the cashier Thursday evening right before closing was very helpful and kind. she went out of her way to help me find the right products i needed for my cat and dog. she made sure i got the best prices possible and went above and beyond in customer service. thank you so much!

There is plenty of parking. The store was clean and organized. Easy to find items. Cashier was extremely friendly and pleasant. There were a lot of Christmas themed toys. We found everything we were looking for and even something extra…. Gnome cat toys!!!

We took our dog in for a bath & nail trim at 11am. They said it would be 1-2 hours so we did a little shopping at the outlets and came back at 1pm. They said it would be another 30 minutes and they would call me. No call/text so we went back in at 2 and they gave us the bill to pay the cashier and they would get her ready. After 3 hours she was still wet. She didn't smell clean so I took her home for another bath. First and last time here. The groomer was very nice and sweet with her, I just think it's the way this large corporation is run.

Great place to get everything you need for your pets, the prices are good. What else is there to say

Thanks to PetSmart and their store leader "Bonnie Fink" Buddy's condition has vastly improved. She took the time and was very knowledgeable about the product she recommended. The staff was very friendly and the store was neat and clean. We will continue to purchase all our doggie's needs from PetSmart.

This petsmart is the one I started going to because of the experience I had with the one on Congress in lake park. I initially had an appointment for October 30th. The groomer called and said that things were crazy in there and asked if I could reschedule. I agreed to do so with my new appointment date set for November 7th. So I get there to check in and the young lady asked me my ???? name. I give her the name and she's looking. She asked me again his name and if I was sure I had an appointment. I answered with his name again and told her who I had the appointment with. She says and I quote "Oh she no longer works here". So in my head I'm like and no one thought to look at her schedule and give a courtesy call to the ones she was supposed to see to let them know this? So another lady says, I'll take him like she was doing me a favor. This is why I try to go to the same lady which is Paige. She is the best. Well petsmart I'm sorry but this experience was not a good one for me. Eventhough I was accommodated, what would have happened if the lady hadn't volunteered.

Courteous, helpful, and friendly staff. Nice selection of products, even prescription foods for your pets. Kind of a stinky location, WAAAAAY back in the corner of the mall.

Horrible Grooming attention I cancelled 2-20 times the. first arrow but the second does not. I came from far away and they do not meet a western service. they play with the client's time...

Friendly and informative customer service. My cats are loving their new Wholehearted Salmon and Tuna pate.

Got flea medication for my cats, arrived home and the box was completely empty.

Have cat adoption most days of the week. This place has a permanent display. Line always moves fast And the people and knowledgeable.

I always take my dog to Petco, really good experience always. I decided to try petsmart , the one on the outlet in west palm beach since I take him to vet clinic that is inside the same store. I can not make the appointment online cause he is a Frenchi. I called and I was given the appointment for 8am , I accepted cause I need it so , I had to wake up at 7am on my day off . When I got there it was a guy, a petty I did not get his name, and then he told me there was no appointment. He did not show any empathy for the mistake done on their side, did not offer any solutions like rescheduling, did not care at all, it was like what ever your business. I will take luiggi back to petco and will never go back to that petsmart grooming store. I definitely do not and will never recommend it to anybody, really bad customer service. The rest the clinic is wonderful and the personnel on the floor too, but the grooming department……… NOOOOOOOO!!!!!

I like the place don't get me wrong, but I recently moved to West Palm Beach after having my mother pass away, so we ended up moving into my father's current gf's house. We brought our cats up here and to make a long story short, we can't keep all of them because most apartments won't even allow pets.. (Don't @ me) So when I called up the other day, the woman was alright, not stating any names here, not like she gave me it? But after she told me that they're weren't any spots available, I asked her where I could find more resources or near by shelters and she hung up right away. I called back only to get a voice mail right away. So needless to say I had a rude experience, this never happened to me when I was living in Miami, I know most places there can be iffy too but hanging up on someone and then ignoring the calls kind of shows a bit of unprofessionalism on their end. Soooo yeah I'm looking elsewhere I guess, thanks for the resources.

Nice store but I don't like to shop in a place that the groomers don't handle animals correctly.. those back legs only go so far up. They should really be educated more in dog mobility and safety precautions.

No customer service at all. I carried out two huge bags of dog food and one of cat food.... no one offered to help.

I have five Rottweilers they always have everything I need my pets always know when I come home and I have been shopping at PetSmart.

Prices missing on lots of items. Cashier wasn't wearing a mask.
