Great place for your pets care. Friendly and very professional.

My experience with Dr Phil and his team has been nothing short of great! When I need help with the three pugs Christi gets them in as quickly as possible. Dr Phil and his assistants are very kind and professional. I highly recommend Village Pet Clinic.

Dr. De Fabio and staff are attentive to my dog’s health issues. Kind and informative! Would recommend to everyone with a animal friend to see the folks at Village Pet Clinic.

The one star rating was for the PREVIOUS "veterinarian/owner". This clinic appears to have a new owner and/or veterinarian. Hopefully, better than the last "veterinarian" who told me my precious baby cat was fine. However, she was far from fine. She had cancer all over her little body and I lost her! I also hope the new owner doesn't refer their clients to the most HORRIFIC animal ER/hospital in Ft Pierce that I have ever experienced like that last "veterinarian" did. THE REVIEW BELOW IS WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE FORMER "VETERINARIAN". (I DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THE NEW OWNER/VETERINARIAN) Took my precious baby cat in because of weight loss and fatigue. Was told she was FINE. A few weeks later she became so ill. She had horrible cancer all over her body! The ER I was sent to from here was a nightmare, which is another story. Thankfully, my local ER was able to get to the problem but I lost her. Nothing could be done. Not sure how she can go from "fine" to cancer all over her body. I have to live with this. My baby is gone even though she had just been in to see the vet, an exam and bloodwork.. You can decide for yourself if this sounds like an acceptable outcome.

Dr Phil was great! Awesome first impression! Took the time to explain & did not feel rushed. His techs were so gentle & sweet & Christie at the front desk was very nice & accommodating with the scheduling of office visits. We are fairly new to Vero Beach & we have tried other Vets in the area & were extremely disappointed until now! Save yourself the time & aggravation & just go straight to Dr. Phil. You will be glad you did!!

They have a wonderful team, that really cares about the pets and people that come through their door. I highly recommend them

I honestly can't say enough about the wonderful first impression I got from Village Pet Clinic! My only complaint is that we didn't find this place and bring our pup here sooner! The care and compassion by every single member of staff we encountered was absolutely incredible! We could truly feel the love they have for our fur baby, not soley by how kind they were to him, but also by the time and dedication that was spent diagnosing/treating him. Dr. Phil spent a lot of time making sure we understood the situation our fur baby was in and took the time to thoughtfully and thoroughly answer any questions or concerns we had to make us feel at ease. Absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Phil & Dr. B Were the most compassionate, loving vets I am so grateful to have met. ❤???? Bailey, our adopted pup, who was previously abused as a young pup unfortunately by men. So Bailey is a bit nippy when men approach her besides her daddy of course. Compassionate & understanding doctor B & Dr. PhiI was with her, considering I felt a bit weary, being that Bailey doesn't do well with a male Vet..I watched as my dog allowed him to check out her wound, and help her get better! Surgery ended up being more than expected, possible cancer & a wait on the biopsy which tore us down. DR. Phil reasonably priced us, with top $, hoping for a quick and easy process & unfortunately it wasn't ???? At the end of the day, him compared to any other vet, we would've dropped atleast 5K. This man did everything he could to help fix Bailey up, checked up on her and called me with results she was cancer free! Such an awful experience seeing my helpless injured dog, trying to get better with a huge price tag on it of course. DR PHIL & DR B was by far the best of the best and I will forever remember what they did for our Bailey. Most importantly, he is a young vet, relatable as he has his own fur baby with medical issues, I was so happy knowing our baby was in good hands! THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE A GEM! 10/10. Thank you, for helping fur babies for us humans who love them to death!

I have been bringing my pets here for decades! Christy has been a constant and she’s always been awesome! The practice was recently taken over by Dr. Phil and I cannot say enough good things about him! He absolutely saved the life of my friend’s 13-year old Pomeranian, Trixie. He specializes in dental work and Trixie is living proof that Dr. Phil is darn good at what he does! Thank you Dr. Phil! (Trixie is on the right - showing off Dr. Phil’s handiwork, ????)

While I was out of town Truly AKA my dog became very ill. I called once to get some assistance and my vet was unavailable to speak. So I came home early and rushed her to the office the very next morning. Though the clinic was open my vet Defabio was not there. I then had no choice but to take her to the animal hospital where I was barely able to afford the charges. Christy at Village Pet Medical also refused to schedule Truly yesterday in due to a small remaining balance that I offered to pay in full. This ordeal is truly upsetting I will seek treatment elsewhere because of the poor care and service we were shown by the staff at Village Pet Clinic.

Dr. Phil is thorough, conscientious and great with both our dogs. The office is spotless and Christi the receptionist is always working hard and is outstanding at her job. I would highly recommend Village pet clinic!

The staff and vet are knowledgeable and empathetic. They work with both passion and compassion. I'm very happy to have found a vet I can trust with the care of my fur babies .

Dr Phil is very thorough and works with the patient and it’s caregivers to find solutions while being compassionate and diligent. He also helps asess situations and gives your alternative solutions! He has made a difference in my girls quality of life ... All of our pets will go there for sure!

The staff at Village Pet Clinic is so caring and compassionate!!! We were amazed by the compassion we were shown while making the difficult decision to put our family dog down. They truly care! We won't go anywhere else and if you try them you won't either!

Dr. de Fabio is the best Vet on the treasure coast. We would never go to anywhere else. He cares for my Marley as though she were his own. He also always suggests natural supplements, as opposed to pharmaceuticals, whenever possible. A wonderful, knowledgeable and caring vet!

Dr. Phil spends plenty of time answering my questions and thoroughly checking my little dog. He is exactly the kind of vet I need. A few years ago, my other dog was a patient of Dr B at Village Pet. Most of the staff remained and were the main reason I decided to stay with this office when I got another toy poodle. The entire staff, especially Christi, has always been friendly, efficient and extraordinarily helpful.

Dr. Phil and his staff are great! No need to worry about lots of other animals being there at the same time cause they don’t do it that way. They are highly recommended!
