My dog Cali was hit by a car tonight. We were panicked, she was unable to walk and had bitten my husband due to the pain earlier. We didn’t know how to get her in the car without hurting her and didn’t know what to do. We were given De Anna’s number and despite the situation came immediately to our assistance within 15 minutes. They helped get my girl into their gurney safely and drove her immediately to the emergency vet. I am so grateful for their assistance in helping my girl. They demonstrated kindness, compassion and empathy throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Also pricing was very reasonable. Thanks again for your help!

I think they are wonderful! DeAnna took my cat to the vet, helped give him medication, relayed my vets instructions to me, and even boarded my cat for several days. I don't know what I would have done without her. I would give her 10 stars if i could!

My sick, large dog who is terrified of cars needed urgent care. A friend of mine found these guys. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! They come with stretchers, lifting harnesses and everything else they need to get your sick, oversized pet loaded up and delivered to the vet. And they don't overcharge. De Anna was wonderful. Unfortunately, my dog was at end of life. But the gentle and caring way she transported my furry baby made it easier for me to handle. These are good people providing a great service. I highly recommend them if you are ever in my situation.

I really needed help getting my puppy to daycare due to feeling ill from the second COVID shot. DeAnna was professional and came right away to pick my boy up and take him to daycare. We had a crisis rapidly develop with our 80 pound, 10 year old female rescue dog that is the love of lives. She went from a slight limp in the morning, to being unable to stand in the course of a few hours. I was in a panic because even when she is at her best, she had difficulty getting in and out of our car without my help., so having a broken arm myself there was no way I could lift her into the car. She needed to get to vet right away and I couldn’t do it. Fortunately, I was able to find The Pet Taxi App. I made my first call to them at 2:00 pm. An hour and a half later, Deanna from The Pet Taxi was at our door. She calmly and gently placed our hurting dog in her van that was designed for situations like ours. Within a few minutes she was on her way to the vet appointment. Once at the vet, Deanna waited for almost an hour then transported our dog back home. Thankfully, our dog is home and resting comfortably to The Pet Taxi.

This is the best taxi service we have ever used.
