The absolute worst haircut of all time. My dog is almost unrecognizable and I could not be more dissatisfied and their attempt to 'fix' it was absurd. The dog has no hair to fix unless you just want to shave her.

I believe her name was Ashley she was very professional and handled everything wit best possible customer service. Will bring pup back every chance I get lol.

Took my Maltipoo Simba today 11/30 to get clean and they exceeded mi expectations that are the ABSOLUTE BEST. Simba came out very happy will totally recommend 100%.

This was my first experience with Scenthound, but I was pleased! I'll be going back again. The facility clean and organized. Again, this was my first time going but based off of this initial visit I am very pleased. Hopefully future visits are just as pleasant. The ONLY thing I didn't like about my experience was that my dog was wet when I picked him up; however, I was told at the time I made my appointment that a towel dry would be done so he would be wet when I picked him up. Going forward, I may request a blow dry vs the towel dry.

Yes I have a Coton that gets a lot of anxiety getting baths and being crated but the staff here at Scent Hound was very accommodating to her plus they did a great job on her coat!????we will definitely b going back!

This was an excellent experience. Luna seemed happy and wanted to go back in. That's a good sign to me! She was clean and fresh! Christina was wonderfully friendly and accommodating! I signed up for the membership.

I was fooled by the high rate of this location. The appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm and the location closes at 5pm. I requested hair cut, shower, and nail for my 5 lbs dog. They gave me my dog wet at 4:06 pm . I can’t believe how irresponsible they’re. If they don’t have time to do everything, they shouldn’t have scheduled the appointment to start with. Horrible and unprofessional.

The service was amazing from we walked in the door. They took my dog, I was allowed to picked the shampoo of my choice which smelled so amazing.I came back for my dog within two hours upon my arrival I almost thought I was collecting a new dog LOL that’s how well groomed she was from head to toe and she smells amazing.we found a new home thanks Scenthound.

My dog was happy so I’m happy. All of the ladies were super nice and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk. We’ve already got our next appointment. I’ll definitely be referring people to this location.
