Without a doubt best Emergency Veterinarian Care! Brandi & Katie provided exemplary compassion & professionalism during a difficult time for my dog (Jax) & I. It’s clear the love they have for animals. A heartfelt & reassuring feeling knowing they’re close by if needed.

They were awesome. I had an emergency yesterday when I woke up my dog had a blood clot on her eye. She doesn’t get along well with other 4 legged friends so Kaitlyn(front desk) went back and forth with me a few phone calls to find the best time for us to come in. She was so sweet. I arrived and had a wait. I know that at the time my pet was stable and they were helping other friends. When it was Gators turn the nurse, I can’t recall her name, but she was great as well. She could tell my poor girl was stressed and didn’t want to cause her any undue stress. The doctor, came in and assessed Gator, she ordered blood work and an ultrasound and confirmed her suspension. ???? Gator had a tumor on her spleen that had ruptured and caused her to hemorrhage. Because of that she was unable to go in for an operation. Of course I stared bawling and they were all so sweet to help me and Gator have our last few minutes be very peaceful together. I want to thank everyone there and let them know they are angels ????

I’m so grateful for this clinic. My dog had pancreatitis and was not doing well. They kept me informed of her treatment, how she was doing, and the cost of the visit. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

Can't say enough about this place or the staff - they are the gold standard. We spent 8 hours at a specialty vet hospital for our dog and they didn't even look at her. We brought her to this location and they got her in quickly did the needed testing without repeating anything that had already been done by our vet - met with us to discuss what they were finding each step of the way. They were so kind to our dog and treated her so well. She spent the night there for further testing which revealed that she needed surgery - they worked with us to find the best fit for her needs and ours and are doing the surgery as I write this. This is my go-to place for any after hours problem - Highly recommend

I didn't actually have to bring my dog in. There was a gentleman that was able to help me over the phone. He gave me some symptoms to look out for. Long story short I never had to take my dog but the information the gentleman gave me was key to my peace of mind in that situation.

We have taken 2 of our elderly dogs to the emergency clinic in the past 3 months. The quality of care and compassion of the staff is excellent. Thank you for being available for emergency care at all hours of the night.

The male nurse was rude. They charged me just to let my dog fall cause of no support. And taking her hand down pearl spine. 2 medicines. Charged me $120. My dog was in bad shape. She said more tests needed done but would not allow me to be billed. This is EMERGENCY CLINIC. who carries $400 in their pocket. Anyway i tried to tell them her attacks come and go but she said it was probably in her spi e then said disc in neck. Itsneither she is having ministrokes

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Our small dog was in our back yard playing with our other dog and when she came in she was hold on paw completely contracted up to her body. She was crying non stop licking her back foot. We thought maybe they played too ruff and she got hurt (being she’s 1/2 the size of her brother). We googled Emergency Vet and found this place, we called first and WOW the woman named Brandy on the phone was so sweet and so helpful. Of course we were worried about the cost and we’re thinking of waiting until morning and taking her to our vet being it wasn’t life threatening. She answered all of our questions- and we had many and offered some advice. Assured us they wouldn’t provide a service without before letting us know the price and agreeing it. We couldn’t take our little fur baby being in pain all so we decided to bring her in. At least do the exam and find out what’s wrong. They took her back right away and came back saying they had found a bee stinger in that foot she was holding up! We were so relieved it wasn’t something serious. They then asked if they could clip her nails and trim back they hair around her eyes (she’s due for her grooming). Not long later she came out good as new, and better than when we brought her! They also discounted the exam price! The people that work here have such great hearts and I am so happy we chose to take our fur baby to them! Thank you Brandy and staff! ❤️Bella says “Thank you(Ruff ruff)” If your pet has an emergency or something happens and you need a vet during off hours we can’t recommend this place more! You will be so happy with the decision. 5 star service & 5 star staff!

Although no one ever wants to end up at the emergency clinic, I had a great experience here today! I had to bring my vomiting cat, Sheldon, in for treatment on a Saturday afternoon. Dr. Murray was friendly, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of him today. The other staff members were all very professional and obvious animal-lovers. Yes, prices were a bit higher than what you would pay at your regular veterinarian, but that's to be expected at an emergency facility. I'm glad to know that we have such a great veterinary emergency facility right here in town!

I couldn’t be more grateful for the angels that work here, all the staff is amazing and they care so much for your pet. I went in thinking that my baby didn’t have anything major but the efficiency and good heart of the people here was on point! She had a bad infection in her uterus that required surgery. Basically they saved my fur baby’s life and I am so happy they were there for me all the time. She wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them. Thank you again for the great service and for all the love my baby had. I definitely recommend this clinic!!

