I've been shopping at the store since 2012 I always have had a good experience.

Went to get a pet fish, didn't have what I wanted but Michael(store employee) give excellent recommendations. Got a Betta fish Michael did such a gd job with no upselling me. Thank you for that. Go check them out. P.S.: Corporate give Michael a raise.

I did not get refund for the bag of dog food (good brand) I left thé bag as donation but NO RECEIPT was given to me! Awfull

I have an Oscar and while they're beautiful they're difficult to care for. The staff at this location have been very patient with me and my many visits with questions, very accommodating as well, I truly appreciate the service here. Great job!!

Love going to Petco for the service, quality of products and the knowledgeable staff. I do wish they weren't so pricey at times.

Been taking our 5 week old kitten here to pick out toys and beds and shampoo he's loved coming into the store and its great to watch him get more confident in public

Stay away from this place, they are very rude! I just went to this place and I wanted a fish but the cashier guy told me that there was no one on the store to go get the fish out of the tank for me. The store was literally empty but still he didn't want to go get the fish for me. I asked him how is it possible to have an entire store with just one employee and the guy said that I could always apply on their website for a job, lol. Unbelievable! Not coming back to this location ever again.

Clean store. Employees are very nice and know how to answer any questions you might have. Can find betta fish here even find baby betta fish.

Petco always has a great selection of food, bowls, treats, toys, and etc. for dogs. If I am in the area near Petco I will always get what I need and if not... I will go to petco.com and order it from there. Petco is where I purchase all my 2 dogs needs!

This is good store, has everything. Prices are good. Dogs welcome.

Overall experience was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety of food, toys and services for all your furry kids. Only negative for me was that the store is a little cramped, especially where the Cat foods are.

I don’t recommend petco west palm beach Fl. I took my standard poodle Mozart here for training with Angela Walters the dog trainer. Angela recommended her business during training and came to our home personally. Angela decided not to show up for work an entire week but received payment for the entire week never to return it along with our house key. Angela didn’t feel she needed to explain a thing to me and disappeared. I spoke with the store manager she said she would handle it. I walked into Petco today and Angela Walters is still working as a dog trainer at this store & the store in Boynton beach. How can petsmart employee someone with such low integrity that Robs its customers and that lies and manipulated them. At the end of the day I met Angela Walters at this Petco she advertised her business to my non-aggressive standard poodle poodle who was 4 months old. Why is this company allowing employees to rob their customers? Angela also had me and my dog banned I learned today. I will be taking this issue further because this should happen to no one else. Please avoid Petcos trainer Angela Walters she will sweet talk you then rob you. I am very disappointed shame on Petco. It’s one thing not yo know about your employee but I heard this wasn’t her first or second time doing this to customers then she has us banned so we can’t tell what happened. This isn’t right and management shouldn’t endorse an employee who takes advantage of its customers it’s a direct reflection of Petco and it’s management. Do yourself a favor and go to petsmart on palm beach lakes blvd Hollie the trainer is amazing.

Angela double booked me for a private training even tho I was there 20 minutes before the other clients I got skipped she gave a great attitude and walked out of the store wasted my day would never let my dog near my dog with her toxic additute

I've never had a positive experience in this particular Petco location. I went to purchase a Fluval 307 Canister Filter that was on sale for $30. off. They were out of stock and could not tell me when more would be coming in, nor was I offered a raincheck. They also didn't tell me the sale had ended the day before even though the sale price was still on display where the item should have been. Instead I was told that I could check their other 4 area locations for stock. I called the Wellington location and was told they has some and was quoted the sale price. At this point I was not aware the sale was over and apparently they weren't either! So, I hopped on over to the Wellington store which I've shopped at frequently without issue. * This story is continued in that location's review as it's the polar opposite from the experience at the West Palm Beach store.
