Great first experience for Joplin, she showed out, but they handled her without drugging her and I really appreciate that???????? Dr. Maus continues to be great & we love her????

The doctor here is very welcoming. I took my dog here for a second opion on my dog's leg. She was very knowledgeable about everything she told me about. Even home reamedys that may help too. She was able to answer all my questions an with ease.

They made my pupper and my daughter feel welcome and safe. I love them already and i have found a new doctor for all my animal friends. I would absolutely recommend to anyone that is looking for a kind and caring place to have good people look after your furry loved ones. Thank you so much!

Our dog got stung, or bit by something. We had to take her here as an emergency. The staff answered the phone promptly, told us to bring her in and saw us immediately. They were very caring and competent. They kept an eye on her and gave her meds. She is feeling much better. Excellent caring staff.

The best that I have found for my puppies. I have two miniature schnauzers. She told me exactly what to do to take care of them. This is my permanent vet while I live in Venice. I’ll never change my vet. Five stars. Staff was amazing. Even called to check up on my puppies to see how they were doing. What an amazing office. Please please bring your puppies here. You will not be disappointed.

We have been bringing our furry family members to Ark for over 13 years. You would think after having to put 2 elderly, beloved pets to sleep in the last year and a half, a good review wouldn't be the first thing on my mind but, the staff and Dr. Maus at this hospital are the most caring, professional & compassionate crew we have ever dealt with. Even while dealing with the deaths of our loved ones, they treated us and our "kids" (as Dr. Maus calls them) as their own family. Even though they are located 30 miles from our new home and we currently have no pets (we are still too heartbroken), if and when we decide to add to our family again, we will never go to any other veterinarian. very quick to help my cat that was run over, except they didn't tell me and I did NOT ask for my cat to be neutered, they did it to him without my knowledge and the pain from it killed him next day. Why are you people still In business? My amazing and best friend my cat died at the hands of these evil monsters

We recently adapted our dog Romeo and are going through new parent anxiety. Dr. Moss and her nurses started treating us and our dog with care and tenderness that I had never received from any human doctor. God bless all off them.

I took my cat they make a ultrasound and they told me she was pregnant 1 Year later no babys ????????????

Waited an hour with an appointment Only 2 others one inside and one waiting Staff was very nice and place was very clean My cat had a check up with blood work, he’d lost 6lbs. Couldn’t find a reason and said he looked healthy. Purchased monthly flea tube for my cat and dog 2 weeks later they still have fleas. Cat stays inside. Have bathed and sprayed them for fleas since visit. The battle continues

I can't say enough good about these ladies. From my first contact on the phone to the visit and care they gave my little dog was the best experience. She wasn't scared or shaking as is her normal behavior at her doctor appointment. We have found our new doctor.

The whole crew are very caring people. My dogs are very scared of others. They went right in the door with them ..I will always come back here.

These people are amazing with our pets. The staff from the front office with Sydney, to Melony helping before the Veterinarian comes in are a comfort to our pet's and us even on a sick visit. They truly care about our pets health.

Both my daughter and I have been going to them with multiple cats and dogs for over 10 years and they have always been well taken care of. They are also reasonably priced.
