Simply the best!! Small staff who have worked for Dr. Rivera for many many years! That tells you something about the practice right there. Also the Dr. CARES about your pet's well being and safe decisions. He doesn't charge outrageous fees for unnecessary procedures. No fancy matching monogrammed scrubs, designer waiting room and decor, and a staff of 25. What he DOES have is a wonderful bedside manor, state of the art operating room on premises, all labs and x-rays done in lab. This office is kept very clean. That keeps costs WAY down also. It's huge savings so you can afford the best and your budget is taken into consideration. You can focus on your pet without sweating about the bill when you get to the desk. He has treated both of my dogs, and uses alternative treatments when needed to save your pet when it's critical. Your call is always returned in a timely manner. They don't put the phone on service 5 mins. before closing. Like I've stated, THEY REALLY CARE!
