Very good vet, family business, everyone is polite and helpful. We switched to this vet and we are so pleased that we made the change. The vets are innovative and informed and they have diagnostic equipment should your pet require that.

Gone here for emergencies. There open 7days a week 8a to 8p. I heard someone say they take the last walk in around 630p. But definitely check. Was in and out in an hour. They didn't rack up the bill told me the price of blood work and a xray which I appreciate and we chose to do the minimal to see if there is approvment before doing blood work and x-rays. Saved about $400 at the moment. Was a walk in, on a Saturday around 330p wasn't busy and was seen in about 20min. Everyone is very nice and caring with the animals.

They were great with my pup, even told me some stuff a vet in Germany couldn't identify.

We have been taking our dog here since we moved to the area 2 years ago, and now we take our second pup here too. Nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Kayla Glassburner is fantastic. She is professional, gives solid clinical recommendations, and really takes the time to answer all of my questions. The vet techs and nurses are very caring and loving with our dogs as well. When our dog had an emergency this weekend, I had no doubt he would be in the best hands as I made the difficult decision to hospitalize him. They were efficient and thorough with their treatment. Would recommend to anyone looking for help in an emergent situation or just an ongoing vet clinic for checkups.

Everyone very nice. Couldn't help our dog, didn't do a bunch of unnecessary, costly 'tests'. Suggested a specialist and called ahead to get us in.

We have nothing but great things to say since we stepped in their front door with Brucie. The staff in the office are always friendly and willing to answer any questions we have. Their rates are reasonable and they are open 8-8 everyday. They have completed several thorough examinations on our Brucie as we were struggling to get answers from our primary vet. They were able to properly diagnosis him after the 1st visit whereas our normal vet had no answers after 3 visits!!! We are so lucky that we came in when we did. We believe that they truly saved our Brucie! Things could be a lot worse if we did not puruse a 2nd opinion. We have switched Brucie's primary vet to Palms West with Dr. Kayla. We would love to thank the entire office for everything that they have done to help us get Brucie the proper treatment and for making Brucie feel loved and comfortable!

Was t0o busy to even go out and see how serious my 4 legged nose bleed was 3 hour wait to be seen

We've had nothing but the best care from the Drs and staff here. We just brought in our pup who is very scared of anyone new and they were very patient and caring while allowing him to feel comfortable around them.

The vets and techs were friendly and knowledgeable. The had convenient hours and were reasonably priced

Love it here. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Prices are incredible. They take walk ins and work tirelessly to get what needs to be done, done efficiently and timely.

New to this town, and found this place online when my dog had an emergency, the staff is wonderful, and caring. They took the time to talk to me and show genuine care for my concerns and care for my dog. Rare! Eventually took all 3 of my dogs here and after going back a few times for other services, routine check ups, vaccinations, emergencies ect… I can say this place is definitely worth taking your pets to! I’ve dealt with different staff members along with the Vet and have had nothing but a positive experience!

I had to bring my cat who wasn’t eating to Palms West yesterday. The staff was incredibly helpful. I called asking a few questions before I came in and they never said oh just bring him in they gave me some suggestions but of course said you can bring him in if you want so we can fully check him out. We ultimately decided for our own peace of mind to bring him in. Yes, we did have to wait about and hour and 15 but it’s Fourth of July weekend. The Vet was very sweet and gave us a diagnosis. She didn’t try and get us to do bloodwork or anything crazy expensive. She was very conservative in her plan of care and I am so happy to say my Louie is eating! The cost was also cheaper than other places I have been and much better care! We will be making this our new vet and feel very comfortable if we have an emergency to have the staff here take care of our babies! Thank you all so much

We had to put our dog down and the girls were very sweet and caring ..thank you for helping us through this hard terrible time .

This place has changed and they are not the same great quality that we have known in the recent past. Perhaps we called on a bad day but to be HUNG UP ON during an emergency situation with one of our pets and told they were too busy with other phone calls to answer our concerns and then pushed off to an emergency clinic without regard for us being patients for several years. Seriously???? We will be seeking other resources for our pets. Shame on whoever answered the phone. 1 star review but put 4 so it got read

Wow it’s a great hospital for animal.

The Staff and Doctors are top notch. We drove 3hrs for appt because they've shown that they care ❤
