10/10 would again listen to Dr. Hong tell my kitten to be quiet. Great vet.

I like it that the doctor cut dollies toe nails himself not his aids

Love Dr. Hong! Have been seeing him for the last 14 years for my first two fur babies, a lab and a boxer, and my newest babies, two great danes. Prices are very reasonable. Appointments are very easy to get. I've never waited very long.

Took 2 kittens I found in for treatment. Dr. Hong examined them prescibed meds and tested for felv/ fiv/ hw. On day 3 of a 5 day treatment and the improvement is amazing. They are doing well and hope to find them a forever jome soon. Thank you Dr. Hong.

Dr. Hong is absolutely a great veterinarian. Services are priced respectively, staff very personable & caring to our pets! Our veterinarian of 10+ years. Sends greeting cards for those special days. Appointments held on time, not rushed to meet quota. We're always learning how to give the best care to our furry kids!! A delightful experience consistently.

Deserve an APOLOGY! I took my dog there, I paid 187.67. I called today to say she is still having same problem.she pulled her charts from visit, and instead of helping me with the health and well being of my pet she said we didn’t get payment from you on your visit. I said I can show proof where you took it out of my bank account. She then said do I have an Invoice? REALLY??? I think someone may need some training in their professionalism and clerical skills. Not a happy customer right now. However THRIVE animal care in Wesley Chapel where I took my other dog today was amazing.

The office visits and regular shot are a fare as in pricing but all test, medican shots and medicans are the expensive things their very pricy

Dr. Hong, Sara, Tiffani and Maddie helped me care for my Emmie Mae. The compassion, education, guidance and services provided were superior in every way possible. Doctor Hong and staff truly love animals and alway make my fur babies feel special. Let's not forget in house Bill the groomer, my dogs love him. Animal Wellness has reasonable price, a experiences and knowledgeable staff. Dr Hong is there to help us be better fur bay mommies and daddies. Bill makes our babies beautiful and well groomed. The staff goes that extra mile to help. Yay you all are great.

Great vet for our dog. He was a rescue and had heart worms. They use the slow kill method which worked great.

Dr. Hong is an amazing veterinarian. They also have a groomer inside the veterinarians office who is exceptional.

This guy over sedated my dog, lied about it saying it died bc of its disease, finally admitted that it was his fault and a little bit was caused by the disease. said he would only pay 1/2 for the $2,000 we spent on this 4 month old puppy we had just boughten, come to find out it died 3 weeks ago and they had still left it in the freezer without telling anyone, PLEASE do not use this veterinarian if you really love and care about your pets.

I moved to Wesley Chapel a few years ago. When I first got here, I tried a few different vets, but once I found Dr. Hong I didn't have a need to look any further. He has a great staff, amazing veterinary technicians, and I wouldn't trust anyone else my dogs.

Great place! The vet truly cares about animals. They saw my puppy on short notice when no ones else would and even did a follow up the next morning. They definitely knew what they we doing. So thankful for their help and excellent care!!

New to the area and called for a price to get my cat declawed. I made an appointment for the following week. When I went to pay, I was told that it was $100 more than the price I was quoted. I questioned it and was told it was never the $399 quoted the week earlier. I told them who I spoke to and when, and had that info written down at home. The price book was laying on the counter with prices crossed off in black marker and new prices next to it. I questioned again and was then told the prices were recently changed last week. I asked them to honor the quote I was given. She asked the doctor and he said no. Told them they just lost a customer with 2 pets and didn't seem to care. The vet made good on the original price quoted after this review posted, so changed my rating.

I have been with Dr Hong since 2000. He has always been kind and understanding with the treatment of all my pets. He has gone above and beyond in serious emergencies for me. My pets are my family and that is important to me. Thank you dr. Hong for all you do????

Animal Wellness Center has always been available during emergencies and when shceduled. They are very thorough and caring to my dogs. They take time to explain everything to me and they do not rush through the appointments. Dr Hong & Dr Park are wonderful!

great service , wonderful with pets

I had to wait almost an hour even though I scheduled an appointment. The dr came in and didn't even apologize for making me wait. The room was very hot and my 15lb dog was so anxious he snapped at the vet so he nuzzled him! It was awful! I won't be back!!
