friendly, courteous and caring. As long as I am a pet owner Dr. Longo will be my go to vet!

Just wanted to Thank the staff at VCA. Do to long gas station lines from Hurricane Dorian I was unable to get into the parking lot at VCA to buy my dogs prescription dog food. I called them and he walked around the corner to get it to me! He went above and beyond to help me out and We appreciate it! Most people or companies wouldn’t have bothered. SO THANK YOU!
