Viviana my hairdresser was incredible. She consulted with me before doing my keratin treatment on my hair. She Is very knowledgeable professional and experienced. She made suggestions as to what products to continue to keep my hair looking great. She was very quick and gentle and the whole experience from beginning to end was fun as everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves there. There's parking right out front and I was in and out in 90 minutes! Bravo and thank you Viviana!

I've went to this salon 2 months ago for the keratin treatment. When making the appointment they told me not to purchase the Groupon because they wanted to honor the price at the salon. So I just decided purchased the Groupon for a haircut, keratin, and I was going to pay for highlights at their original price. The woman that answered the phone rudely told to have my money refunded from Groupon because they do not accept old clients. I asked why I wasn't told this at the first appointment and why they told me not to purchased from Groupon. I got a sarcastic response that I can go somewhere else. What horrible customer service from a client that tips well and goes to the salon often. I will make sure Groupon is aware of the scan they are pulling. There's plenty of better salons to go to in the area..

Been looking for a hair salon I trusted for the last 2 years and finally found Paul. Best service and a trustworthy. He did lovely color and keratin treatment on my hair.

What a FANTASTIC hair salon. I have been going here for at least 5 years and every visit is like perfect. My stylist Jennifer is an AMAZING colorist and my hair is now so healthy, due to her!!! If your looking for something new and wonderful, please make an appointment.

Paul has been cutting the few hairs I have left for going on 15 years. Over those years he’s gone from being the guy who cuts my hair to a friend who happens to cut my hair. His staff is professional, his salon is clean and orderly and he also happens to give a darned good haircut. I’ve read the negative reviews and have no explanation for them because every interaction I have ever had with Paul and his staff have been anything but negative. Do yourself a favor and give him a try.

I had a wonderful experience today. I felt extremely cared for and listened to. I cried when my hair was complete. I cried Out of joy. I left feeling special and transformed. I also love the Henna wax he used for my eyebrows. Like magic! Feeling pretty and looking forward to Going back for a pedicure...

Just started with Paul in 2020 as several colleagues go to his salon and recommended. Super punctual, extremely professional, great personality and loves what he does. I would highly recommend.

Paul James himself answered phone, told me not to buy Groupon, scheduled me and he did my hair. He didn’t listen to me about my cut. Nor the color. I wanted NO gold in my hair. I come out looking like I was on bay watch with gold hair. He didn’t cut bangs into my hair. He didn’t take poofiness out of my sides. I called back that day to schedule a fix and he flat out refused. I gave him a $40 tip even though he was owner AND he charged me $30 MORE than Groupon. I called repeatedly the next day and he just said he was too busy and would call me back. He never did. He was very disappointing. He gave zero cares if I was happy or would come back.

Highly recommended!! My hair has never felt or looked so healthy. Top notch skills. Top quality products for everyday beautiful hair. Always on time; I've never had to wait. Very professional and courteous. I'm grateful to have found Paul James Salon!

I had such an amazing experience at the Paul James Salon!! Jenn was my hair stylist and she was so sweet to talk to and did an amazing job on my hair! I have never been happier with a hair style. I got a cut and color and the experience Jenn provided for me was so soothing as well. My hair looks vibrant, healthy, and somehow longer! I will most definitely be going back here next time I need my hair done! I wish I could show off the before and after on here as a testament to her job very well done. :))

I love this hair salon. Jen does a great job on my hair, I am never disappointed. Not only is she my hairdresser but a friend as well. The salon is very clean the owner is very nice and funny. I am so glad I found this salon it’s always a pleasure going there. The assistant Marlene is a hard worker and super sweet. Thanks for making my hair look great!

I wish I could put negative stars but Paul is the rudest, most unprofessional stylist I have ever had. I cannot speak for anyone else who works in the salon. I will never go back to him or give his salon business that it does not deserve. He belittles people and does not do what he says he will. Take your business somewhere else !

I have been going to Paul ever since I moved from NJ to FL. I wish I could give more stars. He made me feel like family from day one. I see him for color, occasional highlights, cut and keratin. I always feel like a Queen when I leave. He does amazing work and I always leave there very happy. I highly recommend him for anyone and everyone. Jen and Marlene are amazing as well!

If I could give negative stars, I would, but unfortunately, the lowest star is 1. If you want a good job done in your hair, DO NOT GO TO PAUL JAMES SALON!! He is pricey and will not do what he promises. My daughter's hair looks exactly the same as before she had the keratin treatment done at Paul James. Total waste of time and money. Update - After leaving this negative review, Paul called my cell phone to harass me. I'm contacting the authorities. Not only is he unprofessional, but I now feel unsafe
