This is the second time my dog Buster got groomed by pawfections. Grooming.was excellent. Buster looks great. Groomer was professional, caring and friendly. She groomed Buster exactly the way I wanted. I highly recommend pawfections. Great service.

I started using Pawfections a year ago during Covid for our 15 year old little Yorkie, Bella and found it so convenient not having to load her in the car, drive to a groomer and leave her most of the day in a noisy back room in a cage until they got to her for grooming. Then drive to pick her up and pamper her when home to help her calm down from the day she just had. With Pawfections, I make the appointment, the groomer pulls into my driveway and takes her to be quietly groomed where I know she is safe and I am inside cleaning my house. Best part the pricing is around the same. My only negative issue is, Bella hasn't had the same groomer twice. I have repeatedly asked for a certain groomer again when I really like a cut but I get someone else everytime. That makes a problem getting a cut I really like done again and having confidence in the job about to be done by another groomer.. Customer requests are very important to fulfill and need worked on. I do recommend Pawfections.

My yellow lab gets a bath in their mobile unit every 2-3 weeks and it helps limit his shedding so much! And he smells great! The owner makes it so easy to schedule and they accept Venmo! It’s all very convenient and great work.

I was so excited to my baby after her grooming experience. She looked absolutely gorgeous. Her hair was so perfectly cut. Her little body is all even and she just looks si well put together. Wanting to go from a brick and mortar groomer to a mobile one has been on my to do list for a while. I was nervous doing so as I have two older dogs who absolutely hate going to the groomer. After doing some research and reading reviews, I found Pawfections. Today was their first appointment which was a pleasure. No more of the torturous whines and cries of them riding in the car. The groomer texted me a few days before to confirm the appointment, on the morning of, he showed up right on time and gave me an update of his arrival. Best of all, my two little doggie chickens looked great after the grooming. I will definitely book another visit for their next grooming.

Mittens, our big one-year old Ragdoll kitten, just got her first total grooming. Valentina came with the mobile van right on time. She was caring and attentive as I described what I did and did not want done as far as trimming, Mittens had the works; dry bath, nails, sanitary trim, mats removed and all over body trim. Valentina took about an hour to do this all. I worried, since the only grooming Mittens ever had was my daily brushing and having her nails cut. I thought she'd be freaked out. Naah! Out she came with a cute red bow on her head, clean and de-matted and trimmed and very chill. She seemed pleased with herself. I, being a helicopter kitten mom, was totally pleased at how she looked and how relaxed and happy she seemed with this experience. Will use them regularly for grooming. Totally recommend Pawfections!

Elwin was great. He took good care of my pup. Thoroughly cleaned and groomed as well as adjusted his harness now that a few inches of hair had been removed. Absolutely great service so I will keep coming back!

Let start out by telling you that Edwin did a phenomenal job. I have a 8 month Aussiedoodle and wanted him to have a puppy cut. He was very thorough. His haircut was on point. Paws, ears, teeth done to perfection. If they showed up when they are supposed to I would give an excellent rating. I’ve used them twice and both times they rescheduled due to mechanical. The second time was a no show, they never cancelled. Told me they were having trouble in the morning with truck and would keep me posted then forgot about me. When they rescheduled for a few days later they did not send me the person I repeated requested. Luckily Edwin did an excellent job, but I specifically made a point of asking for someone and they sent me someone else. Both groomers I have used so far did a great job and had and excellent attitude. The price they charged is reasonable. The truck, when working is looks great and is clean. They just need to work on dependability and listen to customer requests. Customer service is really important and part of it is showing up when scheduled.
