I needed a place to bring my older dog after a leg injury, and they were able to get me in last minute, I was there for under an hour, and they saved me several hundred dollars on an ER bill.

I had a very sick kitty and my vet was booked at both locations. They recommended Urgent Vet. It was easy to sign in on their website and the staff is amazing. I didn't receive good news but they were so compassionate and worked with me on each procedure they wanted to do. Highly recommend them.

My bunny was choking and they refused care. They told me to go to Blue Pearl... it’s only 5 minutes up the road they said. When you are choking do you want to wait 5 more minutes? My bunny died in the car on the way to Blue Pearl. Shame on UrgentVet. They are neither urgent nor compassionate. I see their excuses in their response and I disagree that bunny anatomy is so mysterious and complex that they couldn’t even try to clear her airway. Fragile or not, a choking animal cannot spare an additional second. Absolutely shameful.

The staff was very friendly and took great care of our girl Dakota. We were very pleased and hope to not need their services in the future but if we do we will definitely be returning.

Great place to visit if your pet needs a vet for any reason. The wait is short, the staff is super friendly and the care is thorough and professional. I was ready for a big hit in the wallet looking for care for our dog on a Sunday afternoon but the cost was comparable, if not lower, than a bill I'd get from my own vet. Very pleasantly surprised! I would highly recommend.

We set an appointment online and called when we arrived, which was early and they took us in right away. We got in and Jenny, our tech, was friendly, asked pertinent questions. The vet checked the pup and good news, no sign of major injury. The vet was also very friendly and straight forward. Great visit!!! Highly recommend.

We visited Urgent vet today on New Year’s Eve as we couldn’t get with our regular vet. Very kind people and I felt they truly cared about making my dog feel better and not my wallet. Had not such a pleasant experience at blue pearl and I’m so glad I came here! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience here. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to walk me through multiple treatment options for my older cat who is not doing so well. Everyone that came in was very caring and polite and the prices are what you would expect for a primary vet, not an urgent care, after-hours facility which usually price gouge the desperate (ie Blue Pearl). I would absolutely recommend.

They were quick, sympathetic to my kitty's plight and helped me find a vet hospital that could take the mammary tumor out at a reasonable cost! Also very clear about pricing and provided best care they could!

My Morris was FelV positive when i got him and we ran into some health issues after our 3 1/2 years together so i took him into URGENTVET of Brandon to be examined and treated. Upon being examined the doctor who's name i forgot to get found tumors and recommended letting my boy be in peace. I feel so terrible because I thought he was reasonably healthy considering the FelV but he had developed lymphoma as well.It was the hardest decision i had to make but the doctor and staff were so kind and sympathetic and did everything they could to ensure that Morris and I were as comfortable as could be considering what had to be done. Thank you doctor and staff we appreciate you for helping Morris be painfree and setting him free.

Everyone we met were very nice and took care of our cat. They are patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I would go there all the time and can definitely tell you that your pet would be well taken care of!

My dog was treated for possible ingestion of a Motrin tablet. The vet and assistant were wonderful and kept me abreast of everything they were doing and how much everything would cost.

We recently moved to the area and this is our second visit at Urgent Vet Brandon. We adopted a kitten from the Humane Society of Tampa a month and a half ago and less than 48 hrs later our kitten needed to be seen. The care and the treatment we had at this place was the best we have ever seen! This time our senior cat ended up having issues and just like our first time, today’s visit was wonderful as well! From the moment we checked in and moved to the room to be seen by the technician and the vet a little after that, everything was seamless and everyone was super professional. Our vet Ms Price and her assistant Emily were so friendly and caring. It felt like we knew them for years! Wish they would have regular vet services, too. We definitely found the best urgent care facility for our fur babies…❤️

They were really awesome! They saw me in a timely fashion, were very kind to me and my dog, and recommended various diagnostic procedures which they felt would help figure out his problem. They were not pushy at all and left it up to me to choose how much of it I wanted to do. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I left there with great peace of mind.

Been here for 3hrs and my dog is just now being sent in the. Ack. Y’all need to have more staff here. What kind of place is call URGENT Vet and y’all can’t get stuff done in a timely manner. By far the worst place to go.

They were very professional and polite. It was pretty quick for an ER visit. I honestly feel they treated my pet better than most doctors treat me in an emergency room.

We took our German Shephard in for some allergy related issues since we couldn’t get him in to our regular vet. They were very patient, caring and compassionate. They took the time to make sure he was comfortable and even offered treats to help. They discussed the pricing with us before they did any treatment and it was very reasonable. They answered all our questions and never rushed us. I would highly recommend them for absolutely anything!

Our Guinness had been vomiting for 3 days and UrgentVet were wonderful with him, so sweet and caring. We were given a plan and prices so we knew what to expect. Very reasonable!

First time here and first vet visit since I got my puppy! He was coughing and I was sure he had kennel cough. The vet tech and vet were awesome with him! He of course was a nervous little guy but they know how to calm a puppy so they could check him out. Very friendly staff and quick!! Would definitely recommend for your urgent pet needs!!

We found a young kitten and wanted to keep her but I have 2 other cats so in wanting to keep my cats healthy I wanted to get our new little kitten checked out.. I had a problem finding a regular vet on short notice to see her so urgent vet was recommended to me by another local vet as a quick option I'm glad I did take their advice..staff was great very friendly not a long wait I recommend online check in and price was reasonable I highly recommend

Dr Price and her vet tech were so kind and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to make sure my dog and I were comfortable with the plan. Very compassionate and highly recommend.

Second time having to use this facility. Very caring accommodating staff. Explains everything well, gives you an upfront estimate without hidden fees and seems to genuinely care. Would recommend to all my friends.

Kayla was excellent with my Alaskan Klee Kai. She knew just how to handle him and make him feel comfortable. Kayla have me choices on my dogs plan of care. Her vet tech was also very knowledgeable and kind as well. My dog loved both of them and went with them with no hesitation. Will definitely use them again.
