My puppy has a bad reaction to puppy shots. I drove right back and they were very good. Gave him a shot of Benadryl and watched him for awhile before we left again. They Called to check on him later

Extreme compassion and personal care is the experience here! The whole staff is very pleasant , professional and caring! They always greet me and my dog. We have been trusted Bright Cross to care for our cats, 7 over 19 years, because they are the best in town. Dr Myburgh and his are awesome.

As snowbirds this was our first visit. Our beloved Standard Poodle, Winnie the Pooh-dle became very ill in Dec. Our visit at Bright Cross could not have gone any better. Dr Eva had clearly reviewed Winnie's extensive files before our visit and came with questions & then suggestions for a care plan moving forward. She listened to our concerns and easily made a connection with Winnie..getting on the floor with her!! Dr. Eva's kindness, lovely confident manner and knowledge put us at ease. In addition there was no waiting and other staff members were as well friendly and efficient.

Sabrina was our initial contact this year for our annual check up for our 2 senior dogs. She was very thorough and kind to us and our dogs. Our next step was with Dr Myburgh. We have been coming to Bright Cross for over 7 years and he has always been very professional and given our dogs great care. We have never felt rushed and he has always taken the time to answer any questions that we might have.. All of the staff that we have ever come in contact with have been friendly and helpful.

We have gone here for years and they have been excellent . Last visit with sick cat ( new vet ?) , apparently many tests were done that we were not aware of . Bill was highest we have ever had !? Bottom line, we switched food and she is fine. Cost $1000 !!! We now have insurance effective today ….

They've been great with their care of my cat, Max. He needs frequent treatment and once, when his treatment wasn't necessary, they gave me a credit. That's an honest practice!

I'm a fairly new client of this clinic. After using several animal clinics in the past this is one of the best! All personnel are kind and attentive. They do their best to help you in a practical way. The doctors are excellent and spend a lot of time with you and your pet to ensure you understand everything. They are incredibly efficient and thorough as well as have many ways to contact them utilize their services (e.g. website, phone, email, app, etc.).

The staff at Bright cross Animal Clinic is always there for my 2 “children and me. I can’t say enough positive words about every single person who works there. They all make me feel so grateful every time I go in. It is very rare that you find a whole stiff of wonderfully positive people. Bright cross is where you want to take your furry family members.

The front desk is staffed by friendly young women who greet you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door. Vet tech Stephanie (who does dental cleanings, etc.) is awesome - always upbeat and thorough in her explanations as to what needs to be done. The vets I see are Dr. Myburgh and Dr. Amanda - both are very kind to both my pets and me. Thanks to all of you!

We got really lucky finding Bright Cross! I've been taking my pup here for the last couple years and it is always a great experience. Everyone is always so helpful, all the doctors take their time with you and answer all your questions, everything is priced reasonably (in my opinion). I can't say enough positive things. Dr. Myburgh and his team are wonderful.
