I love shopping at PetSmart. I always find good deals and everyone is always so friendly

Won’t be going back. I bought dog food full of maggots. The way the employees acted it seemed like a regular occurrence. Walking around the dirty store made me cringe. I’m pretty sure there were more dead fish than alive ones. Pretty gross.

Lack of cashiers available for checkout process especially when there is a line also not many people working the sales floor. This remedy to be an issue even before the labor/ worker shortage

Highly disappointing grooming! I called in for an appointment about a mnth ago spoke with a girl who apparently cuts work short by not providing proper information especially knowing it’s a first time appointment. I had to miss a day of work not to loose my puppy’s first grooming.. when I get there I was told they can only “introduce the puppy to a cut”. Basically anything u can just do at home. Waste of time ! Proper information should be told to customers especially after having a 20 min appointment conversation. Didn’t get the cut and definitely won’t be bringing my puppy here

Absolutely ridiculous!! I bought a travel bag for my cat. Turns out it's DEFECTIVE and I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have a receipt. I feel SCAMMED! Unbelievable how a chain this big are not taking care of third customers. At Petco, there are no questions asked. If you're not 100% satisfied they will take an item back. Nevermind a DEFECTIVE item. I'll never go back to PetSmart! Good thing there is usually a Petco near by!

One person working the whole store on the floor, unable to help me get a frog for my son's birthday. These big pet stores tend to be understaffed whenever I'm in them. Better off looking for a small mom and pop shop that has staff, isn't rude, and values their customers.

Pet owner beware!!! I placed an online order and they could not sort it out by themselves. I called several times, my husband went in person TWICE to this very store with the prescription in hand and they still did no give him the medicated food my pet needed. They never gave my husband any other option (aka show the prescription to customer service and go from there to buy it straight from the store). Meanwhile, they charged my card twice for an order they never fulfilled. After one entire week trying hard to sort it all out, I called the main customer service number again and they told me that my husband could have shown the prescription to the cashier and she would have directed him to go to customer service and get the food right away. Of course I called the local store and asked them why they don't explain the options we have...if my husband went twice to the store with the prescription in hand???? They are not very smart at all...they ended up blaming my husband because they would never sent him away twice if he had the prescription when he went to the store but my husband went to the store specifically to show them the prescription. They are so irresponsible. My poor cat ended up never getting the food. Please go to Petco online or some other serious business. Your sick pet deserves way better service than this. They are heartless.

Very rude customer service. Not enough training I don’t think I have ever had a good experience in this store.

They never have crickets for my Bearded dragon.

I enjoy shopping at the Wellington PetSmart. The store has a wide variety of food and treats for my cats as well as a good selection of toys to keep them busy. In addition, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Bought some Comets (fish) and they all died in 24 hours Next time will go to another Petsmart, not the one on State Rd. 7

Signed my dog up for pet training classes that were supposed to start two days from now. Hadn't heard anything from the establishment so I decided to contact them. Good thing I did. The training classes are not happening due to the fact that there is no trainer. Meanwhile, I had prepaid for these classes. No one bothered to contact me to refund my money. Needless to say, I was very unhappy.

Went to store & carts were not cleansed/sanitized. There was a roll of paper towels & the sanitizer bottle was broken. I called and spoke with Ivan & he wasn't helpful & he hung up on me. He later said it was a bad connection. I'm now at Petco. Will not come back.

Called before I went there to make sure they had what I needed, drove there and they didn't that's all I can say because after wasting my time I didn't care what they have or their prices

Decided to stop in to pick up some stuff for the kitties. They had most of what I was looking for and the pricing was competitive and in some cases better than other stores in the area. The employees were all friendly and quite helpful, answering my questions and even taking me to an items location. Check out was great with a fast and friendly cashier, wonderful experience! Thanks! ????

Very friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Always greeted at the door. I'm a frequent customer and staff always ask about my furbabies and Lili the Turtle. Clean, healthy fish and the point system is a great way to SAVE money!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was organized and clean, better then most pet stores. I wish there was one closer to my house.

I took my dog to have his nails trim, they took three hours to call me to tell me that he was ready, when I arrived they told me that they could not cut his nails because he was "aggressive" and they could only bathe him, and worst of all everything is that I had to pay the same price

They had the type of kitten food that I needed.

Such pleasant people. Easy in easy out. Always well stocked. Was able to purchase a case of Royal Canin wet dog food which my vet had out of stock.
