Been going to Mark to have my Papillons groomed for the past 8+ years I’m very pleased!!! Never have any problem getting an appointment; he’s timely, my dogs look great when I pick them up and I highly recommend him He’s very pleasant and professional & always goes the EXTRA mile ????????????

Cute little pet salon. Vanessa took excellent care of my 9yr old scared cockapoo. I highly recommend her grooming service.

????????Deserving no stars, no rating is low enough. I am opening a case with Brevard Animal Control regarding my dogs grooming appointment with Clippendales. He was BRIEFLY left the care of this "company. " After only 20 minutes alone with the owner, X, I returned, discovering that my dog had experienced some type of head trauma. (MAJOR trauma) Shown afterwards by his fearful personality, BUT ALSO BY THE BRIGHT RED, sclera of both eyes. I took my dog to the 24 hour vet who told me that the redness in his eyes was caused by head trauma!!! Everybody think hard before bringing your beloved pets to Clippendales!! ????

My puppy Charlie (beagle) loves going to Clippendales. When he sees Mark, Charlie wags his tail and seems very happy. When I call to schedule appointments, I don’t have any problems getting appointments. Mark does an outstanding job! ???? thank you!

Would never take my dog here! I watched him hit a dog in the face because she growled and jumped at him. I was on a working interview with the owner a while back, I finished grooming a sweet little fur baby, as he came over to see my work the dogs deminer changed quickly, made me wonder why she was so good with me and absolutely did not like him, after watching him hit the little dog in the face explained everything. Needless to say I did not except the job!!

PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hello! My name Mark the owner of Clippendale's Pet Salon. I've been the owner for 9yrs. and also owner of a previous Dog Kennel for 16yrs. I understand owning a business has many rewards and many challenges one of them is customer satisfaction. I do realize that not everyone will be happy. we groom about 35-45 dogs a week and we try our best to make our customers Happy! The reason I'm writing this because I was told about a review....... (DAWN HANSEN ) REVIEW : I NEVER MET HER IN MY LIFE, I DON'T KNOW WHO SHE IS, WHY SHE WOULD WRITE THAT ABOUT ME? I HEARD THAT SOMEONE ( A MALE )and no i don't know him. WAS ARRESTED FOR BEATING A SERVICE DOG AT GROOMINGDALES BEACHSIDE. AND MAYBE SHE GOT THE 2 NAMES CONFUSED. I LOOKED HER UP AND SHE WRITES BAD REVIEWS ABOUT BUSINESSES IN MANY DIFFERENT STATES . I REALLY DON'T KNOW OR EVER MET HER. (AND THE REVIEW LYNE GIOVANNIELLO ) I DID HAVE FINGER SURGERY RT. INDEX FINGER. THEY FOUND A TUMOR UNDER MY NAIL BED. (NO BAD NEWS). BUT IT TOOK ALOT!! LONGER TO HEAL THAN I THOUGHT. SORRY I HAD TO MOVE YOUR APPOINTMENT OUT, IT WAS OUT OF MY HANDS. I JUST THOUGHT I HAD TO CLARIFY SOME OF THOSE REVIEWS. THANK YOU!!!

Does a good job on my Shih Tzu.

We took our miniature schnauzer to Clippendales today on the recommendation of a local vet. We had no problem making an appointment and when we arrived, the owner/groomer was friendly and took notes regarding the kind of cut we wanted for our dog. I also showed him a picture and said this is what we were shooting for. The groomer called me back just over an hour after dropping our dog off to inform me he was done. I was surprised and a little concerned that the job was done so quickly. The groomer reportedly washed, dried, and cut the dog, and also trimmed his nails, plucked his ear-hairs, expressed his glands, and cleaned his teeth all in this timeframe. From what we can see, it appears the groomer was in too much of a hurry. The traditional beard that our schnauzer had, and which we wanted to maintain was cut completely off.. leaving our dog looking like a possum. The hair on the back and sides was left too long, and we found several abrasions/cuts on our dog's belly and inner leg. This is honestly the worst cut our dog has ever had in his 7.5 years. The hair will eventually grow back.. but we won't be returning to Clippendales when it does.

He doesn’t really care about customer canceled 2 times on me at the last minutes saying that he hurt his hand but I went there any still in business because my dog need to much grooming that’s your business that’s crazy. Doesn’t do a great job anyway. Be aware seriously!

Looks like a nice place, but what they fail to mention on their website is that this is a grooming facility for small dogs only. I was told over the phone my 45-lb husky mix was "too large" for them to accommodate. Seriously? If they cater only to smaller breeds, they should at least be up front and advertise as such. Just FYI for any larger breed owners in the area looking for a potential groomer. (I do recommend A Picture Perfect Pet in Viera for that.)

Great job on my 75lb german shepherd. Our dog sheds A LOT they bathed her and brushed out her undercoat which dramatically decreased the amount of hair in our house! 2 months later we are bringing her in again to be groomed.
