I love this store, employees are knowledgeable, carry the best lines (including raw) of both dog & cat food, great healthy treats, probiotics, vitamins. The best thing about them is they know the product they sell & are able to explain the benefit of everything they sell. Clean store, not overcrowded with merchandise & yes, they do sell leashes, collars, harnesses & toys. They also have sample foods to try.. the best pet store yet

Best pet store ever!!! Great selection of food, treats and chews. Employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable as well! I am so happy this store opened!!

After walking in and going to the front to pay for my two large dog food bags I felt harassed about having to wear a mask. I tried telling her I had a medical condition but she kept harping away about walking back to the front to get a mask. I got the mask and told her I couldn’t really wear it so I wasn’t going to. It took me longer to walk back to the front to get a mask than it would have for me to just pay and leave. I should of just gone somewhere else to buy my food. Pretty disappointing experience. NOTE TO THE OWNERS REPLY: what part of I have a medical condition is hard to understand?? Curbside or pickup was never discussed while I was there. I use curbside our pickup all the time these days. I have no issues with that. I absolutely will take the time to write bad reviews for places who treat me poorly for taking my own health into consideration. I only have 9 one star reviews which refer to being treated poorly for not being able to wear a mask. Keeping a box of masks up front where people to stick their dirty hands into and then put a mask on their face is not sanitary. If I or someone else actually had Covid that whole box is now contaminated. Some of us actually have breathing problems. If your mask works than you wearing a mask should be enough. Don’t harass others. It’s not my job to keep you safe. Florida has no mask mandate. I will be taking off one star for thinking you’re cute and addressing me as Karen. Very unprofessional

The only place I shop for food for my boys. I've loved their business, products, and helpful staff since they opened. My only sadness is that I no longer live in Viera as of a year ago so I'm not right around the corner. They're worth the extra miles to give my business to. When it comes to small businesses to (especially) support during a global pandemic... These guys are my top choice for dog supplies.

An extremely pet friendly store with an amazingly knowledgeable staff. Can't recommend them enough for all of your dog and cat needs!

This store is amazing. They carry the best quality pet food and everyone working there is so friendly and helpful! I had so much trouble finding the brands I like and always ended up ordering them online. So glad I can now drive just a few minutes and pick up a bag of the best food for my fur babies!

Julie and the rest of the staff were such a great help to us and our lab Walker! He was having allergy and skin issues, and they set us on the right nutritional path to help him. He's getting SO much better and is healthier than ever! We also truly appreciate the availability of their curbside pickup. The have always been masked and safe and make us feel so much better about shopping during the pandemic.

Julie is great. My 6 year old golden was over weight and lethargic. I told her what I was feeding her and her meds.With in a month or so, she has lost weight and has more energy. Totally recommend!

We stopped in on a Wednesday evening and Julia was VERY helpful. My extremely picky Cheweenie has allergies and she let us try some samples to see what he would eat. We ended up going with Zignature wet food. He’s been on it for a week and has been itching less than usual. It’s better for him and hopefully he will no longer need allergy shots from the vet. Julia is full of great information and went above and beyond what any other pet store would have done.

Owner is very friendly. They carry all the high quality dog foods and treats.

I've shopped there a few times and both Julie and Debbie were extremely helpful. My dog is a picky eater and has some skin issues. He's loved what we've picked up from there, including the treats, and his skin issues are definitely improving. Their prices are reasonable, and I found out they can custom order anything, too. I highly recommend them and am happy to support a small, locally owned business!

I couple of summers ago, my hound mix Eddie Ray developed a bald spot on his tail and on rear hip. After running blood tests that all came back negative, my vet diagnosed him seasonal alopecia and suggested adding melatonin to his diet. The spot on Eddie Ray's hip cleared up but the tail remained bald. Last winter, the spot worsened and Eddie Ray began shedding like crazy. His vet again ran tests but had no suggestions other than maybe it was weather related. Thankfully, Eddie's groomer had experience with pets and food allergies and suggested it might be the chicken in his diet. I immediately contacted Julie at Viera Petworks for food recommendations, and she helped me choose a chicken-free food with limited, clean ingredients. Eddie Ray has been on Zignature since January and his coat has never looked better. He hardly sheds (even in the summer!) and the spot on his tail is almost completely gone. I wish I had consulted Julie when his symptoms first appeared, but I am so grateful for her help and expertise. I will never again underestimate the importance of diet and power of good food for my little buddy. Thanks, Julie!
