Posh Pet Hotel West Palm Beach, Florida

This was my first time ever boarding my dog and I was so nervous. But I was truly blown away at how amazing at Posh Pet is. They went over every single detail with me and you can really tell that genuinely care about all the pets there. My dog is what they call “reactive,” and they are very thorough at keeping him away from other dogs with special walks and care. they even have a walkie talkie system to make sure the halls are clear before moving them out of their rooms. He is arthritic senior dog and they gave extra love. Morgan (who is amazing and goes above and beyond for every detail) gave me a tour and the facilities all looked good, clean, and safe. I will be a life long customer. Thank you!!!

First time for my Lola! Could not be more surprised with “the entire” Staff! All team members are so welcoming! Giving you the confidence “that your Fur Baby is in good hands” Lola was socializing minutes after I dropped her off. I was able to watch her via live video cam!!! Amazing! So happy we found Posh Pet! So when you’re looking for a Pet full service hotel! Look no further “Posh Pet” is all you need.

I highly recommend Posh Pet Hotel to Everyone for all your pet boarding needs. I give them a 10 Plus!!!!!! The staff is so hard working and so caring. The manager Michael is so welcoming and professional- Excellent! I boarded my pup Keyto and the staff took Outstanding, Professional care of my puppy the whole time. I loved being able to see him on the cameras and if I had any questions they were right there with a helpful friendly answer anytime of the day or night. I could see Keyto at any time while I was away from him. He looked so happy and content :} They really gave me peace of mind that my puppy was in Great Hands! The Doggie Day Care is excellent my puppy really enjoyed hanging out with the other dogs. I will always use Posh Pet Hotel in the future and I highly really recommend them to all the Pet Parents out there! They really exemplify outstanding boarding care when it comes to taking great care of your fur baby.

The staff at posh pet are the best, every time we walk in Charlie gets so excited to see his friends and the staff that take great care of him. I would highly recommend. We’ve also used them for sleep overs for Charlie and you can tell he was not nervous or anxious at all. They really take care of everything.

I brought Bailey here for the first time today and I am more than happy with her care here. The lady at the front desk was friendly, very helpful and answered all of our questions. I will be bringing her back here for more playtime!

We love PPH! My aussie girl Zoe, absolutely loves her fur-riends and family. She can't run in fast enough when we arrive in the morning, and does not look back. In the afternoon, she is tired and goes right to sleep in the car ride home. The staff is always responsive and it shows that they really care about all dogs. A very special shout out to Brenda who is Zoe's best hooman friend. Brenda adores Zoe and always greets us with smiles and excitement. All of the staff is truly great! Because of this, I feel confident leaving Zoe in the best of care, nearly everyday that I drop her off. Ps. The NEST cameras are a plus- I get to see Zoe playing whenever I want! Boarding her there has also been great. I often board for travel reasons, and usually feel guilty to leave her but its always been a great experience. With my random and sometimes hectic plans- there have been times when I have been short on food, or have to pick her up later than planned, etc.. in each instance, I have been accommodated without an issue or attitude (like I have in other places). There is so much more to say, but overall very happy with the flexibility, attention and care that Zoe receives day to day there at PPH.

If I could give posh pets 0 stars I would. Not only has my dog never been the same since I brought her back home. What they market and represent as what they will be providing to your animals is completely fraudulent and total lies. Not only was my dog traumatized after I had to come pick her up now she is sick and I have to take her to the veterinarian because she is clearly not well. I order the presidential suite which on the website represents itself as a posh luxury establishment with only the finest accommodations which is clearly not the case. Not only did I come to realize after I viewing my puppy on the supposed 24 seven cameras where they claim you can see your dog at all angles which again another lie. The presidential suite is a literal jail cell. I had to call the staff to ask them to give my dog attention because she was by herself lonely scared and sad and when I did that was the only time that she was giving attention. I will never recommend this place to anybody and frankly I don't even understand how they are still operational and in business. If you go and get the presidential suite make sure that you review the photo that I'm going to upload because what the photo of my dog stay looks like compared to the presidential suite is a complete sham and scam and I have been. Furthermore after coming to pick up my pet I found her in a space the size of a closet when I came to get her she was completely traumatized scared and clearly had not been attended to or given any type of attention. Why do I pay for what was clearly misrepresented to have my dog in the best room in the facility but yet when I come to pick her up she had been sitting in a cubicle the size of the 3 x 2' for the last six hours before I came to get her. This is the most egregious representation of what they provide and I'm completely horrified and disgusted at not only the condition my dog came back in but the way they represent what the accommodations are and how "posh & luxurious it truly is. Posh pets? What a joke. And if my dog on Thursday when I take her to the vet has become sick because of being there I will be taking legal action.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service there. Called numerous times send my records ahead of time. Receptionist at the front desk is rude doesn’t respond acts like she has better things to do than be there.

We love Posh! Emma has so much fun playing with all of her friends! The staff is extremely friendly and they love Emma as much as we do. She runs in as soon as she gets out of the car and is always so excited to be there. She is always clean (no kennel smell) and happy when I pick her up from Posh!

Just had our first day of daycare. Louis loved it and he is tuckered out!

The staff at Posh Pet could not be more friendly and caring for my dog, Blue. Their facility is extremely clean and welcoming. My dog, Blue, gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and absolutely loves to see any of the staff members who greet him in the lobby. The camera feature is a fantastic. As a second grade teacher, my students are always asking "is Blue at daycare?" because they love to watch him play during our lunch time. Posh Pet has been our best daycare experience to date!

Peace of mind should be your first concern when leaving your furry best friend with anyone. I have no concern leaving my dog with Posh Pet Hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They love dogs and are there solely because they love animals. A bonus is they offer a list of options for you to give your dog when you are away. They have a HD camera in their play setting for the dogs so you can check in on them. The lobby is fresh and trendy enough to be considered the most luxury pet hotel in Florida. I’ve made 6 visits to this establishment and I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than them.

This is a great place to take your fur baby when you go on vacation. Our dog always has a great time in play group with the other dogs & they take good care of her & treat her like family.

We traveled out of town and had to leave our 5 month old kitten for 5 nights. It may cost a little more for boarding but it was worth it. They have a nice and clean facility and the staff seemed really nice. We will use them again if needed and would recommend them.

After searching around for a nice boarding place for our Husky and Golden retriever we decided on PPH. It was a pleasurable experience. The front desk was very nice and helpful. While away we were able to see our beloved dogs via webcam in the park playing with other dogs . This gave us peace of mind. Furthermore the place was spotless . The staff was great. You can see the staff giving them attention and the dogs being responsive. We cut our trip a little short. We called for an early pick up. They made all the arrangements and were ready for when we arrived. They gave us a verbal summary of our dogs daily behavior and how they got adjusted to the PPH. Overall it was a great experience. We will use them again. Looking forward to the camera in the royal suite to be fixed to have an even better experience. Start your review...

Let me start by saying, my dog loves this place. We’ve boarded him here a few times and did the day care for the first time yesterday. Staff if always accommodating and friendly. I gave four stars simply due to cost. Prices are a little steep. Also upon picking up my dog from the day care, he smelled of urine. I understand he was in a room of dogs all day, but after a long day, last thing I wanted to do was bathe him when I got home. I guess it’s a small price to pay for my dog’s happiness. Will continue to use Posh Pet Hotel when we need to board our little guy.

The staff members are very attentive to every details; they take the time to get to know my dog. I highly recommend Posh to everyone.

My dog goes to daycare 6th visit. At first he was scared and nervous but now getting used to it. The staff is nice and pleasant. He goes once a week to daycare.
