My dog Fox has been a VIP for six years. Whether it’s been a couple weeks or a few months, they welcome him like they saw him yesterday every time. They understand the quirks of his personality and accommodate every need. When we turn onto Park Place, and he realizes it’s vacation time, he gets so excited. I know when I leave town, he’s in the safest, kindest, best hands. If I call to check in, they give updates and text pics. Their amenities, like the dog pool, are great.

My doggy loves this place everyone super friendly and so attentive to the dogs! They are Treated like royalty!

I have such peace of mind now that I found VIP. What a great and caring place for dogs! Harry is always excited to go there and knows when we are getting close. It is wonderful being able to count on the fantastic staff there to look after and keep my little guy so happy! Thank you!!!

Best doggy daycare! My puppy hates car rides but as soon as he realizes we are headed to VIP, he perks right up and is so happy when he gets inside and is greeted by the amazing and super friendly front desk ladies. It’s wonderful knowing he is in great hands and happy! Thank you so much VIP for all you do!

After lots of research I decided to leave my babe Vivianne at VIP, it was very difficult because it was her first time with out me, she is 3 years old. Mercedes made me feel very comfortable leaving her .. vivianne seems to had a great time. I really recommend VIP.

Wallace absolutely loves his weekly play time and sleepovers here.. always pulling to get inside. The staff seem to genuinely care about dogs which is nice to see.

Great place for your fur baby

This is the BEST day care, boarding facility for pets. These dogs are treated like royalty and we love them. Everyone of the staff is amazing! They are doing it right and making our pooches happy to be there and not miss us. They keep them busy and give them their downtime too. love them!

I will be boarding my dog Princess in the next few weeks for a few days and its been stressful because I have never boarded her before. During an unscheduled visit to VIP, before making reservations, i discovered the kennels were clean and the dogs all appeared to be having a fun time in the large yard. The staff was great and was able to answer all my questions. The tour was informative with no high pressure to make the reservation. I will review again after her stay but I feel more comfortable with the facility and the staff.

Would recommend to a picky Friend

I have been taking my oldest fur baby to Very Important Paws for over 10 years. They take exceptionally well care of my senior citizen. I never worry or stress when Blake is in their care. He loves the staff and the pool! I also take my other fur babe there as well. She is like a bull in a china shop in the best possible way and they take extra special care of my Lucy too! Katrina always answers all of my annoying questions and Elaine is the only groomer I will go to! Needless to say, if you are looking for a wonderful establishment with the very best staff look no further, VIP all the way!!!!

VIP was an accidental find for me when new to area. Our rescued Redbone Coonhound, who is tough on a leash, just loves it there. Most impressively, they have even managed to cut her nails when there (a previously impossible task for many). Dog whisperers. Go check it out.

Very Important Paws is the best. I love my Westie (Charlie) and only want the best for him- VIP provides the best. The staff is attentive and kind. They always welcome by name, and he is always excited to be at VIP. Charlie loves to play in the pool and always looks happy in the pictures I receive. He plays safely with other dogs his size and often participates in the puppy parties/special celebrations. When it comes to trusting someone to take care of your pup, VIP is the place.

I've been a client from Very Important Pawns for my dog since 2019. Moving to West Palm Beach, FL from out of state, I've tried several dog care places before committing to "VIP". This one is the very best. Super caring staff, very nice amenities, and the value is good. I'm in trust with them for my beloved dog, and that's crucial to me. Thanks to the team!

We sent our old dog here to board when she was a senior. They were able to handle her temperament (she did not like other dogs). We have boarded our new dog Charlotte here and wouldn’t go anyplace else. They gave us a tour of the facility and the place is immaculately clean. We had special feeding instructions and the followed them to the t. Every so often we drop her off for doggy daycare and she always returns home tired. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and there is always someone on staff 24 hrs a day ( believe it or not we visited a few places that have no one there after 7 pm). We don’t get many services done but the couple that we do prices are comparable to other places. Bottom line I would recommend VIP to anyone and will continue to use them for all our doggy supervision needs.

Lulu loves coming to swim and get a trim! Very happy with the service we get every time we come. A bit pricey just to swim in the pool though.

When I am in town for business I take Jake to VIP for daycare so that he can still get his exercise while I'm in business meetings all day. Katrina and the entire staff are really great with him. Jake is a very anxious with separation anxiety and somehow they manage to tame that to where it's never been an issue. I strongly recommend VIP!

I cannot say enough great things about VIP! I absolutely love taking my dog there. All there ideas and activities are so cute and adorable. The staff is beyond amazing, Katrina especially! I have yet to have an issue going there. I recommend everyone I know to go there.

My Husky Zaina says 5 paws!!! This place is awesome. They really care about your dog know and greet them by name a d love them in your absence. The amenities are superb with loads of playtime, pool time and games.
