The people here are very nice and knowledgable. But I had to wait 20 minutes in line for a pick up order. They had one cashier and she was with the same person for 20 minutes. There were 3 people in line and we were all rolling our eyes.

Rude staff, misguided care of feeder insects/bugs, (most were dead or missing the count they were listed to have. No discount offered either just a rude attitude about how they know they work with incompetent people who don't take care of their assigned animals). None of the animals looked very healthy either.

Has anyone heard about dogs sold from stores: "Adopt DONT SHOP." Just so you know, most of the dogs & cats live in horrendous conditions while being used as breeding machines. No matter how cute the pets are, I don't do business with a store/company that treats it's animals as selling products. What they do with the unwanted is sickening.

Very unsatisfactory services were not good picked our dog up after many hours to a hack job iv never seen her look worse she's a long hair and she's so choppy and has a mound of fur left on her forehead it seriously looks ridiculous we will be er be back grooming services again

The service was EXCEPTIONAL and the personel were patient and attentive. The store is extremely well stocked. I just gave it a 10 because I truly haven't learned how to navigate it yet and the folks behind the register were so helpful. I am and will continue to be a steady customer

1st dog in at 8 and when I went in at 11, there were 4 other dogs leaving????she was just being placed on the table. I won't be back

Every time I go into this petco the staff is always really helpful and accommodating. They are always stocked with what I need and make sure that all customers that bring their dogs in are following "leash etiquette" which makes me feel better about bringing in my dogs.

Staff is well informed and helpful. I live in Engelewood and I wish we had a PetCo here that was as good.