This was our first time having to visit and all the staff was awesome! Our 6 month old kitten was sick and the assistant and the doctor were so gentle and informative! They explained everything that they were going to do to make Smokey better and what the cost would be. I love that they send all the info to your regular veterinarian too! I also called before we drove over since we live 20 minutes away and the women that answered the phone was so pleasant(sorry, I forgot her name) but she was the assistant to the doctor also! Thank you all very much! As I type this Smokey is so much better this morning! Running around, eating and drinking good!

We spent over 5 hours and they could not find what was wrong with our cat

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at vets office. Waited for almost 5 hours and still no one came in to see me and my sick pup. When asked how much longer was just told “I don’t know. We had critical cases come in.” I’m a very understanding person and don’t mind waiting but the staff was just so cold and acted like I was more of a nuisance than actually wanting to help. Literally in tears because I just want to make sure my pup is ok. Going to try another vet and hopefully have a better experience.

Rushed our cat there, she was unresponsive, when we walked in the lady at the desk was more concerned whether we had masks or not. Like lady, we didn’t really think about that but can you act like you care that our cat is dying. She seemed annoyed when she had to provide us with a mask which we did not appreciate. 0 compassion. The technician that helped us, however, was nice.

We were blown away with the care our pup was given last night. Extreme attention to detail and their bedside manor was amazing!! It’s always unfortunate and extremely scary when you have to rush your dog to an emergency vet but they made sure that our dog was in good hands. I was very impressed!

We brought our furbaby in unresponsive and before taking our baby the front desk lady was more concerned that we were not wearing face masks. I'm sorry that we weren't but our cat was dying and she was more worried about facecoverings when she was wearing one herself. Then she acted so bothered giving a mask to my boyfriend as he was in shock that this was all happening. And then kept telling him he needs to wear one before the doctor comes in. Now for the vet tech that came in... Thank you for being so caring and compassionate about animals you were the only one who showed any type of feelings. But you need a new front desk lady, if you work in a vet office you need to care more about animals than a face covering covering that we were not thinking of at that time our cat wasn't breathing. R.I.P to our little Bean.

The Staff at this vet are truly like no other. They were incredibly patient, caring, and understanding when we came in yesterday looking into options for our sweet baby girl. They explained things in a way we could understand and they were honest in all directions. Everything was quick and professional despite having other urgent care patients to take care of. They were kind and helpful 3 years ago when we brought her in and they were no different yesterday. They gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved Willow-Bee...While it hurts beyond belief and coping has been horrid, the staff at this vet made it comforting to know we made the right choice for our beautiful baby girl. Thank you so very much to all staff who helped. We will be a returning patient if we ever need an ER in the future.

We are visiting family coming from NJ so my big pit is not familiar with the beach or the humidity. He formed “hot spots” on both sides of his face. We were referred to this clinic and I’m so thankful for that. The staff was SO kind and took such good care of us. He had to be sedated, shaved, and cleaned up and they only took about 45 minutes. Extremely affordable, as well.

I brought my hunting dog in after she crossed a major road while hunting and got hit. They did not judge me that my dog was a working dog. They help me keep my cost down helping me choose the best procedure for her. Thankfully it was not major and hopefully in a cpl days we will be out of the woods....and out of the actual woods for a long while....i love my doggy even if she loves piggies more.

I was in the area during Memorial Day weekend and needed some emergency care for our girl that had multiple lacerations after an altercation with her housemate. From arrival to pick-up, the care provided by Dr. Gerber and his staff was exceptional. We received a treatment plan and estimate, which the nurse went over with us in great detail and answered any questions we had. We were so happy with their care and the work they did on our little girl’s wounds. She is healing like a champ and I am thankful every day that VEC was there when we needed them.

My mom brought her sick/dying dog to this vet early Wednesday morning and told the person on the phone what medical conditions the dog had. The response she got was “well we “could” look at her but you know at close in a few hours right?” With a didn’t want to be bothered and nonchalant attitude! I don’t care if you were closing in 10 minutes! There was a fur mom and patient that needed help and the person acted like he was more concerned with going home than helping. At the very least my mom just wanted her dog looked at and to be reassured that being put down was the right call! Instead that sweet dog suffered until she passed away a few hours later that same morning!

I unfortunately had to take my dog to be put down and ended up at this emergency vet. Words can’t describe how amazing they were to us and how it truly felt like they cared. They made the hardest day of my life a lot easier. I appreciate all the hard work you do my family will forever be grateful, and at peace now. Thank you.
