Everything clean, and pets are good

Was at the store for 3rd time this week to purchase cat food. Previous trips they did not have the particular item my cat will only eat. BlueMountain Tastefuls Ocean Fish and Tuna Pate. Checkout guy informed me that a delivery was due in Wednesday night and should be unloaded by Thursday. So, I went to the store today and none were on the shelf. I asked a supervisor, who deserves her own review and was “put out” to help me. Anyway, this young man Almal stopped what he was doing to assist me. Long story short, he found the pallet with the item on it. Of. course, the item was in the middle of a neatly packed pallet. He cut the plastic open and proceeded to tear and pull until he successfully pulled out 10 individual cans of the much needed cat food to avoid having an unhappy feline over the Christmas holidays. Yes, I tried nearby Walmart but no success 3xs. Almal did not have to go to such lengths to help me but he did so without hesitation. Unlike his supervisor who blew me off, he ensured I had a great customer experience. He also apologized for his co-worker, possibly boss’ bad behavior. That was not necessary either for him to apologize for someone else’s poor customer service. I hope all your wishes come true this holiday season Almal! Your work ethic is impeccable!

You always have what I need; and if by chance you don't have it in the store, I can get it online very quickly--now that's service.

The Vetco is less than satisfactory. More than one bad experience with surprise price increases after being verified prior to choosing this company for our family pet doctor. Very disappointing.

It’s not a public ally available policy, but they refuse to groom animals in on medications. That’s completely fine if that policy was available prior to presenting to an appointment. I’ve now wasted my morning and missed my own personal appointment resulting in a cancellation charge. Store manager could even be the one to turn me away, forced her very kind employee to deliver the news. Bad leadership.

Who doesn't love pet stores? They've got something for every pet lover. Their selection changes and varies keeping the favorites of every department and there's usually something new to see when I make my weekly visit too. So far the store has been clean and stocked, and the critters are taken care. Employees are friendly and attractive. Thanks!

Sick fish and dont honor return policy, creepy blonde guy cashier needs customer service training. If you want a sick reptile/animal by all means shop away.

Petco is neat, clean & well organized. Staff is friendly but it is really difficult to find low magnesium cat food

I'm not a huge fan of shopping in Petco but I am loving their app order curbside pickup. Staff is awesome very helpful and friendly.
