Made an appointment with a men on phone and when show up with my dog not appointment on sistem and therefore didn’t take my little dog get your business somewhere else

Very unprofessional also very expensive for such poor quality services to both the dog and owner. They take way longer then said, don't communicate and are rude when you ask how much longer then have the nerve to upcharge with out informing or asking for giving dog the worst haircut ever. So short and even cut belly and didn't even say anything. I noticed after we got home and the owner lied and said it was already there which I know for a fact it was not plus was a fresh cut. Stay away from this place they are extremely unprofessional, rude, overpriced and don't care about the animals only the money.

Best upscale grooming salon we have ever been too. Juritza took care of my Nena my baby yorkie. No one has ever made her look as beautiful as she did. All the staff was super friendly very knowledgable and professional. I will be a forever client. This shop beats all the ones in town. Highly recommend them.

The owners were absolutely the most rude people I’ve ever met in my entire life! The wife came out and was absolutely nasty to me and her husband also got mouthy. That is not how you run a business. That is the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from a groomers and I will never be back and never recommend them and their unprofessionalism to anyone I know. Not to mention we DID NOT leave our pet with them!

In the past, we have loved having our dog groomed here. Unfortunately, as of recent they have been extremely difficult to work with. We've had hair cut issues; when we asked for our Shihpoo to be trimmed a little shorter, they took it as shaved and made her look like a rat. We've had scheduling issues; they have no problem calling and asking you to bring your dog in early, but when you have a scheduled appointment and run 5 mins late they feel it's acceptable to cancel your appointment completely because the groomer is "tired" and didn't want to stay, It was a 2 o'clock appointment. Then We've tried to make appointments and they're having computer problems and say they will call back and never do. I am over it, there are plenty of great groomers out there, I'll find another one.

Imagine paying almost 150.00 to give your dog a spa day and you get a completely different dog. I’m SO upset at these groomers. They did NOTHING when I expressed my dissatisfaction. This place is not worth your money. do not take your dog here!!!! I want my money and my goldendoodle back. Extremely unprofessional.

I have an extremely fluffy 17lb kitty and had the hardest time finding a place that would groom cats until I found this place. They scheduled me right away. Julia came to my home with her large. van and in went my fluffy litter-butt cat. Out came my unrecognizable clean beautifully shaved Avery with a lion cut so stunning I couldn’t believe it. There were absolutely no messy buzzer lines, every line was straight and perfect. My big Sheppard Baxter wouldn’t leave him alone because I don’t think he knew who this kitty was. My other cat Winston, Averys brother and best buddy, still doesn’t fully know who this cat is. I highly recommend this company and look forward to a few months of litter-less kitchen and carpets. ???? bravo. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to get the next cut.

I literally cannot put into words how absolutely disturbed I am with what this groomer has done to my GoldenDoodle puppy. She was brought in as a perfectly fluffy puppy who was about 2-3 weeks overdue on her cut due to being spayed. She had perfectly soft GoldenDoodle puppy fur with no matting. What was returned to us was an absolute butchered hack job. Shaved down literally to her skin she looks like an ugly rat. There are random missed chunks of fur and her ears look like they’ve been chopped off. I am beyond disgusted that anyone with common sense let alone someone who should be a professional would destroy a perfect puppy like this ????

I've been coming here for years and I'm always satisfied. The owner always greets me, the groomers are friendly and check what services you would like in advance. If there are additional services needed, the owner/the young ladies calls to ask my permission first.

Rude customer service. They’re not polite and don’t honor they’re quoted price.

The grooming on my dog came out very nice. The Groomer was Ruth. The owner Joyce is very friendly but $98.00 is way over my price range when everywhere else only charges me $65 to $75.

Don't let these thieves gaslight you. They do not follow directions and are niether interested in your concerns, unless they can charge you more money. The have terrible customer service and relations.

Was not pleased at all with the cut. Very uneven and choppy. I asked for a trim and she shaved my girl! I know the girl tried and took quite a while so I didnt address it. Even gave a nice tip on top of a higher bill than I normally pay. Never again.

Fit all three of my girls in during the quarantine as I was “stuck” in Florida. Loved the staff and the cuts!

Emily was excellent with my little Ella. I will definitely use her again. Normally when she gets a haircut she comes home and stays under the bed the whole day. Today she is very excited and out here with me and is very calm.

Great experience very safe COVID wise this will be the future for me in terms of grooming. Groomer was professional and thorough and the dog looks amazing like a stud puppy should!

Great place to go get your dog groomed. The owner stayed late just for me and my pup, when they were supposed to be closed. Super reliable and great service. Very pleased :)
