St Francis Animal Clinic West Palm Beach, Florida

The doctor is very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. My cat was feeling really bad a couple weeks ago. He was having trouble breathing. I had to take him to an emergency hospital at 2am. They assessed him , gave him medication, and recommended I check up a week later. But he was getting worse. So I brought him to St. Francis. As soon as we got home, my cat was feeling so much better.(now he's all good) I am Furever grateful. They always work their magic. The doctor really cares about his furry patients ????

I've had the greatest experience with any veterinarian and the people that work from Sherry that is the receptionist she is wonderful the dock is wonderful everybody that works here is very good I wouldn't consider going anywhere else and the prices are right

Receptionists are pretty rude but the nurses and doctors are friendly and awesome!

This place is great. I brought my 3 cats when medical attention was needed and the staff was always very helpful and provided everything I needed when I asked. They also worked with me when I was in financial distress. I live in Orlando now, but I would recommend this place to anyone who needs vet care.

Horrible, no sympathy at all. they gave my cat a dog medication, and she passed away very slowly and they only gave her the bare minimum of care, she passed away screaming in my boyfriends arms. I will never reccomend. Response: if you’re suggesting that I was neglecting my cat that is very false, I had followed the doctors advice to the T! I remember giving my cat both the medicines!! Even did the egg yolk and blue Gatorade the doctor told me to do,I set up alarms, I was very on top of my cat, I had spent over $1000 of money I had to work hard for. My cat wasn’t even a patient in this office for that long.

I've been in my animals have been a patient of Dr lorica's for over 18 years I originally met him when he was doing volunteer work with the non-profit organization in West Palm Beach. He has been my family Vet and has cared for many of my pts from birth until they cross the rainbow bridge. I trust him some much that I drive fr Ft. Lauderdale to see him. He has always been very knowledgeable, kind and gentle.

im really disappointed in the service and care from this clinic for my dog. my experiences here were full of poor communication from the staff which led to lots of confusion and mistakes. my dog was deemed unresponsive to certain medication but was prescribed the same exact medication after the diagnosis (despite me asking them if the new meds were the same as the ones prescribed previously). i was charged and held accountable for an appointment that i was told was cancelled by the doctor himself. the receptionist, Jackie, is generally rude and doesnt put much effort into listening (her responses were never related to what i was asking). i generally felt like they used my dog's condition to make money and didnt care about my dog at all. im very upset with my experiences here and i strongly recommend good pet owners take their pet somewhere else.

My friend just brought her 3 sick Kittens into St. Francis. The Vet was very kind and thorough and did not “Gouge” her on the Price (Very Reasonable).

My dog recently got surgery and the doc did an amazing job took care of my baby and he is recovering well and the ladies in the front are always so kind and caring.

The doctor experience was great. He was very helpful. The receptionist was honestly the worst experience. When I ended up switching vets I tried calling multiple times for her records, no answer. When I finally got a hold of someone I asked her to send over records. Never did. My vet office called and asked for her records and bloodwork. As my dog was having issues and they wanted baseline bloodwork for comparison. Since the bloodwork was a little over a year old the receptionist said they were invalid and didn’t matter if she sent them over. They explained it was just to do a comparison. Receptionist said there was no point in sending it over. She was rude and very unprofessional. I recommend getting a new, younger receptionist who cares about her job.

THE PLACE IS EQUIPPED WELL FOR COVD-19, LITTLE SLOW GETTING WAITING ON BUT, IT'S WORTH THE MONEY. I WILL GO BACK AGAIN.

The staff is courteous and the doctor is knowledgeable. He wasn't very sensitive to my financial situation. But he took care of my cat and she got better.

Such wonderful and caring people, especially the doctor. He was wonderful. They took such care with my little cat.

I take my dog there and the people are friendly, the place is small but very well maintained, and you dont have to break your bank to pay for services. I recommend them all the time

The woman at the front desk is rude and condescending. She needs to be away from people with that attitude. I won't be back. There are plenty of local Vets who would appreciate my business and show it. I don't recommend this place.

So grateful that I crossed paths with Saint Francis Animal Hospital. They actually care about your animals and have their best interest. Not to mention their prices are cheaper than other places. My cat was in rough shape, he had a urinary blockage and they did all they could to help him. My cat is doing well now and I know if something happens I could always go back and 100% trust them. I would definitely recommend them, they were recommended to me by a friend who also got excellent service as well!

We absolutely LOVE this place!!! We have been visiting it at first every 3 days followed up by weekly for the last 2 month's for one of our cats who seriously broke his leg (not shattered) and not a hairline and in all likelihood would require surgery to install plates rather than just a pin but with the great work and an intensive follow up it appears that "Brutas" is making a full recovery WITHOUT the surgery and all the added stress and trauma it brings to a pet. I can probably write a few chapters of a book to describe our experience with this place but I'll spare all reading that experience and just say I highly recommend St. Français and the good Doc!! Thank you all!! Oh, and I'll see you guys next week! Lol
