I have suggested Promenade to quite a few people. I feel comfortable leaving my pet in your hands and I think your pricing is very reasonable.

I have the feeling that they don’t know what they are doing. Plus whenever I call, the lady just seems not to actively talk about the callers situation

I've been a happy customer at Promenade for many years. We've had both cats and dogs and they have taken great care of all of them. Drs. Posey and Raver are very highly skilled with tons of experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and goes out of their way to help. I recently lost one of my dear dogs, and the team there made it as simple as possible to take care of things and showed great compassion.

I recently took a pine snake to see Dr. Posey because he has had some rectal bleeding. Dr. Posey took some Xrays and both he and his staff treated my animal with the utmost respect. He was able to get me in relatively quickly. I do not trust any other local vet with my reptiles.

This is a wonderful practice. Dr Posy takes care of our Jardine Parrot. He’s wonderful with her. Great caring staff too. Highly recommend.

I always feel that my pal is loved and well cared for at Promenade Animal Hospital. The doctors and staff are so helpful and the cost of service is, I believe, a little less than other animal hospitals.

My dog was limping and her veterinarian was too busy to see her. Promenade Animal Hospital was able to see her the next day. X-rays were taken and Dr. Kelly suggested an orthopedic surgeon. My precious dog will have a necessary surgery in 2 weeks. Thank you Promenade Hospital.

We are new to the area so when my Shih Tzu was feeling bad and in obvious significant pain I asked to a friend for a recommendation. The staff fit me in that same day because they didn’t want to make Lily wait through the weekend to see what was wrong. Dr. Raver then took time to talk to me and evaluate Lily before suggesting some options. I took Lily back in Monday morning for a additional test and will wait on the test results but already after only two and a half days she is feeling better. What a relief. Thank you!!!

Very professional. The vet came out and spoke to me about my bird, which meant a lot to me since this was the first time to this place, in a pandemic, and when another animal hospital would not let me talk to the vet about my injured bird. …

$700 for a neuter?!? That’s absolutely insane. I’ve been a vet tech for 3 years in two different states and I’ve never been quoted over $350.

Dr. Raver and Dr. Posey took great care of my dog for the last 9 years. They are caring and compassionate. Their office staff as well. My boy received the best care from them.

Dr. Posey and Dr. Raver are the best along with their wonderful staff! Have been coming here for 35 years and will continue to have them care for our pets.

It's taken me a little over 7 months to write this review, and I apologize in advance, but it's been very difficult for my family and I to heal from the passing of our dog. I wanted to thank Dr. Posey and his staff for everything they have done for my family and I. My Dachshund Skipper was a patient of Dr. Posey's from the age of 2 months old up until he passed away 3 weeks shy of turning 19. Dr. Posey has been nothing but kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional during our dog's entire lifelong journey. He was always accurate with his diagnosis, helped us detect our dog's heart problems early, and I can't thank him enough for prescribing him Vetmedin which allowed our dog to live happy and healthy for way longer than we could have ever imagined. Dr. Posey was able to fit us in last minute the day we had to make the extremely painful decision of letting our dog go in peace. He and his staff gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our dog and we truly appreciate that. Dr. Posey, I can't thank you and your staff enough for the care and compassion you've shown our pet and my family for so many years. Thanks to you our dog lived to be almost 19 years old. One of my dogs recently had a dental cleaning winch she gets annually because her teeth are prone to infection and she has receding gums. During the procedure, Dr. Posey discovered an extremely infected root area that had a pocket of disease. He thoroughly cleaned it out as much as possible and sutured the gum line so that the root area would be less apt to refill with infection. He did whatever he could to save the tooth because it is a main chewing tooth. I appreciate that he didn’t just yank it. All the staff at Promenade are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I'm especially grateful for the kindness and professionalism of Lead Client Services Administrative staff member, Amber. She always listens with great care to my concerns about our Lily when I call with questions. Amber then connects me directly with the medical team to help ease my worries.

As always, our visit was wonderful. The office was super accommodating letting us bring both our cats at once. All of our questions were answered and they mailed in the rabies tag for us. They are taking precautions to keep pets and owners safe during the pandemic and the office was very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better visit.

The vets and staff at this office are so nice. I moved and I still drive my fur kid 45 minutes to see everybody there, They treat us like we are friends!

The entire office is fabulous. They are knowledgeable. Efficient, and compassionate. I love that Dr. Posey does not jump to medicate without good reason. He is practical and kind. Great practice! My dog is 15 and has been under their care since we moved to Florida 13 years ago. I’m so glad we found this practice!

Promenade has given our dogs the best, most compassionate care for many years. They’re more like family than veterinarians, and you want that caring nature when dealing with our furry family members!
