I was relieved after our first visit with Chasing Tails. On time, courteous very informative and spent as much time as the doctor needed to answer any and all questions and explain everything regarding my pet's health and well-being. Very kind and gentle and playful with my pets . Very friendly easy to talk to I highly recommend chasing tails. I will never go anywhere else

The go to guy, honest and charges very reasonable.

Over the last 3 years I have used their services for 2 dogs and 2 cats and they are a wonderful team of caring professionals. My pets are not as stressed with a vet visit because they come to my home. Their mobile clinic is wonderful Recently Ms Jeannie saved my 13 year old cat Cheeto’s life as he had a hidden infection and was running a very high temperature out of the blue. They were very prompt and came quickly as it was an emergency. We are blessed that Cheeto recovered and is fine now. I know I can depend on them whether it be an emergency or a routine visit which gives me great comfort.

My dog has advanced liver disease and I called as a neighbor had recommended this company for their euthanasia services. Their voicemail does say that they are not accepting new patients but I explained that I was calling about euthanasia services and hoped that they could at least direct me to someone that could help. I never received a call back which I think very much shows their lack of compassion.

Dr. Jeanie is an amazing Veterinarian and is extremely compassionate... I've known her since May of 2015 and have had the privilege of having her treat and care for my own pets (3 dogs) as well as many friends, family and clients animals (dogs, horses, cats, cows, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, etc.). I've seen her skills first hand many times and was thrilled when she started her own practice in Florida. It is unbelievable how much she cares and how hard she works. This one doctor practice is amazing and without a doubt TOP NOTCH, call and experience yourself... check out the many many many amazing reviews from our clients that have used her here and on Facebook! :)

They refused to serve me. Said they were too busy. Should hire more people if you have that much work.

I do not like having to take my fur baby out of the house. She is an indoor cat and we did not want to put stress on her for her yearly vet appt. Chasing Tails came to us!!! It was a great experience!! I would highly recommend them!!

I’m the owner of the said horse with a broken leg, I was too busy crying my eyes out to be calling, which is why I was not the one calling. It was already sad enough as he was my first horse and to say his suffering was on us is a joke. We did everything in our power without doing what a vet should do, because obviously we don’t have the resources and that’s your job, to keep him comfortable until we could get someone out. I was told good things about you, which is why we decided to call, also upon recommendation of the original vet, however, after this experience I no longer ever want you near one of my horses and would never ever call you in an emergency again. As far as us letting the horse suffer, we did call our original vet who was unfortunately dealing with other emergencies at the time, but at least had the audacity to call back several times and communicate with a first response to take care of him. Next time maybe you should care more about the animals you went to school to care for instead of caring about an election that’s not even decided yet. I rate 0 stars and I hope you have a merry Christmas and a happy new year, as mine is gonna be dark and cold????

Had an emergency and never even had a phone call back. Horse suffered for 5 hrs till I could get someone to come put him down. Whats worse is that they are only 3 min from our property.. I give 0 stars.. Ok let me also add. You had no idea who I was when I was calling u. I said my name was Lauren. I have a new address and a new number. On the voice-mail I left only my first name.. There for you only singled me out once I left this, as it shows my last name only on Google.. So ur personal attack just failed.. There was one time I couldn't make it home. I was told the simple $75 was taken care of back years ago.. All though I do remember cash in saddle oak estates. Putting it in ur hand.. My email never changed so the all the attempts of getting paid is not true.. Thanks for your very professional answer as a local vet. I was selling the horse that ended up dying thank u for caring so much!! The expenses of this horse was on the buyer who was crying her eyes out and couldn't talk. So again after hours go buy not even a simple call back. $6000 cash was in my pocket to do what ever we could. As a state of Florida Veterinarian thank u again for your best professionalism of not caring for a helpless animal. My original vet call me back and recommended u as he wasn't able make it for a while, so yes I did even my power to help this animal as u did nothing.. regardless of me personally being a client or not, what u did was wrong and I hope everyone knows this and reads this. As I will spread the word. Thanks for all your care and my horse with a broken dangling leg. He sends his love with a Merry Christmas from his grave ????????. Take ur $75 and choke on it.. if u needed help and I was the only one around I at least would try my best to help u even though I dislike you. Stay warm this winter. L-

Dr Jeanie and her staff were very caring and gentle with us and our 14 1/2 year old pup as we had to say goodbye. Such a wonderfully comforting place to be in his own home with his people. Thank you doesn't say enough.

Dr.Jeanne is wonderful. She takes great care of my big black cats. Loving and caring. I hope she can take care of my boys fir all their days. Best vet I have ever had in 40 years of pet caring. ❤❤❤

I had an amazing experience with Chasing Tails Mobile Veterinary Services. I have 2 pigs that I would never be able to get in the car and take to the vet. They were great with them and knew what to do while answering all my questions (and I had a lot being a first time pig mom). They were so patient, so glad I found them!

Very disappointed with this company!! I had an emergency situation where my precious kitty was dying!!! I was referred by a friend and I called them on a Sunday afternoon. Their answering machine said to leave a message and they will call back in case of emergency and I never received a call back!! They failed me big time!! Instead I had to watch my poor kitty suffer and die!! They called me the next day!!!! I told the woman it was too late. My kitty died and I hung up. What kind of a mobile vet service doesn’t call back in an emergency situation!!! I would never recommend them if you love your pet!!

My dog was at the emergency vet being monitored because he was in heart failure and kept fainting because his heart was not beating properly, the vet called for me to come get him because his anxiety level could make his situation worse, mind u this is 2am, no other vets were open and i was waiting til 8am to take him to my regular vet to get his heart stabilized and get him to a cardiologist, but in this time frame of me waiting, my dogs condition was getting worse by the hour, so finally at 5am i was in communication with chasing tails, asking them to come to my home to euthanize my baby as i didnt want him to suffer and face a possible heart attack as he kept fainting while we waited til 8am, so this place chasing tails texted me back and forth for about an hour beating around the bush, time was being wasted as they wanted $525 to come euthanize my dog and i only had $500, they would NOT work with me and accept the $500, then when i said just come just come, ill get the extra $25, they then informed me it would take 45 mins from nokomis to north port, by this time it was 645am, i decided after all of that bullcrap they were putting us through with wasting time, and clearly showing MONEY WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN A PETS HEALTH, i decided to rush over to my regular vet at 7am. I did end up having to put my baby down as my vet (2nd opinion) recommended it be best. Long story short.. i Would NOT recommend this place called chasing tails! Can i leave zero stars!?

Their are absolutely terrific!! Came to my house and took care of our 4 cats.Very nice to not have to load them in the car to go to vets.If you want excellant care for your animals give them a call! CHASING TAILS YOU ROCK!!!

Everyone was absolutely wonderful. We unfortunately had to put down our beautiful 9 year old great dane a few weeks ago and Chasing Tails made sure it was done in the most comfortable setting possible. It was by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but they were there to take care of it all for us and to make sure we had everlasting memories for our girl. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and sincerity through this very difficult time in our lives.

My experience with Chasing Tails was A+. What a superb Dr and talented assistant. I had 2 horses that needed multiple things done including teeth floating. It was an amazing state of the art process that was done in a prompt, thorough and professional way. I can say I am a 100% satisfied customer and highly recommend them to everyone.

I would never hesitate to refer friends and family to Chasing Tails. Dr. Jeanie and Andrew are one hell of a team, providing excellent veterinary care AND outstanding customer service. Being a Nokomis resident, it is comforting to know that they'll come to my door step to treat my pup if need be. A++
