We had an amazing experience from our welcome to the spa as new clients and upon picking up my large Golden Retriever. Donna, did an amazing job with our dog. Best grooming service we’ve ever had. My dog was happy and excited upon arrival and departure. They called throughout his visit to update me. Donna also gave me advice on how to treat his trouble skin areas. The whole experience from start to finish was professional, friendly, and I felt very comfortable and confident leaving our family dog at the spa. I will only use Happy Tails. We consider our dog to be a family member so we only want the best for him. Donna is amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. Thank you, Donna! Thank you, Happy Tails! See you soon!

Sorry but don’t bring your goldendoodles to this place they literally shaved my boy down where you can see his skin for no reason. I’ll agree he was a little bit matted but not matted in the way they had to shave him off. Never again!

My mother came home tired from work after she picked up my dog (which so I thought) from this place. I look at the dog and she is running around the house sniffing, jumping, excited, and following us around everywhere. I immediately knew that wasn’t our dog because my dog Princess is very shy, anxious, and is nervous who likes to stay in corners & likes to be held. We immediately call Happy Tails to be given sass and attitude to the front desk associate. I stated that “are you sure you guys gave us the right dog? If so looks like you did a great job because she looks totally different” He snapped back”yes everyone today claims their dog so idk what to tel you” Soo I call 2 more times and my mom called 2 times and we said “can you please make sure you guys call all of the owners who came in that had a white Maltese as well and verify that’s their dog?” They blew us off and said the same thing but he said “yeah I’ll call but it’s gonna be the same response” He called me back not even 2 minutes later and said “yup everyone got their dog, they’re all labeled when they get groomed...” by that time I called again around 4:30 and no one answered & they say they close at 5. At this point we were freaking out because we are worried about our dog who has extreme anxiety and she is in a whole different home scared. We take “Cupcake” to the Vet to see if she has a chip (mind you princess is not chipped) and the vet found the rightful owners of Cupcake. Once we met them they said they NEVER received a call nor voicemail from Happy Tails. NEVER COME HERE ID YOU WANT BAD ATTITUDE FROM LIERS & POSSIBLY MIGHT COME HOME WITH A NEW DOG. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE they should be ashamed of themselves for lying and can’t tell the difference between whose dog is who’s. This is the only place I will take my dogs. They have been traumatized from other groomers, and Happy Tails works so well with them. Even though one of my dogs can get quite defensive while being groomed, they welcome him with open arms. We are treated like family. Highly recommend.

My Maci loves the spa

My girlfriend and I had used them once before to get our little yorkie a bath/haircut and were happy with the experience so we thought let’s use them again. As well as our bigger dog who got his nails trimmed for the first time by them. Turns out they cut him and he was bleeding after trimming it down too short. We gave them another shot and contacted them on a Friday and were told there’s no availability until NEXT Sunday which is totally fine so we booked it. Next Sunday rolls around and we’re excited to get our dog her haircut and bath…until nobody she shows up and when contacted, they told us that they had us on the schedule for the next next week. No explanation, nothing. As small business owners ourselves, we recommend confirming appointments with your clients so they aren’t left high and dry and modifying schedules to accommodate. Very unprofessional and disappointed.

My dog Chewy has been there for 6 + years. Never did they tell me what to tip. Prices went up. ok . Still a 5.00 tip . My dog was there 1 hour. He smelled great. didn't look any different. I'm not sure what I paid for. Well 65.00 Later my dog is beautiful.. He's beautiful anyway. Last time his eye was injured after grooming.. Why do you demand a 10.00 tip?. We will not come back.

Madonna is the best. She will treat your dog like her own.

What a great experience. We took our Maltese in for his first professional grooming and I just have to say that Happy Tails knocked it out of the park. My wife was so happy when I brought him home after his complete grooming. Thank you Maurice you did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend happy tails for all of your grooming needs. We will certainly return back.

I asked for nail grinding and they were only cut. This was our 3rd visit with no previous issues I sent her back to have them ground smooth not just shortened and she was delivered again without change. We will NOT be returning. Paying for a service not received is unacceptable. Certainly not wasting any more time visiting for bad service!

Have been taking our Chocolate Mini Schnauzer, Hershey, to Happy Tails since we got her in 2019. Can’t ever thank them enough for the phenomenal grooming job they consistently do. Bridget is a Schnauzer specialist and is truly amazing at what she does. Honestly, it’s like getting a new puppy again every time she’s groomed ! The entire staff at Happy Tails is awesome and I believe that comes from great management. Victoria is always super friendly and accommodating and always makes sure everything is perfect for her customers . I was unable to get my Bella girl groomed before coming down to Florida. As a nervous dog mom, I was anxious about taking her somewhere new. I looked up a few places and found Happy Tails. I can say that the job Donna did far exceeded my expectations! Bella looks absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased with the haircut. This Jersey girl gives 5 stars and highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer.

These people do an amazing job with our Bella. She's min schnauzer so the look has to be right. Every one there always has a great attitude.

Called in to make appointment, when they first opened. I was able to get same day appointment. From the first moment I called in, everyone was super nice and professional. Took great care of my dog, who has hip and knee issues. She came back feeling nice and soft and smelled really good. Here’s an extra ????

You get what you pay for and this place exceeds expectations every time I have taken my two small Yorkies into be groomed. Always was worried when a new groomer would step in but all of them seem very aware of the cut requested and what has to been done before and they are able to recreate the cut that you wanted. Friendly people great service

I was very unhappy with the owner our baby has been going there over a year and now besides the price going up complained our dog was difficult to groom,maybe because our dog was there close to 5 hours ,groomer is lovely owner was not

Usually always have an amazing experience here. Staff is super friendly. We brought our flat coated retriever here over the weekend to get all cleaned up nails hair ears teeth etc. Usually every time we bring our dog it is no less than 3 hours to finish him all up. This time I was called after 2 hours and told he was ready to be picked up. I thought it was very fast but was happy to be able to go on with my day. When I got home my dogs foot had been pouring blood, my whole back seat covered my kitchen floor covered. After calming the dog down to look they had cut his nail so short it had just been pouring tons of blood without anyone informing me. Hate to think it but we feel as if his nails were cut then they realized they messed up shaved his whole body down real fast( you can tell because we never shave him all one length like that) then called us to come get us. Sadly because it was so bad we will not be bringing either of our dogs back Chris was the groomer.

I took my yorkie there today and I was appalled by the way they treated my dog. When they couldn’t finish him in time and decided to take him in later to finish. When it was time to take him back the groomer there named Pam grabbed him by the neck very roughly and unnecessarily and practically shoved the shaver into his face. what kind of groomer does that to their client ?! They say that he tried to bite her but even then they didn’t have to mistreat him bc he wasn’t biting at the time when it came to finish his haircut and I find It very hard to believe he was biting bc I took him to 3 other groomers before and none of them complained bout him biting

We love Happy Tails!! Bummed to find out our long time groomer ended up leaving but everyone there does such a great job! Shoutout to Valerie she’s gonna be our new regular groomer teddy looks great!

Love this spot. They are clean, efficient and fast. They always leave my pup smelling good and always happy.
