We have been going to Dr Oberto at All Care Animal Clinic for 17 years. She and her staff have always been great with our animals. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. They genuinely care about our pets with follow up calls to make sure they are doing well after their visits. They are always very good with them as if they were their own pets. Thank you for being so attentive and caring.

So glad we came to this clinic! Dr. Oberto & her staff are terrific - caring , compassionate, friendly, helpful. At our first visit she took the time to make my dog (& me) feel comfortable. Explained everything she felt was needed to get my little girl feeling better. Called next day to discuss lab results. Thanks to Dr. Oberto my little Ella is so much better! I highly recommend All Care Animal Clinic to anyone who wants the Best for their Animal.

The vets and the staff at this clinic are excellent. They took such good care of my kitten when he developed conjunctivitis. I’m so glad I found them!

Edit: As to All Care’s response, yes I am positive this is the place I meant to review. I’m not surprised you can’t “find me in the system” considering the mess I described below. Honestly very surprised at all of these good reviews considering I have had a bad experience the two times I visited. The first time was for my two month old puppy to get her vaccines, they asked me to wait at the front for 20 minutes, then I paid and they told me I could leave. When I get home they called me to tell me my paperwork was ready... I was confused as to why they didn’t give me the vaccine proof while I was there. I asked them to email me the documents and that didn’t happen either. I also asked for an appointment date and they said they would call me. I called them last Monday, after a month of not hearing from them and apparently I had missed my appointment a week prior... an appointment they did not email, call, or text me about. Today she went in for her third round of vaccines at 4 months old and the vet and assistant made a rude comment about my dog needing to be groomed. She is currently in puppy training and everyone including the trainer has recommended we wait to six months for her first grooming. I routinely cut the hair around her eyes and give her a good shower, so those comments were not only rude, but misinformed. Then I go to leave and they make me wait another 20 minutes and they give me her rabies vaccine documents only. I had to ask them three times if they were sure they gave me all of the documents she needed to prove her vaccinations. After my third ask, I was finally given the documents for her other vaccines. I have never dealt with a more incompetent vet clinic. Safe to say, not going there again.

Love, love, love Dr Oberto and her staff. She is an honest and reasonable veterinarian. I'm always treated with courtesy and professionalism by all of her employees. I highly recommend this vet.

I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Oberto. She has been excellent with both my cats, responded to my questions via email, and I would say most importantly, she takes the time to educate so that I can make the best decisions for my pets. She's very patient and kind; love her energy. She's more about getting to the root of the problem than just treating symptoms; I have a lot of respect for that. The pricing is more than fair, and the office staff is also very friendly and professional. I feel entirely confident in bringing my little loved ones here.

After recently moving to West Palm Beach, I had conveniently found All Care right across the street from friends I was staying with. I thought they were informative, caring & great! Then I moved downtown, & went to the only vet i could walk to-the El Cid Clinic.What a horror show!Overpriced, negligent,a disaster(see my review!) I called my friend, & we arranged for her to drive us back to All Care. They are terrific! Everyone was awesome & my dog is doing really well after his surgery. I received a detailed follow-up call from the doctor & very caring responses & accomodations from the staff. I have seen vets all over the world, & All Care & Dr. Oberto are fantastic! This office has been amazing to my 2 French Bulldogs. Frenchies are known to have lots of health issues/complications, and Dr. Oberto and staff have a lot of experience and knowledge about the breed which takes a huge weight off your shoulders, especially when having any specific issues, they always know exactly what to do. They treat my dogs with exceptional care, and they are not just a vet who tries to take all your money and make you spend as much as possible. This place is affordable and clean and all the staff members are extremely friendly! I truly believe they make caring for animals their number one priority which is hard to find these days. I'd recommend this place to any pet owner 100% :)

My regular vet had no availability the Friday before the 4th of July when one of our dogs woke up with a badly infected paw. Thought I was headed to the Emergency Vet ($$$) but then remembered the vet that treated my Dad's dog. Gave them a call in the morning and they squeezed me in a couple hours later, and the antibiotics they prescribed appear to be working great.

