this is a great boarding facility. the staff is so attentive and our dogs really have a good time. we were worried about one of our hounds who is shy but the experience here has been so good for him.

Love this place and my dog Odie can't wait to go every day

***UPDATE*** Well, I can't locate my original review so I'll post my new one here. Camp Canine is going through a transition due to new ownership. Management and staff are working on many improvements and I look forward to the new "look." I've been using their services for just about 20 years and, given their commitment and love to our furry friends, expect to continue to do so. Incidentally, the one issue I had a couple months ago was resolved quickly and professionally. I appreciate that.

This place is AMAZING!!!! The puppies do go out lots of time & there are NO CAGES.....lots of socialization.....I actually left him at Pet Paradise & they were out only once!....Here it seems like they're out EVERY hour.....Super Cool....he really does come home tired & when I see him on the cameras, he always looks like he's having fun plus the workers seem to really LOVE the dogs!!!

This place pulls you in instantly. The staff is so friendly, the place is clean, warm, welcoming and above all... Safe. If you don't aww and melt when you hear them calling the dogs "Campers", you have no soul. My Pomeranian loves it here. He gets to see his buddies and I know he will be safe and taken care of. Plus... He smells so good when he comes home, I just want to cuddle and love him.

We use Camp Canine Boca whenever we travel. We love that it is cage free boarding and that we are able to check in on our dogs through the web cam through out the day. Our dogs love going there and always come back tired from all the play. I trust in the staff and we have never had any problems while using them for boarding.

Juan And Tania are the best dog sitters ever. We have been been clients for over 14 years have had 7 dogs during that time period and they have received excellent care. I have no clue who the owner is but Juan is the nicest man my dogs love him. I am not sure why anyone would write a bad review about him. Tania is like my dogs godmother she has gone the extra mile since we rescued him to develop confidence with other humans. As for the owner please take the time to thank your 2 best employees who make a positive difference everyday and twice on Sunday we bring our dogs to your center because of these 2 great individuals.

I brought my dog there for the 1st time, he was completely healthy. It was an awful experience. When picking up my dog, he seemed frantic & disoriented. When we got home he ran right to his water bowl & was very dehydrated. Every time I went to touch him or pet him he cowered as if I was going to hit him. (I have never got my dog!) He had terrible diarrhea & was vomiting for 2 days and would not eat. I finally brought him to the vet. He WAS in fact dehydrated and ill. My vet bill was $350 plus I had to take an additional 2 days off from work to take care of him & take him to the vet. The vet said it was a combination of a virus from being around other sick dogs & nerves and anxieties. (Not any expenses you would want after vacation). It took me 2 days to get ahold of anyone at Camp Canine. The 1st girl I spoke to said she had no answers to my question because she was new and no one with any experience would be in until noon. That’s reassuring to leave your pet with someone with not any experience. Finally a Manager called me. She said she couldn’t take any responsibility for his illness or vet bills as he was in public space and it’s just like dropping your kids of at school. You can’t blame the school if your kid gets sick! Well that’s reassuring to EVER want to leave my dog there again. She offered possibly a free day of doggie daycare!! Why...I’m never stepping foot in there again!! She also assured me she would call me back in the next day to see how my dog was doing...she never did and it’s been 5 days. Clearly she could care less of the well being of my dog! Stay away from Camp Canine!! If I had an option to give a 0 rating I would have!!

The staff is so pleasant and courteous. My dog never appears "traumatized" when I pick her up (which happened all the time at a former place). My dog is 16 years old, blind in one eye and deaf and her groomer, Sandi, is so attentive to her special needs. The first time he groomed her he shortened the length of the hair on her ears and what an improvement! She looks adorable very time I take her. I am so happy to have been referred here.

The video camera to watch the dogs has been "broken" for over 6 months. Either get a new system, or don't offer pet owners the option to watch their pets. I agree with previous posts on the lack of transparency, but otherwise it is a great facility and very reasonably priced.

We have been taking Bailey and Sammy to the Boca location for about 7 years. They go to day care on a regular basis for a day of fun which they come home exhausted from. We also board them there. The staff is always friendly and they know what my pups need.

We have been taking our dog here since she was a pup. She seems to like it and always comes home with a bath after an extended stay.
