I love their services for my dogs. I have been taking my boys for over 3 years.

We scheduled an appointment for 9:30AM and they kept our puppy in a cage until 4:40PM. We kept calling all day and they kept saying he would be ready soon. When we finally picked him up after 7 hours locked in a cage they said they were too busy today. Why make appointments if they can't manage them??? Terrible service. Stay away from this place!!!

My dog had a total makeover. Thank you. They work very well and the service is excellent.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Brought my dog in and asked for the price for grooming, the lady at front desk showed me the chart for large dog and it was $115 I did explain that I just wanted a little trimming and guess what? They’ve shaved my dog. On their website they’ve say that their grooming it will be according to the pet’s breed... Called to complaint about it, since my wife picked up my dog, and Cristian, the owners boyfriend assure that he will be investigating and will get back to me in 10 minutes. It’s been 40 minutes and he didn’t call me back or answer my calls... Terrible customer service... don’t recommend them... first and LAST visit...

Very wonderful staff. I have a wheaton terrier who is very timid but she always comes home looking great and happy.

They washed, trimmed cut nails, and decorated my dog, this is my first time going there and the did a great job. I recommend this place 100%.

Charlie my miniature poodle ???? had a very nice visit to KoKo Bone Salon. He was bathed and received a partial spruce up and was ready to be picked up within a couple hours. He is was a very handsome miniature poodle prancing and dancing around and full himself. Sooo, it was a very good experience! Thank you KoKo Bone!

I love Koko bone. I have a double doodle. When I pick her up she looks a show dog. A perfect cut and the right amount of puff???? we sing "I'm to sexy"for this car on the way home☺️

I wish this had half a star cause this place treated my dog horribly I’ve been taking my dog g here for seven years and they raised the price on me 2 times. They left my dog with a rash and crying so I had to take her to the vet and then I spent so much money at the vet because of them. These people don’t care about long time clients. All they are is money hungry. Every time I used to take my dog there she would be crying and shaking!!! Who knows why... I’m never coming here again. They take advantage of you because they know that their clients love their dogs like their Children. And that lady at the front desk Is the worst. PLEASE don’t bring your dogs here they don’t care about them