I brought my new kitten there for a nail clipping. Everyone there was extremely nice and attentive and treated him wonderfully! Will be going back again for his next clipping.

My pitbull had an ear infection and last minute I rushed him to All Care Animal Clinic and the gentleman squeezed us in his busy schedule and we were so grateful. The doctor and her assistant were very professional and very gentle with my doggy. They made sure he had all his medication and the dr took her time to explain how I should properly care for his ears. I am very satisfied with my visit and will definitely be recommending them.

Dr. Oberto and staff are very professional and friendly. I take both my cats there. They have fit me in the schedule when my cat ate staples within the hour. The office is clean and carries many supplies should you need them. Most importantly this Dr. Is very knowledgeable in her field and treats you and your furbabies with respect. Donna Tacconi

We are very pleased with the vet and staff here. We had an appointment for our yorkie and there was an emergency at the office with another dog. They still were able to give Sophie her complete exam and all her shots. They are excellent and efficient and we highly recommend them.

Friendly and kind staff members, my pets been in their care since 14 yr!!!

Decided to change vets and took my cat Stevie in to see the folks at All Care Animal Clinic. Dr. Oberto and her staff were very friendly and professional. It takes a few visits to get a real feel for a place and how well they treat your animals but I hope to make this change permanent and will bring Stevie and her brother Ray to Dr. Oberto for all of their pet care needs moving forward. Thank you!!

Unfortunately if I could give 0 stars I would. I came to them hopeful that they would be able to assist with follow ups after my 3 month old chihuahua fractured her paw. She was already splinted and now required follow up care to include X-rays and resplinting. The vet refused to resplint my dog and disregarded my concerns that the splint was coming apart and may be too tight as my puppy is still growing. Now a week and a half later my dogs behavior changed and I found blood on her splint. I left a voicemail with the veterinarian who called back and was completely disrespectful and blamed me for the blood on the splint alleging I did not follow vet instructions. Now I am at the emergency vet hospital with a dog that has MULTIPLE INFECTED SORES that caused blood and drainage in her splint. She now needs to be seen every three days, needs multiple medications and sedatives to take care of an additional problem due to this horrible vets negligence. I am so disgusted at the lack of care and compassion from this office.

After our dog accidentally landed on a magazine rack, we thought he might have broken his leg. First we called Pet Emergency (on Northlake) where I was told $100 for visit and $200 for X-rays. We went but we’re not allowed inside. They brought our dog inside for quite awhile. The doctor finally called us (curbside) to say we needed an X-ray. (I told them that upon arrival)! I asked how long, but they wouldn’t provide even an estimate of time. But then a nurse came outside with an invoice for almost $600!! for me to sign. But they stated that if an X-ray, an outside radiologist had to read them. (What!!!). At that point I asked for my dog back and declined everything. Yet, they insisted I pay the $100 visit charge, even though they apparently did absolutely nothing but waste time and try to rip me off for about $300. They finally returned my dog and we left. We went straight to AllCare on a recommendation from a neighbor. They took the dog right in and allowed us in as well. (That was the first good thing). The front desk staff and others were VERY nice and friendly. The doctor examined my dog thoroughly and determined the leg was NOT broken (sigh of relief)! AllCare gave a pain/anti-inflammatory injection, and provided us with the same in pill form for the next few days. Almost miraculously my dog was obviously feeling better by the next morning and has seemingly been fine since. He is now walking and running like always. Great AllCare diagnosis and treatment, very nice and polite office staff and doctor (unlike Pet Emergency)! I happily paid the $200 total charge and left, knowing AllCare would be our dog’s new vet.

Staff is courteous and efficient , vet center is clean with pleasant surroundings. Will be giving them business in the future.????

I was thankful that they could board my cat with feline hiv. It is very difficult to find a boarding facility if your pet is contagious. They also give your pet attention while boarding. The daily price is very competitive.

Took my dog here for the first time to get his rabies updated and the environment was very clean and professional and he was very comfortable with the staff. And they call the next day go check on him.

My fur babies have been going to Dr Oberto for 14 years. We love her and her staff❤️
