PetLife Animal Hospital & Groomer West Palm Beach, Florida

Contacted them today as my dog was having issues with her health and my prior veterinarian has relocated to this office. I requested our dogs veterinarian and was told he “was out on a personal leave and were not sure when he would be returning” Come to find out my vet had left here and went back to his original office. This office lied and completely disregarded my dog’s health by not being honest. Needless to say, we are back at Shore’s Animal Hospital and would never recommend PetLife to anyone that values your pet’s health.

A team of caring young professionals headed by Veterinarian Dr. Sayyid. You won't be their only client but they'll make you feel like you are. Everyone here is thoughtful, respectful,caring & MOST OF ALL diligent with any task at hand.

Love this practice! My puppy Obi has been seen here since we got him and each time has been wonderful. Dr Sayyid is the nicest vet I've ever had, he calls with the sweetest updates on my dog since covid protocol prevents us from being in the room. It sounds like a friend is calling rather than my dog's vet.The techs love Obi and get so excited to see him. And as far as grooming goes, Javares is so kind and Corrine did a great job on his haircut. Their puppy package was a great deal as well. Obi was neutered here and had no complications, even when I picked him up after, he was his normal self, you couldn't even tell he'd had surgery. So happy here.

Made an appointment with Dr. Raposo I have only seen him for my dog, however he wasn't there and the office did not call. I do not appreciate how my time was wasted while I love Dr. Raposo I will be searching for a new vet because of the Staff!!!!

My 8 year old pitbull was throwing up all day but acted completely normal. I called Petlife the next morning. They told me to bring Taz in right away and they will get him in, between appointments. Waited less than 10 mins. Dr. Muzzy Sayyid gave me an estimate to fix what was going on with my dog.(extremely professional) They held him for observation for the day. I received multiple phone calls with updates on his progress. I came to pick him up at the end of the day and he was 100% brand new with medication/small amount of food for his stomach and a regiment for him to go on. Extremely happy with the service and end result. !!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!!

Came over to Petlife because Dr. Raposo started practicing there. Front office was amazing and the vet techs great with my fur baby too. It’s always great knowing you get great care especially when you can’t go in with them. Dr. Raposo is the only vet I’ll see and the only one my babies love.

Had an amazing experience with my Goldendoodles litter in this place. The staff was always very nice to me and helped me with additional information I needed to get one of the puppies out of the country. Very helpful and sweet to the puppies.

Dr. Sayyid and all staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and take such great care of my dog Bella! The hospital is always clean and my dogs health and well-being are always a priority.

Best veterinary team in West Palm Beach! From the moment you set the appointment to the actual doctor's visit, the staff is very courteous, professional and responsive! So happy they care for our precious Valak, thank you so much!!!!

Friendly staff, took great care of my cat when she was brought in for a same day emergency appointment. Rocelly was incredibly helpful. I was updated frequently about my cat’s visit via phone call, (as Petlife has a drop off for pets now and owners stay in their cars) which eased my worrying quite a bit. To know that she was being looked after and to have the updates and communication was fantastic.

Originally we found PetLife because it was close to our house and it was convenient to get our puppy up to date on shots and then we would find a vet they would be more long term. However, from day one they have been amazing and we have never even thought about looking for a new vet. We have a French Bulldog who always seems to have unique issues and they always fit us in and our more importantly are so kind to our sweet little baby! Our dog actually gets soo excited to go to the vet even if she is not feeling good at home she can turn on the energy to see her favorite vet tech Rachelly. Definitely would recommend Dr. Muzzy Sayyid!

Very caring, compassionate and capable staff, lovely facility and I love that they do everything I need for my dog in one location! I have been very impressed with the capable Veterinarians, they always remember the issues with my pets, they are so kind to my pet during exams and some pretty tough treatments in the past....but I LOVE that they always give me a phone number to reach the staff after hours, if I need them, no other Vet today, that I know, will allow patients to contact them at night, plus the fact that they are open 7 days, I always know they will see me if we have an emergency, or I can talk to them in middle of the night. I just feel part of the family there! Always stay the way you are PetLife!!

