Absolutely the most skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring veterinarian. I’ve had pets for over 20 years and the house call visits are so helpful especially with one of cats that is so scared of leaving the house. We are lucky that he’s a part of our community.

Dr. Molina was very informative and spent time to explain the prognosis and treatment of our cat. I have been a pet owner for over 30 years and this is the first vet who has ever been so thorough and caring!! 5 plus stars to Dr.Molna and his staff!!! He is our vet for life!!

Dr. Molina is very detailed and takes his time to explain. The staff is super friendly. My appts have always been on time. Dr. Molina also calls you back the same day he does labs and goes over them with you. I never feel rushed on my pets visit and that’s important to me.

We chose to take our kitty to Dr. Molina from a referral from a friend. This is our first Vet Office that we have been to since moving to Venice. We found Dr. M to be very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in great detail. His staff are very nice too.

Dr. Molina is a caring and thorough veterinarian. He immediately tried to bond with our little puppy and took care to make him feel comfortable. The staff is very friendly and also seem to care a great deal. Dr. Molina was very informative, helping to guide us down the very difficult path of conflicting information that is present on the internet.

Dr. Molina is the kind of vet you want taking care of your pets. He and his staff are knowledgeable, make our dogs feel comfortable and loved and they make every effort to give our dogs the best life possible! He cared for my older dog River and when she needed to be out of pain, he came to our home, and quietly and compassionately helped us all. Our current dogs, Coconut, Kahlua and Willow are all cared for by Dr. Molina and his staff as well, and we are so grateful for them!

I have lived in Venice for 30+ years and have been a client at several area vet offices. Dr. Molina took care of my critically ill diabetic cat when he worked at Bright Cross and I followed him to West Coast when he opened his own office. He and his staff have cared for 4 of my cats, including the diabetic, seniors, and one with urinary tract complications. He has neutered two and surgically removed a tumor from one. My cats have always received the very best care, with compassion, concern, and follow- up phone calls about their statuses. Dr. Molina has personally answered after-hours text messages and phone calls when I had emergency situations. His staff are also quick to respond to calls and questions. If I could rate this vets office a "10", I would.

I have never experienced such kind and compassionate care for my pet. Dr. Molina is the finest and most understanding Vet we have seen in 60 years of pet ownership.

I would Not recommend here or let any touching with a needle or drawing any blood way off!! The length of time to get answers is not acceptable to our pets life Venice Animal clinic was fast and had answers whille We waited and not overpriced

We have been very pleased with the care these folks have extended to our cat, Buddy. They perform the standard battery each time and also take time to actually listen to any concerns we may have. Discussions of the problems and solutions ensue. We feel both the cat and we are cared for very well. As far as charges go, I certainly do not believe they’re appreciably different than any other vet in the area. In fact, in our experience, their fees are just fine, especially when one considers the quality of care and convenience this practice provides. Thanks Dr. ! See you next year. Lou and Val

Nope too slow for answers incorrect diagnosis not taking anything out of my pet again

Dr Molina has cared for our pets since before he had his own practice. We just got 2 new puppies and they will begin seeing him on Aug.4. Puppies can't wait to meet him!

I hoped this would be the one but sadly no. Over priced like crazy tho it was very clean. The Dr. was arrogant, wouldn't listen, ignored both me and my dog. He acted like he was just going through the motions and ringing up the bill. He gave me a VERY wrong diagnosis about my babies eyes. He said it was ulcers and gave me a cream. Today I learned from another very caring Vet he is legally blind. I am so sad and maybe if he had listened to me this wouldn't have happened. You can have all the degrees you want but if you don't really look at the animal, care for it and listen to the owner then it doesn't mean a damn thing. Don't waste your money!

Absolutely the best! Caring, compassionate staff. They truly care about your pets wellbeing and treat you like family. Everything being done is always explained, and all your questions are answered. And my doggie really likes the treats!

Dr. Molina is wonderful. He stays up on the latest treatments, and is able to offer exceptional care to our dogs over the years. We have had 5 German Shepherds and would not trust them to anyone else.

I don't understand the negative reviews! Dr Molina is a great vet and his staff are very people oriented. I called him to see my diabetic cat Deuce for the first time and he did great. He's fees and charges are really affordable, he listens to all my concerns and treatment options, he's very professional and understanding. And NO he doesn't over charge!

Over the years Dr. Molina and his staff have taken excellent care of my three dogs and four cats. When it was time to say goodbye to some they came out to my home and were most compassionate and professional. I know it was hard for them as well but they made a painful time tolerable. He has always done a great job educating me on procedures and my choices. When my Yellow Lab needed surgery at 13, I trusted my furbaby was in good care and 2 1/2 years later we appreciate the extra time, every day. His staff is equally as caring and always open to questions. I recommend them at every opportunity because they are that good and I've been to three other vets in town prior to finding them. My babies deserve the best.

I am honestly surprised by the low reviews I have read on here. Dr. Molina and his staff are amazing. We started seeing them when our dog Reddington got kernel cough after getting neutered at another vet. The other vet was not able to get Red in that day. Dr. Molina' staff was very reassuring, and was able to fit Red within an hour even though we had never used them before. We have continued to take all of our animals back, and I have always been extremely happy with their services. They will fit you in a full schedule if it is urgent. The office is always very clean and well kept. I would say their prices are what you would expect to pay at most any vet office. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I moved to Venice from Connecticut and was referred to Dr. Molina by my realtor; who uses his practice for her animals. I can't say enough about his compassionate treatment of my 12 year old dog. My dog used to shake when I took him to other vets in the past. The calm way that Dr. Molina works with my animal has worked wonders. No more shaking or anxiety on vet visits now. The doc will actually get down on his knees to examine my dog so that he doesn't stress him by putting him on the exam table. I've never had a vet do that before! A simple concept that's brilliant in working with an anxious animal. Dr. Molina is very sharp and has provided me with information and treatment options that have helped improve my pet's quality of life. My dog is doing very well under this doctor's care. I highly recommend this veterinary practice to anyone who is looking for competent and compassionate care for their animals. Dr. Molina and his staff have been a pleasure to work with.

Out of towner with our sick dog. Found Dr Molina next to Starbucks. We felt Dr Molina was great with our dog. We have had animals for 25+ years with dozens of vets and I can only report a positive experience at his office. I have seen good and bad over the years and our visit and care was good.

Have used Dr.Molina and West Coast for years. I have had dogs for 40 years and I have not found anyone as professional and qualified as Dr. Molina ' s staff at West Coast Vet.

Dr. Molina is the quintessential Vet. Our family has a lot of pets (9 dogs and 8 cats) and we wouldn't have anyone else for our furry friends doctor. He has always been there for us and I cannot express how grateful I am to have met him and his staff. They are a pleasure to deal with and Dr. Molina goes above and beyond to make sure we know what is going on with our pets. Dr. Molina has NEVER let us down and I am absolutely positive that he and his staff will never let you down. I HIGHLY recommend you give him a visit. I have never once been overcharged and his expertise is spot on. He is more concerned about my pets than his pockets and I really must tip my hat to him. Worst veterinarian I have EVER had the misfortune of taking my pets to. He was unprofessional, judgemental and condescending. Basically, he ONLY cares about running up your bill and getting more money out of you, not your pets well being. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! EVER