The doctor and assistant were absolutely delightful. When we came in, the store bought the dog from told us the vaccines were included. We get here and I figured that wouldn’t be the case. The assistant was explaining our options (not her fault). I wish we were given these options before the appointment was made. When we made the appointment nothing was talked about, they just said he was due for his shots. I felt like we were cornered into a wall having to make a split decision. If it wasn’t for the assistant and doctor coming in and being so nice I probably would have walked out.

I love this place they are all wonderful Charlie had a bad ear infection that the other vet I was seeing kept overlooking the Dr was wonderful they are caring and a wonderful staff...so glad I found them..❤️❤️❤️

10/10 highly recommend getting your dog groomed here. Javares took great care of my dog. Even though my dog was aggressive and bit him multiple times. He never lost his patience and still took care of my dog. Even when there was a misunderstanding in the beginning, the ladies in the office still showed sincere care and patience while on the phone. Everybody here is nice and truly looks out for your pet.

Absolutely love this place 100% recommend!! They take such good care of our dog Duke, so good that it has became his favorite place to go!

Wonderful place! They really do care for your pet and give them the best care possible. My baby Harvey went in for oral surgery/deep dental cleaning and had the best care, the Veterinarians contacted me throughout the day and gave me details on his status. He still has his bottom canines ❤️ ( his teeth were pretty bad ). The staff is amazing, from the time that you walk in, and from the time you’re checking out, vet techs are very informative and caring. The Veterinarians are really good people here. So happy I made the choice to bring my fur baby here. I want to thank everyone at Petlife!

This place is so frustrating. The customer service is horrible and they will have you waiting all day, holding your dog hostage! Don’t even bother, there are better places to take your pet!

Dr. Sayyid did reach out to me several times. I do believe he is a knowledgeable and caring doctor. With that said, if your dog has dental surgery, I urge you to commit to a post surgical exam. Louis Dagostino

Amazing facility! Dr. Sayidd and all of the techs take great care of my cat, Huckabee! Dr. Sayidd always does Huckabee’s check-ups without giving my kitty any stress. They are kind, caring, and I know Huckabee is in safe hands with the staff. Thanks to everyone at Pet Life for providing amazing care for my senior cat!

So I have been a customer here for 2 years prices have always been high but I enjoyed a great staff and friendly environment until I trued to get my cat worked on here ... they gave me an estimate of 700-900 dollars for 250 dollars worth of work. I have had this procedure done 3 times before in the past and it’s never costed more then 300 they have lost a life time member due to over estimating I will take both my cats and my champion dog else ware

Had a little emergency with my 4yr old cat stormie called pet life explained the situation they took him in gave a bath and shaved his boom boom which he as problem with. When I got home home checked him over i was very happy with his outcome so i called them spoke to Sarah explained I was so happy. Racheal and christ explained e everything to me .also the Dr called me to. Theres up and down with places no matter what you can't please everybody. Stormie told me about his adventure in kitty talk. He's very talk a five but he's a happy kitty. Thank you everyone at pet life I appreciate you guys.

I’ve adopted my Maltese from here, and still take her here for grooming and checkups. Great people that are able to explain things very well!

The veterinarian was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and not knowledgeable and the front office is a NIGHTMARE and I give A NEGATIVE -Star if I could. I definitely wouldn't waste my time & money there ever again. Highly Not recommended.

Went today to get my dog groomed and it was an amazing job. Very sweet gentleman, knew exactly what i wanted and how i wanted it!!

Called to try and get my parents dog in for a grooming appointment. Sarah I believe is who I spoke with. Just rude. Horrible experience. Will take my business elsewhere.

Prices are outrageous and they use “bait and switch “ techniques to help people make decisions on what their pets may need. I changed vets on my puppy for a few reasons. Would not recommend this place to anyone
